Higher Roof Solutions replaced our roof in July. John was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. The roof installation only took one day and he came back afterwards to double check the property for nails. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend this company!

John with Higher Roof Solutions is polite, punctual, and trustworthy. We have a larger roof with steep slopes and the new roof looks fantastic! John knows how to talk to the insurance companies and helped get our roof replacement approved. He quickly fixed an issue I brought up after the roof was replaced. Update from a month later: I had a miscommunication and thought some wood below the roof was going to be fixed. John had someone come out and get it taken care of within a few days. He cares about making sure the customer is happy and getting the job done right!!!

Mr Willard came promptly to view the damage. When he saw a rain forecast in the next few days, made certain he had the repair finished before the rain.
In the size of repairs, this repair was small but I was treated as if it were a total roof blown off!

I called John and he was out the next morning. Within 48 hours had an estimate. John came on-site when the insurance adjuster came out and when I got the work approved John had me scheduled within a week. His crew was on site at 6:30 and done by 3:00pm. Fantastic job, cleaned up work site and great looking roof.

We worked with John and Higher Roof Solutions to get a roof put on the home that I am selling.
