This is the best Steel Structure company out there. They manufacture the buildings and will get it right. Like any other manufacturer there will be hiccups but nothing that this company will not try and go above and beyond to make right. The staff in the office and the crews are always so kind and a pleasure to work with. The unsatisfied customers are the same customer's that feel entitled to something after treating the staff and crews like dirt. Let's keep in mind that these crews come a long ways to install our buildings, and sometimes weather makes it impossible which will require a reschedule (I was rescheduled due to rain, because who wants to risk their life on top of a steel building while it is raining). At the end I got my building as I wanted it and have had no issues since. Going on 6 months now.

After requesting to reschedule, the crew showed up anyway to install my building. Even though I asked to reschedule, I left work and contacted a number I HAD, to try to accommodate them installing my building. However they were not open at that time, an hour later I’m given a text that I have 2 options #1 the crew drops off all my building on the ground and I pay 1/2, or I pay a 10% restocking fee. Now I remind you, over a week ago I requested to have this date rescheduled, however on this morning I left work and tried to accommodate to allow the guys to proceed literally 30mins after they left.

Shortly after that a representative & I disagreed to say the least via text, and I call again, which the same continued. This was very avoidable, even after they showed up, I left work to accommodate even though I thought we’d be rescheduled.

I’m a business owner, things happen I can understand, but I as a consumer, I had requested to reschedule, and even left work to help accommodate to have the building completed regardless, 30mins after the crew had left my home.

From the attitude I received, and the “options” I was given, is unacceptable from someone spending this amount of money with a company. I’ve had 5 other buildings as this built in the last 3yrs, never has it been this frustrating.

There are too many companies in this game to settle for this level of service, I’ll cut my losses and move onto a better service provider, you already have a deposit, I can assure you I will not be paying a 10% restocking fee.

Unified Steel provided our garage / shop it was 35’x24’x12’ with two 10’ doors. They did an AMAZING job. The quality of the materials and detail upon construction was wonderful. My wife loves that we were able to match the house with the colors.

I love my carport! Everything went wonderful starting with Glen my salesperson right up through the completed assembly. Easy to work with, polite, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the overall structure of the 50ft by 30ft rv carport. There are a couple of issues I have with the installation. The installers did a great job in a timely manner but left more excess screws on the ground and on my property than I cared for but by the time they finished it was almost dark so I let that go and swept up the excess screws myself the next day. The other issue is that after I ordered the building and it was installed I realized that I needed additional 3 foot drop down panels only on the sides to enclose the building better for rain exposure etc. I IMMEDIATELY ordered the additional panels and it took a few weeks before the installation guys came back to add them unfortunately I was not there to see the panels but they were a different color from the initial install but was installed regardless. I had them come back out to remove them which took weeks to try again for the correct colors. A different installation team arrived one day later than was scheduled but kept in communication with me on why they couldn’t make it and I understood. They came the next day but those panels were the same color as the “wrong” colors I had received the last time once again. The new installation team was very professional and actually explained to me that to make them match they recommended taking down the initial panels and just go with the “wrong” color panels on the sides so now the building is two different colors but at least the sides match. After all of this I was just done with it and moved on. I was given an explanation on why they were different colors from the company and the install crew which I understood and accepted. After all of this I am not disgruntled and would still use this company again and I actually need another building soon and will go through them for the next one. The thing I learned from this is to be 100% SURE of what you want size, color etc when you place the initial order because trying to match up the paint with different metal rolls may not be easy to get. After all is said and done it’s a lesson learned for me and hopefully for those of you planning on buying a rv port of this size or carport in the future.

Excellent company to work with. The installers were excellent to work with and they had an awesome work ethic. One day they worked to after ten at night to complete the building. I would highly recommend this company for your building needs.

The guys did an awesome job on my carport for my camper. This is a good company to get all your needs great people great customer service and the crew that put mine up is awesome. They started at 10 in the morning and didn’t finish till 430 worked all day until it was done, I would use them again when I put up a garage

Our project could not have went any smoother. Everyone at Unified was very patient and responsive. The building looks great.

Where do I begin? I’m not sure if I’m more impressed on how hard these guys worked to build my shop, or how it looks after they were finished. Completed in 2 and a half days. 24x65 with 12 foot lean too on the back. I definitely recommend these people for all your metal building needs. I’ll be using them again.

Their website was very helpful in designing our structure. The crew stayed late and got the whole thing complete in one long day. Color options we chose are very satisfying and the roll up doors come in handy during hot and cold months. Will definitely consider in the future for projects at our residence as well as business locations.

I was contacted several times by the office confirming my choices . Very professional staff. The building was finished in 2 days. The crew worked nonstop. Several times each day someone was cleaning up any trash that was a result of the construction. I highly recommend to anyone that wants a quality building. They took great pride in their work.

I shopped around and looked at many building dealers and companies on facebook to figure out what I wanted and who I wanted to purchase from. As you know there is no shortage of those people selling and advertising these metal buildings for sale. I personally know that dealers mark up prices so they can make money, which is fine and that's how business works. However, I wanted to go through an actual manufacturer of the building so I wasn't paying a dealer markup. I found Unified Steel Structures and contacted Brandon. I am very high on customer service, responding in a timely manner and overall just how you treat people. I will say that Brandon and Unified Steel is an amazing company and I could not be more happier with my purchase. From beginning to end, they were so nice, very helpful, super informative and you could tell they actually cared and valued you as a customer, not number. The price he gave me beat the quotes I had received from previous companies and the work performed by the installers was great as well.

Amazing and professional company! We placed our order May 10 and the building was up May 21, much sooner than we expected. Brandon and his team were terrific. Between torrential rains and extreme heat, they worked to have our loafing shed up in one day with finishing touches done the next morning. Brandon made sure we were satisfied with their work prior to leaving. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Unified Steel Structures Inc.

We are so grateful to the men who came from North Carolina to erect our building. Wonderful hard working, respectful group of guys. We recommend this company for the great steel building and their employees. We call this our shop but I think since my husband recently retired it could be his man cave or a vacation spot away from home. Loving our shop.

What can I say, excellent!!! Spoke with Brandon on April 11, 2022 about the building I wanted 30 x 40 x 12. I was told that it was a 4 to 6 week lead time from date the deposit was received. I received a call the next day and he informed me that they would be out on the 19th. A crew arrived on the 18th about 6:00 pm and asked if they could work for 2 hours. In 2 hours my garage was framed. They arrived the next morning at 8:00am ready to work. My garage was completely done around 7:30 pm. Very professional company. They cleaned up everything and I would recommend them to everyone. I will post pictures soon.
