Keil genuinely listened to my needs, concerns and came through. He truly cares about his customers, and they did an amazing job on our roof!!

Ultra Dry repaired a leak 2 years ago and no leak since thanks to Valentine. They originally recommended a new roof secondary to hail damage but it had just been replaced 5 years earlier. The hail damage was minor and the hit we would take from the insurance company just for filing a claim, even if we didn’t act on it, wasn’t worth the risk of markedly increased premiums in this day and age. I would call Ultra Dry first for any future roof repair. I have dealt with several other roofing companies over the last 10 years and they always recommend a new roof. Charlie

Ultra Dry Roofing repaired a leak in my garage roof. They found that I didn't have a ice & water shield in the area where the garage roof meets the roof on the house. They installed a ice & water shield and new shingles in the area. Ultra Dry did a nice job. My roof no longer leaks. They did a good job cleaning up the area before they left. Price in line with other quotes I received. Very nice company to work with.

This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with when it comes to construction projects. We had a leak in our sunroom causing damage to ceiling and outer wall. We were not sure where the source was. We called 3 roofing companies. Ultra Dry was the one we chose.
The owner and salesperson came and conducted a thorough inspection and determined where the damage was. Their finding was consistent but more comprehensive than the other two. They presented 2 options (repair or replace) and we chose to replace. They brought samples for us to match existing house shingles, and were very careful on our behalf to get the closest match to the rest of house. They were on time for all meetings and installation. They were careful and respectful of our property, and cleaned up better than any contractor we’ve had. They were professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson/point of contact, Blake, was very responsive to all questions and requests. He is extremely professional and polite. Should we need the remainder of our roof replaced, we know who we can trust to do the job.

Great team great service. I highly recommend. Update- The service to get my insurance claim was 1st class. My new roof was installed 2 weeks after we started the process. The install team was curious, fast, very professional. They finished late and it was dark so they came right back and cleaned up.
