Josh was super helpful and friendly while building my custom chicken coop with Ulrich Lifestyle Structures. He listened to my ideas and preferences and then gave me information and what there was to offer to help me get the custom coop I wanted. He was very knowledgeable and offered many options of colors and setups that would fit my wants and needs. I am very pleased with the excellent customer service I received from Josh and everyone I’ve spoken to from Ulrich during the process of my chicken coop.

My wife and I bought a 6x8 chicken coop from ulrich we got to choose the color it’s very spacious we have a flock of 10 and could probably add 4 more would definitely recommend!

So my wife and I were planning a chicken coop build and went to several places around town. We decided to go with Ulrich and we couldn’t be happier from start to finish they took their time and really listened to what we wanted. We are extremely satisfied with their product too thank you @Josh for all of your help making our dream come true!

Our experience with Ulrich was amazing. We worked with Josh Broughfam and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we built the shed we wanted. Josh was very responsive anytime we had questions during the process. The delivery driver Donovan had a very tight space to place our shed. He went above and beyond to get the shed in our desired location and made sure it was centered and level. I must say my experience with Bgrady was absolutely an example of love thy neighbor and treat others as you would like to be treated. He was very respectful. I told him what I was looking for and he took his time and found it for me it's perfect and the price he gave me when I told him what I could spend on a monthy bases he kept it under that price. He wasn't pushy and seemed so sincere and very professional I believe he went above and beyond doing his best to make sure I was a happy customer. He succeeded I'm extremely happy and very excited about getting my shed.ive been searching and speaking with different companies and people about buying a shed and nothing ever felt right until speaking with him .a very mild tone when he speaks and a great sales representative. I’ve been looking for a shed for a while. Even before I moved . I decided to check Facebook and got this guy name “Josh ulrich”. He was so kind via fb. Well I didn’t go back to fb . Then while passing the ULRICH store on hull st, I decided to call. The phone kept ringing and ringing . This guy answer all the way from Harrisonburg ! He was so patient with me ,my schedule and card problems ‍♀️. While taking my info he was like hey! Are u Bianca from fb? so let’s just say it was meant to be !! I ended up getting Josh ulrich AKA Josh Broughfman back lol I could have went to the local store but I wanted to make sure he got his commission and credit! I had to drop a 5 star for him! Now I’ll do another one for how yall deliver my stuff ! Hopefully you guys do right by me when it comes to delivering my new shed. I seem to get screwed by companies lately‍♀️

My husband and I were looking for an affordable structure to house a few rescue cats. Josh Broughfman was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to find us the perfect size building and keep it within our budget. We were updated frequently on the build progress and the unit was delivered when promised. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Josh and Ulrich!

The shed arrived earlier than expected and I was blown away by how nice it is. I “designed “ it online and it looks exactly like the images. Lynne was a great help with making sure I was getting what I wanted and offered suggestions that were helpful. Donavon delivered it and showed up exactly when he said he would. He unloaded the shed and drove it across my yard with a remote controlled mule without damaging the grass. He made sure I was happy with the placement, and asked if I had any questions. You can’t go wrong with the Ulrich sheds.

My experience with Ulrich Lifestyle was truly a great experience. Everett Ulrich of Ulrich Lifestyle scheduled a design session to discuss the many options I wanted in my garage plan, some of which they hadn't done before in previous builds. They gave me pricing details for each "what if" option I threw at them which helped in getting me exactly what I wanted in the budget I had. Construction began under the supervision of Ulrich's construction manager Caleb Buckwalter soon after the permits were approved.
I was given detailed estimated schedule and time frame for each major construction event and roughly 9 or 10 weeks later I had a beautiful, very well-made garage that my neighbors and my home owners association architectural review board really liked.
I have referred my sister to them and she has a garage scheduled to be built as soon as her permits are approved. I also referred two neighbors who are exploring the options for their own garage.
So often you hear of people who have contracted a company to build a major structure only to have mixed feelings on how the experience was, but not me. I can honestly say this company deserves my 5-star rating

Josh was phenomenal assisting and aiding with our new building selection. He made the process smooth and stress free. We had concerns about delivery due to the grade of our yard, delivery driver came out to check area, before we even bought it, and assured us he could “put it anywhere we wanted”. Great group of people to work with and locally built, keeping work in the area. Price could not be beat either!

Donovan, Chad, and Kevin did a fine job setting up my building. Thanks to all! Josh was a good salesman but he failed to answer my question whether I could visit the location the building was being built at lol so I took it upon myself to visit. Hope didn't make anybody mad!

We were very happy with the building and the delivery and installation was great shout out to Donavan. Only issue was calling customer service we called them several times to verify the delivery date and the recording said each time they would get back with us in 10 minutes but we never got a call back from them.

Josh was super helpful getting the right shed picked out for my property. I added the RV cover and deck after is was set up.

I really like the quality of the materials and the construction of my new shed. The hardware is notably more rugged than what I’ve seen on other products. The people at Ulrich were a pleasure to deal with, from purchase to installation.

Ulrich customized our garage design so it flowed naturally with our exhausting house. We love the garage and breezeway they built us. Caleb B, who was our project manager, was very responsive and say to work with. He made sure the project met our needs and expectations. I recommend unlatch and Caleb as great to work with.

