I was told by someone that Union Properties does a great job. From the initial meeting with Ryan for a quote, Sarah keeping me informed of time schedules, the work done, the clean up,and final inspection I found it to be true! I appreciated that they always told me when they were coming and then showed up! They were very courteous of my property and did and great job cleaning up. They do fabulous work and I would use them again. Highly recommend!

Dealing with this company was the best experience I had ever had in doing business with contractors. They were incredibly accommodating. I mean bending over backward!! To help me get my project started. The communication was top tier, and they made sure I was informed on every detail during the entire process and let me know exactly when they would be coming to start the project long ahead of time which is so helpful.
When the crew arrived at my home, they got right to work. It is 90 degrees out, but they still worked, and we're polite the entire time. If that isn't enough, the work they did is exceptional! It's sturdy and looks very nice.
I have a few other projects that I am saving up for, and I will certainly be going to them to get it all done! I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

I had the pleasure of using Union Properties for some house repairs recently. They had great communication. Once the projects started, they didn’t take very long to complete them. They made sure I was happy with everything as well. I would use them again.

Sales rep, crew, office staff were all very friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Communication with any updates on my project was excellent. Was willing to give it a go but $850 for permits for a roof and bathroom, a piece . Understandably i can choose my own vanity and whatnot but expected a somewhat fair price and not a 3 star product for $1600. I read reviews good quality or not i'd never spend that much on a vanity. I'm not rich, i gave a budget and $3300 for 2 permits and a vanity ONLY is out of touch with reality. There's a such thing as over bidding to let the customer know they don't want the job. I believe that's what happened here. I had no follow up number so i could text the person directly about tweaking things. The contractor promptly came and was on time. He was also friendly and took measurements which is a plus.

Union took on our total remodel project, all 8000 sq ft. of it, start to finish and we could not be more pleased with the results. We have the space we wanted, finished to perfection. They were in contact with us for the whole project, always checking in on the results and our thoughts. Every part of the project is exactly what we were hoping for.

We had a hot water pipe burst and ended up completely demoing the inside of the house down to the studs. We hired the crew at Union Properties, which was the best decision we made. Owner Brett was able to redesign the deck so we could have it cantilevered. The best part of our experience was working with the foreman Aaron. He is so meticulous everything turned out perfect. During our final walk through he was the one pointing out areas that needed touched up, I told him that didn't bother me but he said it bothered him. Justin the person that did all the outside and tile work did an amazing job. There whole crew were great to work with. There is no doubt that if we have any other projects in the future we will only be calling Union Properties.

Every worker I talked with was polite and helpful. Completed work looks great. I would use them again. They cleaned up everything and left my property looking great. They worked with me on changes I wanted throughout the process without issue. Great bunch of people.

Port of Hopes Inc. would like to Brett and Union Properties Construction for their generous donation. A call was made to obtain a bid for a 20x20 cement slab. Brett came to our location to complaint the bid request. While Brett was communicating with the director of Port of Hopes about the bid request. Brett also asked, what our organization does. Brett must have been touched by what the director shared, about her journey and how the Port of Hopes' helps adult individuals impacted by a mental health diagnosis. Director also shared since Port of Hopes is a peer run non-profit organization, this project was going to be the goal of next year's fundraiser proceeds and we needed to know how much this project was going to cost. Brett was so moved by all the services we provide individuals for free, he indicated he was going to help save us money. He said he would donate his portion of the project, the labor. Brett followed that statement with he was also going reach out to his supplier, to see if they would agree to also donate the materials. He definitely went up and beyond for our drop-in center. Brett was successful with that communication and Port of Hopes received a beautifully installed 20x20 cement slab 6 months ahead of our plan. His work crew was absolutely professional, polite, and courteous. They were great with answering the members' questions in the midst of them trying to complete their job. Phase one of our picnic area has been completed, again thanks to their generosity.

Brett and his crew did a great job on our new stamped concrete patio. They delivered excellent quality work, showed up on time, and we are very happy with the end result. You can tell they truly take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. Can't wait to hire Union again for future home improvement projects!

Got our bathroom remodeled. Everything turned out perfect. The work was done quickly and professionally. Tile work turned out beautiful and the attention to detail was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Bret was very professional as we wanted provided a time to plan our project in a specific time. Bret worked with us for about six months and when we were ready he set a time and we agreed.
When construction started they went to work every day towards getting the job done as planned. All employees were very professional, very polite, always asked if we were doing the job to our satisfaction. Job site was completed every thing was cleaned up as it was when started.
Because we were completing the final phase as the home owner
we would let you know when you could come and take pictures for you and us.

The team had a lot of work, so the project started after about a month. But it was worth the wait! They came prepared, were very nice to talk to and cared about the work that they performed. Because they were up on the modern regulations for the supports beneath the portion of the porch they had to repair after it was hit by a car, that portion is more solid than the rest of the porch.

We bought our first home through Brett Dell, him and his team at union properties did and amazing job remodeling this home from top to bottom! Fell in love with the home immediately! Everything was done perfect from flooring, entire kitchen, basement you name it and they did it and we couldn’t be happier here! Highly recommend!!

Brett Dell and his team at Union Properties do very professional work and I would highly recommend them. My mother needed work done to replace her deck and repair a door threshold. Brett came out to meet with her and walked her through everything that he believed was needed to correct the issue including pointing out a piece of loose siding that he later reattached. We received regular communication on their timelines, and they delivered exactly as expected. My mom loved working with Brett and his team and is thrilled with her new deck! We will recommend Brett and the Union Properties team to everyone.

I just had a new cement walkway installed about 45 feet long and 4 foot wide.
