Prompt, professional, and work was completed quickly and looks fantastic - he even fixed another issue we were having right after gutter installation, saving us a massive headache (fixed a horrible installation from a previous roofer). Very happy with the work, but also I feel he actually cares to do the right thing!

Had some separation issues between the chimney & siding of the house. Historically, the issue had been addressed with layers of sealant that just didn't hold but Omer and team fixed things up with a mix of metal trim and sealant that will stand the test of time & looks aesthetically pleasing!

I cannot say enough good things about Ultimate Exteriors and Omar.

Omar is knowledgeable, timely, honest and great to work with for repairs and renovations. He provided me with an estimate just a couple days after coming out. Quotes for all the work were fair, reasonable and accurate to my requests. He even pointed out that some of my requests would be a waste of my own money. I replaced 24 windows with him, there was one window that was ~10 years old and still good. There isn’t really a style difference so it helped me feel that I was working with someone honest. I even put a change order in during install and he was able to accommodate with ease.

It also says something that Omar installed the windows himself and didn’t have an untrusted sub do the work. All the windows were masked off prior to removal so there was no unnecessary dust on furniture or the rooms.

Each day crews were out - they were respectful, efficient and tidy. Once work began, crews were there for two weeks straight with no surprises with no call/no show. The quality of work matched up to expectations - and turned out beautifully. I will recommend UE to any neighbors or friends.

Omer was with me from the day the tree came to visit us in our bedroom. He made sure to keep me informed through every step of the process, got the work done when he said he was going to, and absolutely everything they did looks absolutely fantastic. Working with Omer was a great experience to say the least. I was trying to get a siding repair project taken care of since spring of 2024. No one would take the project because of its very high location and relatively smaller size (one company even committed to helping, put me on the wait list in May, just to cancel in August). Omer answered himself, came and did an inspection same day (where he was very transparent and appreciative of my business where other inspections considered it a nuisance - as if they were doing me a favor), and had his crew working on it the following day, which was amazing after my previous experiences. The project was done just a couple days later and it looks great. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Omer and Ultimate Exteriors.

We had our 2 story barn re-sided that was built in 1993. In addition, we had 7 windows replaced. Omer & his crew were wonderful to work with. They showed up when scheduled, answered all of our questions promptly. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

We had some damage to the soffits on the house, caused by the old siding being removed by a different company in a less-than-careful fashion. Every gabled soffit was similarly damaged, and they all needed replacing. Omar and his team quickly assessed the problem, quoted out a reasonably-priced fix, and had everything repaired perfectly much, much faster than I had expected. Omar even helped repair damaged downspout while on site. I couldn’t be more pleased, and only wish I had found this company sooner. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the gutter installation on my home and garage by Omer and his team. They worked quickly but thoroughly and the gutters look and function great. Omer never disappoints! He saved the day when we had a leaking roof years ago, and he was our first call after we had hail damage this fall. He even installed our new vent for our gas range and piped it outside while he was here. He will always be our go-to guy for home improvement needs.

Ultimate Exteriors is one of the best company I've worked with for the latest storm damage from March of 2022. The owner was quick to response, friendly, and very engaging on getting the correct tasks completed for me. The claim was easily attainable in the correct amount with the insurance so the work can get started on time.

Work was finished and the area was cleaned up as promised.

Got siding, gutters and a new roof all last year. 100% recommend this company. They were punctual, professional, and down to earth. In the last storm, we got some hail damage and they were quick to help us out by ordering us a few pieces of siding to get it fixed. We had such a positive experience with everyone connected with Ultimate Exteriors! From the time we received our bid to replace all our windows and slider, to when the job was done. The owner helped complete and submit paperwork for our energy rebate. Having the new windows has made such a difference at the thermostat! Omar and his team are THE BEST. We purchased our home in November and needed to replace our gutters. Omar visited the property within hours and called in less than 24 hours to give us an estimate.

What we love about Ultimate Exteriors is the knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail that Omar & his team exhibit. Omar took the time to break down the individual factors of his estimate and explain where he got his numbers from. Other companies did not offer us that transparency—they had more of a “take it or leave it” approach.

