I'll tell ya what, these good ole guys did a phenomenal job on our new metal roof, porch over hang, and gutters. From start to finish all were professional, knowledgeable, understanding of what we wanted and delivered it all with complete efficiency and expertise. Ok let me start by saying! I went on Facebook looking for a roofing company to fix a spot on my roof. My son Michael told me about ultimate roofing company. I then hit them up on Facebook expecting many things ( all in my head) you know thousands of dollars. Well I was surprised because Tyler got back with me in person the next day took his pictures and named a price . Pleasantly surprised I said book it. Without delay he. Had his crew there within 3 days (total surprise) when they arrived it was all business . The 3 guys he sent were very professional my 3 dogs barely knew they were on the roof . Knowing what my yard could look like once again to my amazement there was no debris left behind. This was a worry for me with my dogs because a nail in a paw or a piece of a shingle in the tummy are both no no,s To sum it up very timely very professional and very clean. I could not ask for better. Thank you guys

Great communication, professional and fast. I called 3 other roofing companies. One came to give estimates. The other 2 never even called me back. I picked Ultimate Roofing. I contacted Devin himself who sent out Tyler May and he came out while I was at work and gave me an estimate for the work the same day. He stayed in contact with me throughout the week letting me know the work would be done after all the rain. This company is great and answers any and all questions you may have. I am very happy that I picked them and am one very happy customer. I can’t wait until spring where I plan for them to come out to replace my whole roof. Thank you Ulimate Roofing for your great work! I highly recommend Ultimate Roofing. They just did a tear-off, repair, and re-shingle of my 70 year old barn. Devon provided an estimate, and his crew got it done per the terms of the contract with no BS. I am very happy with the end product.

I recently saw a guy swallow a sword at the Renaissance Fair, and it was pretty amazing. Still, it paled in comparison to the skill and expertise of the Ultimate Roofing crew who replaced six pieces of Fascia at my neighbors home, at the top of a forty foot ladder, in a very difficult place to access. It was truly a sight to behold. We initially reached out to Ultimate Roofing because of the wonderful reviews. I contacted Devon, scheduled a time. He never showed. He lost track of time. No big deal, rescheduled and he showed that time. I stated I needed proof of insurance and license for the State of Michigan. He said his "guy" would send it over. Two days pass and I message him to ask when that would be sent. 4 days pass and he responds he was out of town and that would get sent over. I never heard from them again. We were extremely excited to move forward with Devon, after searching for a roofer that is insured and licensed. We ended up hunting for another roofer, while asking for recommendations from the city and online, we were made aware that Ultimate Roofing is NOT licensed in Michigan. Although they state they are. We were also made aware that they have been fined multiple times in Michigan for not having a license and having others pull permits for him. We ended up moving forward with another company. In the mean time, I came across a post looking for recommendations of roofers. A lot of people were suggesting Ultimate Roofing. I made a comment stating they are not Lisenced in the state of Michigan. Devon decided to reach out to me and attempt to ask me to remove my comment as it was making a negative impact on his family, although I was simply telling a truth. In summary, Ultimate Roofing is NOT licensed in Michigan. Pulling a permit does not make them licensed either.

I would not recommend Ultimate Roofing. An absolute waste of time.

Update. He's extremely angry at me and is stating I am money hungry because we offered money and I declined and said I wouldn't mind negotiating another offer. I just filer a POLICE REPORT because he threatened my family by saying he was sending out my address. This owner is insane. Devon Richards is INSANE.

Update. Please don't ever share your information to this person. He is now sending telemarketers to my home, and countless emails and calls. I have filed a complaint to the BBB.

Ultimate roofing did a fantastic job of putting a metal roof on our extra garage after some storm damage. Would highly recommend.

Ultimate roofing, went above and beyond to meet are needs after a hail storm. I called them they inspected within 24hours our roof & was fixed with 5 days! Thank you guys!

Had a Hiccup in the beginning, but they went above and beyond to make it right. Their work is excellent, and it looks great. They cleaned behind their self . I would recommend them to a friend.

Devon worked with me on budget and plans to make what I wanted come to life. Built a patio cover from scratch. He was responsive and helpful along the way.

I highly recommend Ultimate Roofing. Service this great is hard to come by. They are affordable and just the communication alone sets this company apart from the rest. They responded very quickly anytime that I reached out and gave me all my options so I was able to choose what would be best for my home.

Came out the next day to look at our roof that was showing water spots on our ceiling.
Very professional and let me know what was wrong and what needs to be fixed. Quoted me for fixing our problem and was very reasonably priced. Very helpful for what we were needing done.

Devon and his crew were awesome! Did my complete roof installation in a day including replacing some decking, the gutters were done a few days later and everything looks great. Would definitely recommend.

Asked them if they would install materials that I would purchase they told me they would. Had them come out to measure home and garage roofs so they could give me a list of how much materials I would need for both shingles sheathing drip edge etc etc. week has passed still nothing. Messaged twice asking when I would get the list told me he would work on it still nothing

Had a new roof installed by someone else and it kept leaking. Devon for Ultimate Roofing came out and did the repairs in less than 20 minutes no leaks now. Excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

Ultimate Roofing is very good at what they do, Devon the owner is very professional and very knowledgeable about the roofing business. His company was very competitive and his crew did a great job, they completed the job in no time and i really didnt even know they were here, cleaned up afterwards and my roof looks amazing. Devon and his team at Ultimate Roofing did a amazing job on my elderly grandparents 100 year old house. This roof was over 3 layers of shingles, lots of tar and headache. It’s been over a year now and they have had absolutely zero issues. They cleaned up every single nail and did not make a mess for my grandfather to clean up. They cut the cost almost 1/3 of the other company’s that come out and did a estimate. Hell of a job, great company. Thank you Devon.

We had Devon come out and re-roof our porch before we sold our home. The roof failed inspection so we called Devon as he assured us he was licensed and bonded. We simply wanted him to talk with the inspector who had questions about underlayment and materials used. Devon never responded, but instead blocked both my husband’s and my phone numbers. He blocked us on Facebook as that is where we found him. We called the company number and it must be a cell phone since he was able to block our numbers there as well. We were out $1,000 for his work plus $3,000 that we had to pay ANOTHER company to re-do his work he had JUST DONE the previous month. Absolutely unacceptable, shady, immature, and dishonest. If you are going to run a company, at least stand behind your work and have the respect to take your customers call. Instead, he will be getting a call from our lawyer. I ABSOLUTELY do NOT recommend Ultimate Roofing or Devon Richards.
