I had been under the impression that my roof was just old from normal wear and tear, and that any homeowners claim would be a waste of time. But, they determined that my roof had sustained significant storm damage also. The storm had occurred about 30 days earlier.They wasted no time in identifying that my coverage would decrease substantially, if I failed to file a claim on my current homeowners policy. The bottom line is that in nine working days from their initial inquiry, Every Shingle had completed the replacement of my roof. My experience could not have gone any smoother. I’m very pleased with my new roof.
