I thought I had a leak in my roof, Hayden came quickly and found a leaking Christmas snow globe. Thankful for his quick response and no leaking roof. Under One Roof is the only call you need to make.

Think we had a critter in our attic, but had the Under One Roof team come out for a free inspection to be safe. They took about 20+ pictures with a drone while I was at work and conveniently called me back to speak to what they saw (nothing, fortunately!). They also texted/emailed all of the drone pictures over for additional reassurance - all at no cost. Lastly, they followed up once over the weekend and the subsequent Monday to make sure we had a chance to chat after the free inspection. As a busy nonprofit leader, I certainly appreciated that courtesy and diligence to put my mind at ease.

Had my roof replaced this week. This is the second project I have had done by Under One Roof. Hayden showed up to provide the quote when he said that he would be there. Others contractors did not show as promised. The work was done without any upfront cost to me and I did not have to pay until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The first project was an inside ceiling repair so they do more than roofs if you have other needs.

I noticed my "Under One Roof" magnet on the fridge tonight. They replaced my low-pitched deck roof and repaired a rotten eave and roof section. I thought I had left a review back then, but I see now that I never did. My apologies! Hayden and his team were prompt, fair, reasonable, and did very outstanding work. They communicated very thoroughly and professionally, and we're very friendly. Their replacement and repair work was so well done and is holding up in outstanding fashion! Hayden came out for an estimate on some siding repairs. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the work that needed (and didn’t need) to be done. Would trust with home repairs!

We had some issues on our 1.5 yr old home which was due to shoddy work by the original builder’s contractors and Under One Roof was able to come out to correct the issues within 4 days and for half the originally quoted price.

We had a roof leak, well actually 2 of them. Hayden came out the next day to inspect it and give us estimate. The price was extremely fair, he was confident they could fix it even with our super steep roof. His crew came out 2 days later on a weekend to make sure it was fixed before the next rain. Hayden mentioned all work is within their scope outside roofing, and I will use them for all needs going forward. Great staff, great company.

I woke up to water stain in my kitchen which appeared to be directly under one of my roof vents. I found "under one Roof" online so i called and talked to Hayden. He had someone out the same day to replace my roof vent boot and went ahead and replace my other vent boot while he was there. Great Price and responsive. will definitely Call again if needed.

Hayden and his crew responded to a same day call for help with a leak from our roof vent directly over our living room on a Saturday morning. By 3PM that repair was completed along with replacing the other two boot vents as they were also an issue. Kind, courteous and very quick. Reasonable price too for same day service in the rain. Will call again if a need arises.

We just finished up with a project with Under One Roof and were extremely pleased with the work as well as Sayan’s involvement in the project. Sayan and his team did an excellent job finishing in an above garage space and adding a dormer window. Sayan also found someone to do a smaller cabinet job in our kitchen and it turned out perfect! We’ve dealt with contractors in the past on projects and I had low expectations going in but Sayan disproved my previous perceptions on contractors and set the bar high. We will definitely use Under One Roof in the future on other projects! Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the work Under One Roof completed for us. They completely rebuilt and replaced deck stairs and repaired a rotted wood area along a section of our roof. Very professional and excellent work.

Under One Roof came through with a big WIN in my book. Called about a spot noticed on my ceiling and water in my dryer vent. They knew exactly what the issue was and showed up first thing the next day and replaced a dryer vent on my roof that should have never been used as a dryer vent. Alex from the team was able to knock it all out in about 30 mins. Super greatful!

I had a great experience with Under One Roof! They repaired/replaced damaged siding, doors, painted the entire exterior (contrasting details were nice and crisp), and stained the deck. The crew members were polite and skilled workers. Hayden Brown made certain everything was to my liking. They are well worth the reasonable price. I'd use them again.

