Tycon Roofing

Tycon Roofing came out and checked a roof leak that I was having. Quickly was able to find that whoever the previous owner had install the metal roof, did not caulk around the hot water heater exhaust vent, at all. Great service and very efficient!

Tyler arrived on a Saturday afternoon and said hello and got right to work inspecting our roof for damage. He gave us the good news that all was well with our roof. We appreciate his professional manner and friendly approach to business. Highly recommended.

I had a storm damaged roof it had to be completely replaced. They did excellent work and were very neat and clean and left no debris around my house. It was quick service and the price was right. I will have them do my next repair in 20 years or so.

I got sent 2 random meetings with individuals to see what kind of roof repair I would need. The first guy, Matt, was Awesome. The reason I even gave 2 stars. He had a wonderful personality and was informative, as best as he could be. Then, it all went down hill. With the rain we receive here, I expected a punctual response and a timely estimate. Well that didn't happen. No one one would call me back, no one would give me a time and date for anything. Strike one! I had to call the main boss, that actually got the ball rolling, a little. They said there guy Tyler would respond to me, he did, but he was the one who was supposed to call me DAYS prior for all of this. He was grumpy and short with me and you could tell he didn't want to help me. I assume because it wasn't a huge job, that's strike 2 of all this. The third strike is the over priced estimate of a small job. So, I hope this helps your search for a roofing company, maybe they will be better for you. All I want is communication and a timely response. They didn't warrant a 2 star service, but the first guy Matt, was the only bright spot.

Had a problem with my roof. Called Tycon and they were very responsive. Came out quickly and looked at problem. Sent his crew out next day and fixed it for me and I thought it was very good price. Will use again in the future.

Tycon has done 2 jobs for me. First, a reroof job at my church and second a major repair at my home. In both cases, they did an excellent job and I had zero cleanup to do and have had no problems. I highly recommend them.
