We have been fortunate to have Xtreme Painting to paint our entire lower level and wood ceiling as well as the outside of our home with trim and doors. Edwin provides a thorough quote and makes recommendations on what needs to be done to create a thorough and professional job. His crews are excellent and very considerate. We highly recommend!

We recently had our entire guest house painted, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience from start to finish. From the moment we got in touch with Edwin he was professional but also very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through the entire house with us, offering sound advice on the different paint sheens for various rooms and surfaces. His suggestions were spot-on, and the finished look has completely transformed the space.

I highly recommend Xtreme painting for any projects large or small! They painted the inside of our house and did amazing picture modeling in almost every room. I highly recommend Xtreme Painting! Edwin and his crew are phenomenal, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We needed our office building repainted and some rotten boards on the porch replaced. Xtreme Painting was able to handle the complete job, carpentry and all. They painstakingly scraped off layers of old paint before applying the new paint, which gave the building a pristine look when the project was completed. Xtreme Painting is a class act from start to finish. If you are looking for a company that takes “Xtreme” pride in their workmanship and is detail orientated then look no further. We have worked with Edwin Saravia and his crews on two separate occasions involving the interior painting of our home. Each time they have been a dream to work with and have patiently answered all our questions and addressed any of our concerns. Communication with Edwin has been stellar to include prompt responses to any calls.
When we moved from Florida, I did not expect to ever find another painting company who took such pride in their workmanship as our prior painter of 12 years. We meet with over 5 different companies before choosing Xtreme Painting. While Xtreme Painting was not the least expensive, they were competitively priced and provided some extra services that exceeded those of their competitors. The deciding factors for us were:
1. A longer warranty time on their workmanship
2. No upfront payments (payment was due at completion once you are satisfied with the job)
3. No additional upcharges to the cost of the paint. You pay Edwin’s paint cost directly to Benjamin Moore.
4. The moving and covering of all the floors/furniture when needed.
5. Assistance in selecting paint colors that worked with our home. One of my greatest challenges is picking paint colors. Edwin was able to arrange for a Benjamin Moore representative to come to our home to help in the paint color selection. This made a world of difference to me.
Any type of construction at your home is always stressful. Xtreme Painting made the process so much easier from Edwin’s meeting with us to explain the timeline for the job to his fabulous crew’s work ethic. Naun and Meme (Elmer) arrived timely every day. They always cleaned up the job site at the end of the day to include sweeping the area, throwing away any trash, etc. Their attention to detail was unbelievable. The jobs included ceilings, stairs, walls, closets, moving extremely heavy and bulky furniture plus having to work around us and our 90 lb. dog. They were not loud nor played any loud music and they worked diligently to get the jobs completed in a timely manner. In fact, their first job was finished early. There were no paint drippings on the flooring, furniture, cabinets etc. The lines for the ceilings and baseboards were so straight and crisp, you could cut yourself on them. They moved everything back into its prior location. This included a very challenging sewing room closet filled with “stuff”. Before I could move all the items out and get photos of their location in the closet, they had already moved them to another room. I expected I would have a nightmare trying to put everything back. But no worries with Naun, Meme and crew on the job. They had taken photos of everything’s location and had it all put back before I even realized they were done in the room. The areas of the walls, ceilings that needed patching were done so well, I could not tell where the prior homeowners had damaged them. They made sure to mark the location of the pictures on the walls so I could easily rehang them. Additionally, everyone we worked with were just fun to be around. By the end of the two weeks, they felt like family… but in a good way.
We are so blessed to have found Edwin and his crew. They will be our go to company from this point forward. In fact, they are painting the exterior of our home in the spring of 2025. We are looking forward to catching up with everyone and seeing them once again transform our home with their “Xtreme” painting.

From the quote process to the finished product, we couldn’t have been more pleased with Xtreme Painting. Our experience with Edwin and Xtreme Painting matched other reviewers. Pricing was fair, upfront and inclusive of anything that would make the work complete. Xtreme Painting pressure washer, repaired, and stained our log cabin that had received no love in decades. Every carpenter bee hole was filled. They even caulked between every log and around windows finally saving us from our constant stink bug battle.

We plan to hire them again for interior work.

Fantastic work! Edwin coordinated it all and David and Edinelson did the hard work. Super professional, hard working, and kind. Very good at what they do. They removed the popcorn ceiling in the hallway and bathroom, painted and repaired a wall in the bedroom, and painted our bathroom. We recently had the pleasure of hiring Xtreme Painting for a ceiling de-popcorning and painting project in our home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations.

