From our initial visit in the office, to the follow-up visit to my home to get a detailed quote, Tom was fair and honest. He provided recommendations and details about the project and answered any questions that my wife and I had. They handled all the details... from pulling the permit, scheduling the inspection, and lining up all the work crews with efficiency and with good communication.
I chose Ultra Patios based on my neighbor's recommendation and being able to see their pergola fist hand. After having my own pergola / paver / irrigation work done, I will most certainly recommend them to others as well.

I recommend you find a company that wont tell you want you want! I rather find a company where I am they paying customer, you twll me if you can do it, or not? I have had five vendors out for bids but this one vendor is going to tell me they have to put a post on my $10k stamp when all other vendors said it is not necessary. Be careful of vendors who sad attempt to bully you into something you don't want.

Ultra Patios made everything as easy as possible. From the initial visit to provide a quote through installation, everything was exactly when we were told. Tom provided excellent help and the installers did an amazing and quick job.

This company and everyone we worked with was phenomenal. Trish knows what she's doing and goes above and beyond! She's 1000% the patio QUEEN! The gentleman who scheduled everything was amazing even when the city made a mistake, this company made the entire process seamless and pleasant. Perhaps many have a great experience using the Ultra Patios. I have mine installed a week ago but it was the opposite. The owner/ mgt cannot keep up with his scheduled time for me. It would have been acceptable if the owner was forthcoming that his installer was on a different job site and I’ll be next after. Instead, I got different alibis from prepping, loading up to traffic. The owner/ mgt became emotional and upset when asked where the delay was. I was about to cancel as Ultra Patios cannot keep up with their times. There’s a bunch of companies that are worth earning your business. Take it there.

RESPONSE TO OWNER'S COMMENT BELOW:
The owner set the installation date for January 8, 2025, from 9AM to 11AM. The installer showed up at the property at 1:35PM. You claim that if materials are damaged during delivery, then a slight delay may happen. However, I was not informed of any materials that got damaged in-transit nor that there would be a delay in the arrival window, meaning it was reasonable to expect the installation to occur during the agreed-upon timeframe.

How can I complain from the start when the work order was initiated on December 17, 2024? It was on the scheduled installation day when I called the office to see if I was still on the scheduled work order for that day.

On the installation day, you, as the owner, talked down to me when I had questions during the process.
It is easy to say the customer is dishonest, rude, etc., but it seems like you are highly controlling the narrative when this is the experience I had with your business. Your comment below is also very indicative of the way your company treats some customers. At the end of the day, I was an option.

It is reasonable you would respond this way to a customer review, as the truth hurts the narrative you are trying to control. Likewise, if this review were not valid, your irritation would not be as apparent in your response to me.

The estimator came right on time. Gave me an estimate that was fair and two weeks later I am enjoying a new patio. The team was very polite and did a great job cleaning up the debris before double checking my satisfaction before leaving. I am very happy with this company and all the employees I dealt with.

I've had two patio covers installed by Ultra Patios and I'm very happy with their work.

For both patios, I worked with Trish who was super helpful along the way. I got very reasonable pricing for both patios and I'm happy with how they turned out. Trish even helped draw some sketches for my HOA approval.

They stand by their work too. Any issues that came up, they took care of. I'm admittedly very OCD and they got all the details right to make me happy. Would highly recommend their services!

When we talked to Trish at first she met us at the house went over everything in the process the cost was lot lower than we thought. It’s 99% done and it’s absolutely beautiful it’s well built Iam an engineer so seeing firsthand the quality was definitely a plus. Ultra patios put up my patio cover in 2021. I wanted it extended for full length of my patio in 2024. They did a fabulous job. Looks like it was done at the same time. Both Tom and Jesus were great. Very prompt and job was done quickly. Excellent work

Ultra patios was easy to work with. Good communication throughout the building process and a good final product that was installed efficiently.

Ultra Patios did an excellent and quick job. From getting a quote from Trish, to getting permits and finally to the actual construction. Once the inspector came out and signed off on the footings the actual construction was finished the same day.

There was a small dent in one of the beams. I called the office and spoke with Jose. He said he was already aware of the problem and he said they would be out the next day to fix it. Early the next day they came out and fixed it.

The pavers were being installed a couple days later and the downspouts were too low. I called the office and spoke with Tony. He said Marco would come out the next day or so and fix them. He actually came out the same day and took care of it.

Overall, extremely satisfied with Ultra Patios and all their workers. I would highly recommend them for your patio cover needs.

After an unpleasant experience with a previous contractor, under a referral from my neighbor, I spoke with Ultra Patio. From beginning to end, the experience was perfect. Appart from being on time with each meeting, phonecall and installation schedule, Ultra Patio worked with the city and resurrected the previously submitted permit application. Patio cover was complete in a more than reasonable time frame.

My original patio blew off my house during a wind storm and so I needed a new one.. Jim came to my house to give me a quote and was a pleasure to work with. Just had a very positive experience with Ultra Patio Covers, LV. When Trish came to our house to give an estimate, she explained the entire process in detail, took measurements, and walked us through the entire process including assisting with the HOA ARC documents. We found the pricing to be very fair, actually less than we expected so signed immediately. We waited over six weeks for our HOA to respond, which they've never done. But with the building permit in hand, asked Ultra to proceed. They scheduled install the following week which was great as we wanted to get it done before the busy late Spring/early Summer season.

Juan & his install crew were just fantastic also. The 3 day process included digging the footings on day one, waiting for the inspection on day two and doing the install on day 3. Amazingly they completed the entire install in only four hours! I'm not sure they took any breaks at all other than to maybe grab a quick sip of water. Really great guys who did built a beautiful patio cover and afterwards cleaned up everything as if they never worked in the backyard.

Overall, everything from the estimate, price & install definitely exceeded our expectations. We fully recommend Ultra Patios!

I can't recommend Ultra Patio enough. They did an amazing job. We love coming out to my backyard now to enjoy the space.Tom took my idea for the patio cover, landscape and brought it to life. This has got to be one of the best Patio Covers (& just contractors in general company) in the city. Their customer service is exceptional. We bought a very nice patio cover couple years ago but they did not leave us in the dust. They respond immediately with any concerns and any repairs that need to be done. However, you get way more than for what you pay. Here is my story why you need to choose Ultra. Any, and every construction project has issues, and our issues were my ground, the city, and the weather. From my first consultation with Trish explaining what Ultra could build to code, navigating my HOA, submission and meeting installers, Juan and Alex, who dealt with multiple days of jackhammering into my titanium granite foundation, dealing with the rain and poor weather, all while project manager, Jose kept me well informed along the way. Also, can’t forget the awesome landscaper Gerardo, who put Humpty Dumpty back together. ROCKSTARS!!!!! All of them, including the owner, who definitely cares about his customers. They were all extremely knowledgeable and polite. They showed up on time, each time, and did exactly what they said, cleaned up very well, and left us with a 10/5 star insulated patio cover. We could not be any more thankful we chose Ultra Patios and the fact everything was perfectly clean afterwards! PS, the GreenSky line of credit was so easy to set up and navigate there is no reason you need to bake in the desert sun.
