Unique Restoration

Unique Restoration asked us to perform some work for one of their clients following the downtown fires last summer. Work was performed expediently & to the satisfaction of their client; however, Unique Restoration has yet to pay us in full for our services, despite the insurance company having paid them for 100% of our invoice total. Unique remitted partial payment to us and has been completely unresponsive regarding the outstanding balance of over $6k despite several attempts to follow-up with them, dating back to October of last year. We have followed up with owners Gil & Orly Caspi, as well as their office and field representatives (who told us they've been told by Orly to stop responding to our efforts). Utterly disappointing and unprofessional. We just want to be compensated for the work we faithfully performed. Will happily delete this review once resolved.

Our roof leaked, damaging multiple areas of the house. After bickering with insurance for months, the insurance company sent Unique Restoration and instantly, everything was easier. They came when they said they would and were efficient. The work was completed on time and done correctly without any fuss/issues. Working with Oscar was fantastic, very easy and he was quick/responsive. Highly recommend!

As an insurance agent I've dealt with numerous restoration companies and this is the one you want!! Oscar Gutierrez is the project manager in Las Vegas and the guy will go over and above to make sure you are completely satisfied. I've witnessed it and in a corporate world where "service" has taken a back seat this company has made sure that "service" is at the forefront of everything they do. Oscar was very pleasant, professional, expedient, and forthright in his communications and with his work.
