I’ve had nothing but great experiences working with Santos and his crew. His team completed a master bath remodel for us back in 2022 that was completed a day earlier than expected and on budget, and the work turned out great. Last month they repaired my front porch wood railing and several large cracks in my concrete steps in less than a day. On this latest project, he was able to fit me into his schedule within a couple days. Prices are also very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Great effort made to finish our project, even when we had a different idea along the way. Patient and listened to our requests to end up with something even better than we first imagined! Santos and his team did their best to reduce drywall dust to the rest of the house and cleaned up well after the work was finished. I have worked with Santos and his crew for several years. He and his crew are the best. He promptly answers my calls and completes work in the time frame he states. The crew cleans up every day and Santos checks to make sure I am satisfied. The crew is respectful and there is no loud music while they work. Two Brothers has done several updating projects for me. Upstairs they replaced the tub and installed new tile in both bathrooms. What I thought was going to be a really messy, long job turned out to be neither messy nor long. On the first floor they replaced the stippled ceiling in the family room and eating area, put new lighting in the kitchen and painted. No one has ever been able to paint for me before, but Santos crew did a spectacular job. I was very pleased. They totally updated the basement - completely redid bathroom, installed luxury vinyl flooring throughout, installed a closet, painted and installed new lighting overhead, which I love. They exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend Two Brothers Home Improvement. Please be sure you get the right company because there is another company with a similar name.

I have worked with Santos and his crew for several years for various repairs and improvements to my home. Santos is extremely responsive, and we are very often able to get work scheduled within a couple days of my initial phone call. Working with him and his team is like hitting the “easy button” - he handles identifying/purchasing the correct replacement items (not an easy task given Reston HOA requirements!), setup, and cleanup. It is obvious that he and his team take great pride in their work - they do it correctly the first time, without any hidden mistakes/surprise “messes” like I encountered with other contractors in the past. He and his team are careful and respectful of your home and belongings, and always put things back the way they were after work is finished. Santos blends expertise and a can-do attitude with honesty - if he knows that you do not need a particular repair, he will not recommend/charge you for that repair. Many other contractors in the area are happy to take your money whether work is necessary or not.

I have hired Santos and his team multiple times for siding repair, gutter cleaning, and assorted/miscellaneous interior repairs. I can always count on them to do great work for a fair price. If and when I need to do more extensive work, I will be in touch with his team. I have referred multiple other homeowners to his company. Having home repairs done is stress-free thanks to them. They are a joy to work with!

We had a great experience with Two Brothers Home Improvement! In just two days, Santos and his team did a great job moving plumbing (including running pipes coming up through the floor into the wall to accommodate the more open replacement vanity style) for installing two new vanities, installed mirrors, and replacing two vanity lights with sconces, with all the drywall repairs and painting associated with it. They also installed a two-story foyer light replacement.

The pricing for everything was very reasonable, and Santos was open to our requests and a creative problem solver to ensure we got just what we were looking for.

Santos is an excellent handy man. He is capable of large projects but also takes on smaller ones. He’s tackled projects that other handymen said they couldn’t do (such as hanging a ceiling fan in a place that was hard to reach). He is prompt and has reasonable prices. Two brothers home improvement did an excellent job getting our house refreshed. They did the deck, replaced bad boards and repainted. Repainted the entry ways and the double door, removed the rot from 3 doorways and refinished. Painted the shutters and reinstalled a fallen shutter. Excellent excellent excellent !!!

Santos and his team can do anything! They have redone our bathroom, put in hardwood flooring, installed a hot water heater, power washed our house, painted inside and outside, and installed recess lights. We have been extremely happy with his work!

WoW! We were impressed. We worked with the Two Brothers team to pick the tile and fixtures and they provided us with an estimate for total costs, labor and all items, to refurbish 3 bathrooms. The price stuck and it was affordable! They worked every day from morning to late afternoon until the work was completed. No breaks to go to other projects. All were friendly, professional, and most importantly, trustworthy. We love the end product. All three bathrooms and perfect, down to every detail.

Santos Diaz and his team demolished my old 20 ft. x 4 ft. flat roofed shed and rebuilt a beautiful, functional new, pitched roof shed in three days. He also rebuilt 25 ft. of fencing. These guys are GREAT! I had them completely rebuild a storage shed next to my carport - it is so solid it will likely last my lifetime. The did such a great job I had them come back and build a super long fence that abuts 3 of my neighbors. I would definitely recommend them, they do great work at very reasonable prices. I plan to use them again in the near future!!!

Two Brothers is great! We had them put in a deck in the back off our dining room. They did a beautiful job. Santos is very responsive, checked in with me throughout the process ensuring that my expectations were being met on the design and build. When the local stores ran out of the composite decking we wanted. Santos drove to all the stores throughout NOVA and MD to buy up the one/two boards each store had left in supply until he had enough to construct our deck. You can't say enough about that kind of service. We have a bathroom and walk-in closet addition coming up and we will be using Two Brothers Home Improvement again for those upcoming projects.