UOR went above and beyond! ( I needed a good bit of painting and eave repair under my roof that over hangs my windows and needed my windows painted as well)
They were very responsive to all the questions I had(and I had a lot)
They came out, did the work quickly and professionally!
They cleaned up where they had worked and it looked like they were never there(which is important to me)
I even had one tiny job(I needed my front step that attached to my front door caulked) I forgot to ask about at the time of quoting and I called, they came right back out, did that and it looks awesome!
They even talked to me about some issues that they noticed but didn’t push the work to be done which I appreciated. They just explained what it was, how they could fix it , the time frame, and told me what I could do in the meantime. When it comes time for that work I know who I will be calling for the work!
I can’t recommend UOR enough! They are skilled in all areas, very knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced(I compared several bids before I settled on working with them)
If you are needing work done, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them, and I appreciated that they are wanting to keep the workers working in this economy (which we all know is a hard thing to do and a lot of companies have laid off a lot of employees so the work takes twice as long as it should)

Hayden and Under One Roof is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ company! Hayden is a man of his word! It’s such a nice thing to find a contractor that is this good and doesn’t ask you for money upfront and then the customer worries are they going to show back up! My job only lasted a day but I never worried from the minute I met Hayden! Instead of Hayden telling me on 7-5-24 that he was taking a long holiday weekend, which I would’ve understood, he asked if he could come in the next hour and after explaining to me he was at the gym and was in gym clothes I said I didn’t mind so come on and he did! I would trust Hayden and his team with any project around the house and like his company name Under one Roof, they do just about everything! Thank again to Hayden and all of his workers from the office to his guys and girls that work on the houses! First class job!! Didn’t know contractors like this existed. Hayden and his crew redid my chimney which was being destroyed by Woodpeckers. The crew was efficient, cleaned up each day like they had never been there and were respectful of all surroundings. Hayden also fixed a few issues I was unaware of. As a finishing touch, he pruned up a large tree overhanging my front yard. This completely opened up the front of my house!

Hands down a wonderful experience. Very professional and fast. Replaced our whole home siding and removed chimney last year in Alabaster and we couldn’t be happier. Job site spotless when they finished. Recently a storm and wind made some of the siding pull away and within days of contacting them they came and replaced and fixed it honoring their guarantee. Highly recommend Hayden and his crew.

Hayden and the crews did a wonderful job adding insulation to my attic. They took up the flooring, swept out debris from the previous owner, and installed new insulation.

While they were doing this, some cracks appeared in my ceiling and wall, which they promptly repaired. It looks great, and you can't tell it ever happened!

They also installed a turbine on my roof and closed up some ridge vents.

All of the workers were very respectful and meticulous in their work, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Under One Roof and Hayden Brown did a great job fixing a window/sill for me that had been previously built without proper flashing that had been leaking into my kitchen, and I'm sure the new solution will be watertight. They also replaced another window. Their quote was competitive, and they did the job in one week, start to finish. I'm sure I'll be replacing some more windows in the near future and will reach out to them first to do the job. Highly recommend them.

Exceptional!

Under One Roof just completed a major project for me. They removed all the Dryvit (about 30% of our house’s exterior…the rest is brick), installed Hardie Board planking (clapboard style), replaced trim, repaired roof leaks and some rotted soffits, sealed all potential access points to the attic to keep squirrels in the outdoors, soft-washed the house and repainted all non-brick surfaces. It was a big job. They did it quickly, but they also did a quality job, with attention to detail. They left the place clean and neat. I have high standards and expectations and Hayden Brown and his team did an outstanding job.

The only word that comes to mind is “Exceptional”. Hayden over-delivered and did some things that were not even expected or required of him. He told me his aim was to please and to over-deliver, and he was true to his word. He’s the best contractor I have ever worked with and a breath of fresh air in a world where the opposite is too often the norm. He’s honest, a straight shooter, a man of integrity and does quality work. He’s the person I will call for any future projects, inside or outside of our home. Highly recommended.

This is my second time to use Under One Roof. I recently called after a toilet connector broke, spewing water all over an upstairs bathroom for a few hours. Extensive damage throughout all three levels of our house required many trades to put it back together perfectly.

I cannot say enough great things about UOR, particularly about Shayan and Kennon. These guys are the best! They care about their customers and the effects of the inconveniences that accompany their work. Plus their team cares about the quality of their work product to ensure it meets and exceeds expectations.

The complete team at Under One Roof were exceptional and professional in every way. They painted my exterior, replaced windows, made a minor roof repair, fixed some sheet rock, and painted a few interior walls. The are courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, reasonably priced, and just do things right. I'll call Hayden again the next time I need work in home done well.
