The previous owners hired Tycon Roofing a little over a year ago to replace the roof. When it rains we have water coming in the chimney in the living room. They do not answer calls texts or emails. We have made numerous attempts and so did the previous owner. No response.
Edit to respond to the business’ response below..... I did call, and I did leave several messages, and I also emailed several times. You had plenty of ways to contact me and chose not to do so. Still no response from your company.

I was initially happy with the work that was completed at our home. They were professional and responsive until I let them we were experiencing a leak in the roof/flashing/chimney cap that they replaced. I have called, texted and emailed over the last couple of months with no response other than a text that said, "Can I call you later?" They are not standing behind the warranty they claim to offer.
He showed up on time and looked the roof over. He suggested a solution that should solve the problem that I could take care of myself. Said if that didn't work to give them a call and we'd take steps to resolve the problem after that.
Another contractor wanted $3500 to fix the same problem.
He saved me a ton of money and was genuinely good to deal with.
