We recently had our home in Sammamish remodeled by Unique. We were very pleased with the results. Reza was very responsive to our changing needs. The work crew were very polite, courteous and hardworking. And our home renovations were completed in a timely fashion.

6 months after completion of our small bathroom remodel/expansion and hardwood floor installation we remain very pleased with the outcome. Throughout the project Reza and his teams welcomed feedback and creatively provided options to meet myself and my fiancés vision on the project. We absolutely love the Herringbone tile design on our bathroom wall, our hardwood floors including the hardwood stairs, and our custom barn door freeing up more space in our small townhouse. The craftsmanship was top notch and outcomes were beautiful.

Critiques/feedback for Reza and his team:
1) Permitting process slowed us down and made scheduling a challenge. This is understandable but left chunks of time pre & post permit sign off extending overall project timeline.
2) We were staying in the house during some of the construction and the communication on when people were coming to do work was not proactive by Reza and/or was <24 hours before. A bit more notification on the project plan and coming and going of people would be an opportunity for improvement and help us plan our schedules a bit better.

Even with this, we are all around happy and look forward to working with Reza and his team on future home projects!

The Unique team did a great job renovating our kitchen inside and replacing our deck outside. The project was completed on time and on budget and any time I had questions they responded quickly. Highly recommend!!

I hired Unique Construction to complete an interior remodel to a sunroom we turned into an extension off our kitchen. It required work on the exterior siding, interior drywall, wood flooring, cabinetry, ceiling, electrical and duct work. I was impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were on time with their projected work timeline and were very communicative throughout the process. They had skilled workers and Reza, the owner, checked on the project every day. I would highly recommend Unique construction to others and would be happy to use them for a future job.

I started with a different contractor for laminate installation for my second home. Unfortunately, the work was grossly unsatisfactory and I had to let go of that contractor midway. Thereafter, started work with Reza from Unique Home Construction. Since we were at our vacation home only for a few days, we had a set deadline for finishing the work. Reza and his people worked till midnight to get the work done on time. Greatly appreciate the effort he put in! Would definitely recommend.

When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen, bathroom and other parts of our house, we set out to find someone who could capture our style (which is a bit unorthodox), provide high quality craftsmanship and do so within our budget expectations. UNIQUE Home Construction absolutely delivered. As my wife and I started the process, we were fortunate that we share a common design aesthetic—sort of a fusion of Mid-Century Modern and European Modern. We, however, were also aware that this style is not that common in Seattle. As we met with other design and build companies, many struggled to grasp the design elements that we sought and often re-directed us to more traditional “lines,” cabinetry, fixtures and colors. However, after meeting Reza and seeing his portfolio of work, we thought that UNIQUE Home Construction would be able to capture the “look” we wanted. Our confidence was absolutely rewarded. Reza, our designer at UNIQUE Home Construction , did a perfect job fusing our ideas together into a cohesive design that not only is beautiful, but also practical in its layout and space optimization. Reza also displayed incredible patience with us (or with me, to be more precise) as we modified some of the original design work after demolition revealed some issues with the house. As our project moved into the construction phase, we were exceptionally impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail of all the tradesmen. Throughout the entire process, Reza was always involved and always responsive. Early in the project he proposed alternatives that could save us some money, or told us that certain items were unnecessary expenses. As the project advanced, he helped provide some creative solutions to structural issues that surfaced during demolition. As the project was winding down, the team is world class – knowledgeable, relentlessly hardworking, talented, friendly, respectful, and clean, Reza made sure that we were pleased with everything, and made sure that any final adjustments were done to our satisfaction. Based on our experience, we highly recommend UNIQUE Home Construction due to its quality of work and level of service. And if your design preferences are more modern than traditional, you should absolutely meet with UNIQUE Home Construction before starting your renovation or remodeling project