Edwin and his team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, skillful craftsmanship, and a genuine passion for their work. This project was a major part of a whole house renovation, so there were multiple jobs going on at once. Edwin was able to suggest the best workflow to fit within these jobs and finish with plenty of time to spare before we were to begin the next major phase of the renovation.

The level of precision in their work is truly commendable, resulting in a flawless finish that has transformed the look and feel of my living space. The rooms feel brighter, the ceilings feel much taller, and the house feels brand new. I have shared a before and after of our upstairs hallway - the multiple angles and height of the ceiling made it a challenging job, but the team finished it beautifully and were able to fix some imperfections I had left after previously removing the wallpaper myself.

Edwin and his team did an excellent job in every aspect of our house project. His team not only painted many areas of our house but also removed wallpaper and popcorn ceilings all over our home. In every room, they were diligent in making sure they knew exactly what we wanted, carrying out the task with quality workmanship and cleaning any mess associated with the job. They were in our home for 2 weeks and made sure to work around our busy schedules and our dogs. The work they did has made our house feel like a completely different home. I would absolutely recommend them for painting, wallpaper removal or popcorn ceiling removal. We would hire them again without hesitation.

I had a client who needed the entire interior of her home painted, walls, ceilings, trim and doors. There was also a lot of drywall repair work that needed to be done. The repair work was done to perfection. The painting was great and was done in a timely manner. My client was also very pleased with the cost. I highly recommend Edwin and his team.

This is the second job that we have had Xtreme painting do for us and both times they have done a fabulous job. Edwin and his team are simply top notch. Our first job that Edwin did for us several years ago was wallpapering a bathroom with many tricky angles and he knocked it out of the park. This second job was painting a ceiling in a very large and used (living room and kitchen) space. His crew did the whole painting job in a single day so that we could use our kitchen in time for dinner. Usually when there is speed on a job, you end up sacrificing quality, but that was definitely not the case here! They did a great job in record time and we could not be happier with the results. We also had them clean our windows for our whole house and again, they were timely, thorough, and did a great job. The crew was very clean, friendly, and nice to work with. We will not hesitate to use Xtreme painting for future jobs and highly recommend them!

In November of 2023, Xtreme Painting completed a job for me that included removal of a popcorn ceiling, repair and priming of wallboard, installation of new closet doors and new baseboard trim, painting of ceiling, walls, doors, and all woodwork. The quality of their work was exceptional. They cleaned up very well at the end of each day. The workmen (Marvin, David, Ariel, and Elmer) were polite and as quiet as the job allowed and very careful not to damage furniture and carpeting. I can highly recommend them and hope to get them back for a future job. They are in high demand and have a full schedule of clients. You may have to wait to get an opening in their schedule, but the wait will be worth it!

They are a very professional painting contractor and they do exactly what they say they will do. David, Elmer and the finishers did an amazing job and were very polite. We were so pleased with the results of our now smooth ceiling as well as the walls, trim and doors. We will definitely use them in the future if needed.

I am 100% satisfied with the exterior painting that Xtreme Painting did on my circa 1900 brick building.

The building was in very bad condition. It was built in 1903 and probably hadn’t been painted in 30-40 years. The owner of Xtreme, Edwin, gave me a very detailed quote and he was quick with his response and follow up. The quote was very close to others I received but it was by far the most detailed.

Once the work started there was a crew of about 5 guys on the jobsite every day for almost 2 weeks. Naun, the project manager, was very helpful and kept me updated every day. This building had a lot of different details and he made sure everything was moving along as planned. He made sure I knew that I could come to him if something was not how I wanted it. All the workers were friendly, and they cleaned up every day. They kept plastic and canvas covering the ground and parts not to be painted.

At one point the workers discovered that the supplied paint was not what they had ordered that was fault of the paint supplier. This required extra time on their part, but I was very happy that they were proactive about it, and it really illustrated their attention to detail.

Naun also tidied up some minor things on the outside of the building beyond what was required. It didn’t take much time, but it saved me some hassle. They also cleaned all the windows.

Edwin checked in with me during the project and met with me on site to review the progress midway. We had some additional things come up to add to the job and the added costs were reasonable. My neighbors and tenants both said they were good to work with. I have received many compliments on the job.

Overall- very professional, prompt, customer service oriented and high-quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Xtreme Painting in the future. Great job!

