As the roofing coordinator, I oversee repairs and replacements on over 800 Travel Center locations nationwide. UB Commercial is the only roofer I trust to service our approx. 150 locations in OH, IN, MI, and W PA. They are very professional, responsive and trustworthy. I know I can take their word to the bank. i am unable to evaluate every roof in our company so I rely on UB to have my back in the area they service. I manage a large commercial real estate company and recently used UB to replace the roof on a warehouse in Columbus. Their team was fantastic and even made other needed repairs along the way. Once the work was completed, we did a walk through and I was handed all of the warranty paperwork along with a personalized "thank you" letter.
