DO NOT do business with this company unless you want to be charged an insane amount of money for repairs. These same people charged me $1900 to put a temporary tarp and dry out a small area of our rug in our sun room after a roof leak that did not even prevent it from leaking further. These same people quoted me 15,000 dollars to replace a section of my roof not even my hole roof. I was definitely unaware of the overcharging/ false pricing this company was giving until I reached out to another roofing company who quoted me just 3000 to repair my roof. 15,000 compared to 3,000 im definitely looking in to filing a consumer complaint for the charge I received on the "repairs". Do your research and get multiple estimates guys people really out here over overcharging.

For entire roof the national average is around $8,000, with most people spending in the range of $5,500 to $11,000. The two largest variables you'll deal with on a job like this are the square footage of your home (and thus, your roof), and the type of roofing material you choose.

My name is mr Rogers and I had my house redid an I really really love it and the employees. I appreciate them going out of their way to address my questions and concerns. They always answered my questions and were accessible when I needed them. My floors and bathrooms look fantastic. I'd highly recommend them. The employees who worked on my house should definitely be paid a bonus.

Unique Restoration was referred me to by my insurance company AAA, because my house flooded.I was lost as to what to do. Unique Restoration came in and made all of my worries disappear. The young man ( Oscar) was Responsive and Professional. The entire team was hard working and professional. When I was difficult, Oscar, was understanding and patient, and amendable to solving all my problems. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Unique Restoration of Nevada Inc has been amazing! I had a leak that effected my kitchen ceiling and upstairs bathroom. Oscar was amazing and explained the whole process to me. They completed the work in two days! I am so thankful that they are the company that completed my repairs.

We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom which came through in the room below. Our insurance company recommended Unique Restoration. Oscar visited our house before the work started and explained what they would do. The crew was meticulous in their work, courteous and punctual. They also carefully moved the heavy furniture. They kept the workspace neat and taped off the room which kept dust from entering other rooms. The crew always cleaned up before leaving for the day. We never felt they were rushing the job, yet work was completed ahead of schedule.

We are very pleased with their work. The new ceiling and wall paint and texture perfectly match the old paint and texture, and the price for the restoration was reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to use Oscar and his crew again.