Wow!!!! That’s all I can say about Edwin and his team at Xtreme. I briefly got the opportunity to meet Edwin when we did our initial visit and walk around of the property and out of all the companies I met with he was the only one who took the time to explain each step in his process and treated me more like a friend than a customer. Edwin’s team basically repainted an entire historical building with years of damage and neglect and made the place look brand new. The entire length of the project Edwin made sure we were happy and pleased. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. Like the other reviews, I have had a great experience with Xtreme painting. Edwin the owner was very communicative through the process. He made sure he and the crew understood what I wanted in each room and provided expertise about paint types and applications. David and Elmer who did the painting were exceptional. It was a large, multi-day job, and they were always on time, sure to ask questions when decisions needed to be made, and so tidy and clean in their work I was envious. My experience with Edwin and Xtreme Painting has been excellent from the first phone call! Edwin was extremely professional and so helpful! He came out to our house the next day to meet us and give us an estimate on our job. He was very flexible on payment. He and his crew (Juan and Naun) began our project on time and finished in 4 days! I don't normally take the time to write reviews but in this case I just had to share the fantastic experience we had with Xtreme Painting. From the first visit by Edwin to look at the job, through the quote process and finally the actual work, this is one of the most pleasant and satisfying experiences I've had with a contractor. Pictures are attached to show the stunning transformation of our deck but what doesn't show is the incredible amount of handwork that went into the preparation. Edwin's team led by Marvin were obsessive in their attention to detail. Every single floor board, step, hand rail and baluster was first pressure washed. Next they ground off the deep staining and rough edges of turned up boards, then every piece of wood was progressively hand sanded up to 120 grit for a velvet finish. Translucent stain was applied in two coats and handrails were lightly sanded in between to give an extra fine feel. We quite literally have a new deck.
I witnessed multiple times where one team member would ask another to check out some work and they would discuss the result and make adjustments if necessary. Every person on the team was polite, friendly and worked as hard as I have ever seen, and all clearly showed pride in their work.
Since then I've been called twice by Edwin to check on the condition of the deck, asked if there were any 'touch up' spots that we would like to have addressed, and given assurance that if we did find anything, they are only a phone call away.

Xtreme Painting did an amazing job with my whole house painting job. The quality of their work is top notch! From floor to ceiling even the garage, they didn't miss a beat! They did an excellent job with each room and when there was a small communication issue, we were able to work things out. I would definitely use them again! I recommend Xtreme painting without reservation. Edwin Saravia returned my initial call immediately and he was able to visit my home the following day. I received his cost and time estimate in three days; He explained the contract clearly and I was confident there would be no unexpected costs. About a month later (he had informed me it would take time to finish his schedule) Edwin called to tell me when he could begin the job. His team arrived on schedule; completed the work in the estimated time and came in on budget. I cannot speak highly enough of the men who painted my home. Their prep work was painstakingly done and repairs were made where needed; they cleaned up completely every day before leaving, they painted expertly and were very respectful of my home. They were true professionals and I could not be more satisfied.

Edwin and all his workers are top notch. I recently purchased a home and needed to have six interior rooms painted. Edwin, his wife and son, Edwin Jr. came measured each room, asked detailed questions and made a few recommendations. Extremely professional and friendly. The quote was delivered within 48 hours and was quite detailed.
Edwin arranged with a local paint supplier so I could get the paint colors of my choice at a competitive price (Less than Lowes or Home Depot).
I was originally sheduled for late July but when we had a bit of a rainy spell Edwin asked if it would be OK for his crew to come by early, which they did. He assigned Marvin's crew to the job and they were professional, thorough and the quality was outstanding. I found no roller marks or brush streaks. The edging was exquisite and there was no spillage or mess made.
I highly recommend their services. Edwin is fair priced, but not cheap. (Generally I find you go cheap you get cheap.) I want my home to be nice, not cheap.

While renovating my old farm house the last 8 months I’ve worked with a dozen companies and contractors but only one went above and beyond. Edwin and Xtreme Painting were the hardest working and most honest individuals I’ve had work on this house, they’re work was incredible as they settled for nothing less than perfect. Edwin was available every step of the way and would follow up on his companies work as if it was his own house he was working on. His knowledge of lighting and proper paint types for each room, old and new, definitely helped bring the house together in a way that was above my expectations. I would not only recommend his work but will be using Xtreme painting in the future for a another structure on the property.
