The best contractors I’ve worked with yet! Great quality and good pricing. Will and his team did multiple projects for me, to include a screened in porch, new mortar for my porch and fire pit, and paving stones. Super easy to work with, UQC easily adjusted to our requests while work was underway. I will continue to use them in the future.

UQC delivered our dream deck! Will (owner) went above and beyond on this project. He built us a new deck from scratch! ; to include grading below the deck and wrapping the cantilever with pvc picture framing. Their is quality of work is superb and they do not cut corners. I will continue to use UQC for ALL of my future projects! Thank you Will and team.

Very Professional work crew. Did not need any supervision to construct my new deck. Also, very reasonable in the total cost. I needed a lot of repairs done to an older home and could not be happier having chosen unique quality construction for the work. I’ve never seen harder workers ,more fair prices and excellent outcomes as I got in the renovation of my home.
I had a full basement Reno. I had a bathroom put in that was uniquely designed for me. I had to have my roof replaced and they went above and beyond telling me what other things were a problem and allowing me to choose whether I needed something to be done or not.
I also wanted to add a 16 x 16 room off the back of my home with a patio and small deck and they were able to design and get the permits for me so I could do that room.
I had a leak in a bathroom while they were here and they stopped their work in my basement to come and fix that leak and save me from having more damage in my home.
I did not see one thing they could not do while they helped me figure with these various projects. I can’t recommend him highly enough and if I ever need anything this is who I’m going to. They may be unavailable for a while because I have family members who are going to keep them busy for quite some time having renovations in their homes as well

After receiving three separate quotes I was given Unique Quality Constructions contact info. After two visits and three weeks this company had a new roof installed on my home. They are very detailed and honest, about not only their prices, but work that is required to complete the job/task. I have already started dialog with them for another home project and look forward to working with them soon.
