As the roofing coordinator, I oversee repairs and replacements on over 800 Travel Center locations nationwide. UB Commercial is the only roofer I trust to service our approx. 150 locations in OH, IN, MI, and W PA. They are very professional, responsive and trustworthy. I know I can take their word to the bank. i am unable to evaluate every roof in our company so I rely on UB to have my back in the area they service. If you are looking for the best of the best in OH, I highly recommend UB Commercial.

I manage a large commercial real estate company and recently used UB to replace the roof on a warehouse in Columbus. Their team was fantastic and even made other needed repairs along the way. Once the work was completed, we did a walk through and I was handed all of the warranty paperwork along with a personalized "thank you" letter. Been using UB for everything since, doesn't matter the size, little or small, they are my go to.

We are grateful for this Company's commitment to service. From our initial phone inquiry to our acquaintance with Keith and Jake later, in combination with Julio, they resolved our complex issue through their persistence and experience. Our need came at an extremely intensive time for roofing companies during numerous, heavy Spring rains throughout Central Ohio. We felt prioritized with all issues resolved.

Adam and I were connected through a client who was having their roof re-done as a result of hail damage in the area. I struck up a conversation with him and identified him as someone who I wanted on my "team" re: Real Estate Transactions. His knowledge is evident, he's patient and really helped me be pretty hands off with the client as he instills trust and explains his projects in detail and really can talk to anyone at any level. He's responsive, flexible and easy to work with. He stands behind his work. Straight forward and honest are words I would use to describe Adam and his crew. I just wish he hadn't moved!
