Professional, timely, and honest. The team did rot repair work for near windows, replacing the siding and the rotten structural components. They also inspected other areas for damage, and they seemed very honest and upfront in their evaluations.

One year ago i watched with enthusiasm as Twin Pines did extensive renovations and upgrades to the unit next to mine. Last Iall i contracted with them to replace the kitchen counters and create a walk-in rain shower where an outdated jacuzzi sat.
John was receptive and very open to my ideas, offering valuable suggestions to keep the stone and tile sourced in Vermont. The serpentine stone counters are totally beautiful in the kitchen and seriously inctreased the value of my unit And the Vermont green slate tilework in the master bath is just stunning!
John and Ben stayed within our budget and their workers were a joy - always courteous and diligent and respectful.This is a relatively new company who surpassed the local established contractors in friendly attitude and superior work and I look forward to working with them on the next phase!

These busy talented folks went the extra mile to install my floor before the holidays. The job is perfect, the workers were more than congenial, they cleaned up after every stage, they showed up on time, they stayed in touch, they sent a detailed estimate, and I heartily recommend them for any work you might have. The only down side is that you might have to wait your turn.

I contacted John and Ben about what I thought was a leaky window with some slight moisture issues around the frame. By the time they removed the siding from my house, it turns out there was much more significant wood rot and water damage than I initially thought. John and Ben had the knowledge and experience to be able to safely remove all of the compromised materials and rebuild the load- bearing wall back to being more structurally sound than it had ever been before. Their work was top-notch.
They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and they communicated with me throughout the entire job. Highly recommended.
