My husband and I are so pleased to have found Once Call! Not only was their service reliable, their prices reasonable and their work quality but they were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We initially hired them to repair our roof and soon after, hired them to refinish two of our bathrooms and repair a hardwood floor threshold where we had a wall removed — all look great! We’ll definitely use them again for our next job and easily recommend them for any home improvement and repair. Thank you, One Call!

We had a metal roof installed. I was not happy with the care given to our landscape or the cigarette butts left in my yard, but the roof was finished to our satisfaction. They were on time and stayed late to finish.
The contact people we were given were very good about responding to our questions/ concerns.
The interior teams that, completed our attic ladder replacement and ceiling work including painting, were very professional and efficient. I already recommended them to a neighbor!

i have used One Call Alabama twice, once for exterior work and once for interior work. In both cases I was really happy with the work and the service. I had a dedicated person that i could call and he would answer! He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns or just curiosity that I had. Now my floors, master bath, screen doors, landscape lighting and repaired exterior all look fabulous and the process was stress free! They are licensed, insured, clean, and professional!!

Can’t say enough about how happy my wife and I are with this company. We had heard horror stories from friends about remodeling/dealing with contractors, so we were a little skeptical from the get go. After finding OneCall, we chose them based on the reviews from pst customers and the project estimate. From day 1, Scott couldn’t have been better! There was constant communication, attention to detail, and service above and beyond the scope of the project. They were extremely respectful of our house (while remodeling kitchen and upstairs bedroom) and were able to work around us. We HIGHLY recommend Scott and his team (Johnathan, Juan, and Dallas were amazing!)...seriously can’t say enough about how well they surpassed our expectations and didn’t stop until every detail was addressed. I rarely leave reviews on companies, but OneCall won’t disappoint! We will only use them for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone we know that needs work done.

Called John Dunn to have 3 rooms painted and a slab foundation for a building put down. He said he would be in the area by the end of the week and would call me to see when the best time would be. After never receiving a call back to set up appointment and now waiting till after the weekend, I had to call him and leave a msg on his machine. Instead of providing customer service and calling me back, he subcontracted the painting job to another company that called around the middle of week and didn't have a clue what I needed and I had to explain everything all over again. After 4 calls, back and forth with the subcontracted guy called Mr. Pittman, he shows up at my house, takes notes and my e-mail address and say he will have a quote to me asap about the painting and will have John Dunn contact me asap as well for the quote on the slab foundation. Over a week later and I still haven't heard from Mr. Pittman or John ever since. A total waste of time.

Great team of people. Easy to work with & did a fabulous job on our “ projects”—- which included a new roof, new interior paint in almost every room of the house & about 5 new light fixtures! Every person we dealt with was terrific, starting w Sonny Gouge who started the whole project rolling
All the workmen arrived on schedule, did a great job & cleaned up afterwards. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This company helped me the whole way through the process of my insurance claim. They replaced my entire roof and did a phenomenal job! They promptly showed up when the insurance adjuster came to ensure nothing was missed. The is a very professional company that I highly recommend. A+

One Call Roofing did an excellent job for me. I had a leak in my roof which needed to be repaired. Sam went through all the details about what was involved in the roofing process, the estimate, the product, work involved. He gave me the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision about whether to just fix the leak or go ahead and get an entire new roof. As my roof is old and deteriorating I opted for a complete new roof. Sam was available throughout the process if I had any questions or concerns about anything. I have to add that Sam was the primary reason I decided on One Call Roofing. Carter scheduled the work and worked around my odd schedule. He kept me informed about when the workers would arrive. Joey was the roofing manager with boots on the ground while the work was being done. Mine was a "smaller" job, and only 2 workers were here to do the work in addition to Joey. They worked diligently throughout. I became concerned for them because they didn't even take a break until lunch at 1:45 and then didn't even take a full 30 minutes. The work was completed on the second day. Complete clean-up of all debris and nails was performed (they use high powered rolling magnets). During the roofing process an unavoidable incident occurred and as a result there was a small crack in the ceiling in my kitchen. Carter scheduled workers to come and fix the crack (again working around my schedule). The workers fixed the small crack and even graciously did touch-up paint on 2 other areas that were discolored due to my leaky roof. They completed the work in only about an hour. I am exceptionally pleased with the entire process and highly recommend One Call Roofing. Thank you One Call!

We decided on One Call when looking for a company to replace our roof. We were very pleased with their work, professionalism and hospitality. They not only completed our roof in a timely manner, they ensured that the outside of our house was free from trash and nails. The owners and staff don't just see you as a number but as a person. They were very kind and worked with our schedule as we had an unexpected crisis in our family during this time. They are good people- Highly Recommended!