Omar also persuaded us NOT to spend a large amount of money on a product that we wanted but wouldn’t actually need. Unlike other companies, he thoroughly explained why said product wouldn’t work for our property and encouraged us to put that money elsewhere. I was SO impressed! I imagine most companies need to push product in order to make a profit (as others who quoted the same job had done), but Omar’s knowledge of the trade and integrity as a professional meant he couldn’t complete the job without making us aware of the money we’d possibly be wasting.

The job itself started on time and was done super fast. His team were friendly and professional. We have since had him come out for another project and he even spent time making us aware of other areas of our house that may need work in the future.

I feel like as a new homeowner some people would be willing to take advantage of our inexperience. With Ultimate Exteriors, that is not the case.

Great service and very flexible with you. When the derecho blew through we lost some shingles and a roof vent so we had rain coming through our attic. He made time that night to come patch the roof to prevent further damage. After it was patched he was very helpful when it came to what the insurance company wanted. Omar does great work! He is very knowledgeable and is sure to be thorough and get it done right. I would recommend Omar to anyone that needs siding repair. I called for an estimate and he was quick to come out the next day and was able to fix our minor repairs on the spot! The other two estimates were extremely high for a smaller project. Fortunately I came across Ultimate Exteriors. When I called for an estimate Omar showed up quickly, explained in detail what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate. The project was completed on time and with high quality. We hired Ultimate Exteriors for multiple exterior repairs including siding install, window and garage trim renovation, and new front and screen door installation including new interior door trim. Omar offered several tips to help us decide on the look of our project. Omar and his crew did an amazing job. They were very hard working, professional, experienced and talented. Specifically, they took pride in their work with detailed craftsmanship. We had a project completion deadline and Omar and his crew delivered! We had an excellent experience with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Our builder had cut some corners and we had some serious water damage behind the siding. I expected I would have a hard time finding someone wanting to take on a project like mine for a fair price. I called on a Saturday, they came out on Tuesday and had it fixed by Thursday. Omar did a good job explaining what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Omar is a hard worker and is the type of guy that doesn't cut corners. They fixed the cause of the problem and replaced all of the damaged areas. I would definitely hire him again!

We had an amazing experience with Ultimate Exteriors! We had never been through a big project, and Omar set the bar very high! He went above and beyond for us, made sure that we understood what he was talking about, asked questions and made sure we got everything we wanted and more! We trust Omar and his crew for any big or small project. We had questions and he was always available to answer them. Customer satisfaction is their top priority. They didn't leave any trash, screws or any other debris, it was like they were never here at the end of the day, which meant alot, and says alot about the crew! I had a leak on the top of my window and a leak between the house and the sunroom addition. I had multiple handyman came out to installed a divider on the roof so the water doesn’t pour on this window and also calked the window but nothing fixed it and these handyman do not warranty their work and won’t pick up when I tried to call them out again. I do not want to work with any contractors who doesn’t warranty their work anymore and I called Worth Exterior, Right Roofing, and Ultimate Exterior for estimate this time.

Worth Exterior sent out a Salesman who doesn’t know anything about the construction of window and siding or why is it leaking in those two areas. He said if we install new window then he thinks they will warranty the leak and he is not sure about the leak between the sunroom and the house. He said they will have to send out a handyman who understands siding and window installation to give me an estimate. Then, I never heard from him again and no one come out.

Right Roofing also came out to take a look. This time, the person that came out is knowleadgable and talked about all the possiblities of what causing those two leaks. I received an estimate with a long list of items that they have to fixed in order to warranty their work and the price is very high. Also, I have to be on waiting list because their schedule is very full. It might be a few months until they can do it.

My last estimate is from Ultimate Exterior. The owner came out timely and he was able to tell us what is wrong on the spot and provide us with an estimate with very reasonable pricing. He also gave us 3 years warranty on the labor if it leaks after he fixes it. He came out and fixed it in the first week in June. There were lot of rain, strong wind, and storm during the month of June and now at the end of June, I haven’t had any leakage. Ultimate Exterior truly understand siding, window, and roofing. All the other contractors said there might be something wrong with the construction of the roof and I need to replace the Window but only Ultimate Exterior stated the correct problem and propose a solution. I highly recommend Ultimate Exterior for all your needs related to roofing, siding, and window.

Omar and his crew finished up a new roof for us this week. His guys worked through some very hot weather and they worked long days to get the roof done on time. At the end of the day they always cleaned up and you couldn't even tell they were here. They also took great care to not damage the flowers in the flower beds next to the house.