Amanda in Stuart’s Draft designed 2 sheds w exactly what we needed and wanted. She then contacted us about a sale if we bought that Saturday on top of the 2 Home Depot gift cards! The nice man in Tx called to arrange delivery and Danny made it happen with real craftsmanship to make it level and look great. We’re totally delighted and telling friends about you. When I wanted to the office, I'm in a young man named Josh. He was very helpful and understanding. Help with my budget and help me figure out what kind of space I had and found the right shed for me to start my workshop. He was very nice and professional and polite. The man who brought the Shed to my house for outgoing, hard-working and very professional. They help set it up and did a great job. Amanda at Ulrich's in Harrisonburg was extraordinarily helpful (and patient with us) in designing our shed. It was not an off-the-shelf design -- she helped us decide where to put the doors and windows to complement the location of our trees and how to design the interior with shelves and a loft to give us the storage space we wanted. We wanted the shed to be built on site because we have bushes and trees surrounding our property -- we looked around and Ulrich by far gave us the best price for an on-site build. One of their competitors was much, much more expensive. Arthur and Cody built the shed and we couldn't have asked for a better team to do it. Once again, Amanda is one of the best personal service workers we have ever encountered. She kept in touch with us after we agreed on the design to see that the timing of the build was okay given the weather and that it was completed with no problems.

What a wonderful experience start to finish. Everyone was wonderful to work with. Even another contractor we had onsite commented on the level of service of the install by Kevin. Especially enjoyed working with the my designer Josh. Can’t wait to have the work around the shed done so I can post an updated photo. Way to go Ulrich of Harrisonburg! Thank you

Josh Broughfman was great to work with, the building is fantastic Glad I chose to buy it here instead of the other places. There was absolutely no hidden fees and the bill quality is excellent.

To top it off, Josh went out of his way to make sure that we were extremely happy with and knew everything we need to know every step of the way.

Mr. Caleb followed up on all completed project tasks performed. He kept me informed and let me know if there were recommendations that needed improvements on my garage. We did have to have our overhead door adjusted slightly, but Jason was out the next day to do that.

I absolutely love my shed. The sales lady that sold it to me was so helpful no matter how many times I changed my mind on what/how I wanted my shed she stayed very professional. The lady that kept in touch with me about delivery kept me updated and made sure delivery day worked for me. The design team was great! Did not try to over sell and were very helpful and helping us design our shed but when William and author came out to our house to do the actual construction, we were even more amazed at this wonderful company. I highly recommend them! William and author were very kind and professional very timely. They worked almost the entire day, and if they took breaks, I never saw it, they worked until the job was done and done well. I would recommend them to family and friends as well as strangers. They are the real deal when it comes to a quality company all the way around.

After giving up looking for a prebuilt shed at Lowes and Home Depot due to cost and quality and not being able to find a decent one online I contacted Ulrich after my company did work with them and I had seen their display lot on Rt. 11 a few times.

I scheduled a design consultation through their website which easily connected me to their design team out of Texas. I went over the details of what I was looking for size and style wise and they emailed me a color pallet to best match it to my house. After deciding on a color and finalizing details, I scheduled a time for them to come out to build the shed, signed a contract, and put down half the cost of the shed as a deposit.

The local Ulrich shop got in touch with me later that week for brief introductions, to verify that the scheduled time still worked, and to notify me of when to expect them. The builders William and Arthur showed early, which was beneficial, and we did a quick run through of the project. I left for work on time and when I got back home for lunch they were very nearly done. By the time I had finished lunch they had mostly cleaned up the job site and placed the shed in its final location. Before going back to work they gave me a walk through of the shed before we signed the finalization document and I paid the remainder of the balance.

In my opinion, this is a high quality product with a $$/$$$ cost rating if you can catch them during one of their sales. The color and style of the trim, siding, and roofing match my house very well making the shed look like it was always there. Every part of the team from the initial call to the instillation were incredibly professional. I would recommend them to folks looking for a quality shed that will last. In addition, the shed is covered by at least a 10-year limited warranty, not that the warranty was a part of my consideration when purchasing the shed.

To close with, while my shed was small in comparison to what I imagine is a majority of their sales, I felt in no way belittled.

We are so happy with our backyard shed from Ulrich. My wife and I spent a lot of time going to different shed lots in the area, looking for the right shed and the right company to work with. By far, Ulrich had the best customer service, value, and quality.

We've had a great experience from the beginning. Alec helped us pick the right model and patiently worked with us as we tweaked the design to complement our house and yard. He was very patient, responsive, and customer-focused. We never felt like we were being upsold. We always felt like like our interests were put first.

Zach helped coordinate the delivery and build of our shed. He helped us work around an issue with the temporary removal of our backyard fence, and ordered an on-site build while honoring the agreed-upon price in our contract. I was really impressed with that level of customer service.

The builders, William and Arthur, arrived right on time and were professional, friendly, polite, and hard working. We were amazed at how quickly, proficiently, and expertly they built our shed, from the ground up. Everything was exactly as we specified, down to the last detail. They are true craftsmen!

I very enthusiastically and highly recommend Ulrich for your shed needs. For me, It was important to have an onsite build due to the size of my shed and my width restrictive driveway. My builders William and Arthur showed promptly on time and ready to go. The build took exactly 2 days with an extra half day for finishing touches, painting and clean-up. I was amazed at the speed, professionalism and care they took for the build and gave me time to ask and answer all my questions. Love the 15year warranty too!
