SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury

This company did not delivered the work that was paid for. They tore up the hardwood flooring in our condo and promised to redo it. Not only did they do an awful job with the flooring, they ended up damaging the dry wall and base boards. Some of the floor boards aren't even leveled and has glue smeared everywhere. Kept promising to fix all of it but never followed through. Once they got our money, it was impossible to get in touch with them. A unprofessional company that isn't worth anyone's time.

Had a water leak that had seeped under my kitchen floor they came out were very polite, informative, professional. I am glad to have gotten the mess cleaned and taken care of in a timely manner I am very grateful it was taken care of

They were great! We had a basement plumbing issue with standing water and their team came out in a few hours after the call and cleaned things up and had an effective setup to prevent mold and dry things quickly. Besides being responsive they were all very friendly and very easy to work with. Definitely happy with their service.

Servpro helped dry out my son’s room after we had an ice dam create tons of damage and mold. I had a whole team at my house within a week of the inspectors initially surveying the damage. Brice and Jordan were especially helpful in explaining the process and going through paper work with me. I greatly appreciate all that they did for me and my home! Can’t wait to have the room fixed. I will make sure to recommend this company to anyone and everyone. I have had nothing but nice experiences with everyone that has come into my home.

This 5 star review is for Tadem, a soft spoken sweet soul. She was so very patient with my many questions, she was quick to replay and always kind in our communications. I could not have asked for a better lead on this house fire clean up and clean out project She gives off such a calming vibe In the midst of such displacement for her clients she went out of her way to bring me certain items she just seemed to know we would want and need without being asked or told to do so. Bryce and Crispin were excellent, professional and contientous. They helped us when we were in a bind with flooding and raw sewage in our building. I highly recommend them!

My partner and I returned to his condo late last night to find his hot water heater had bursted and flooded half the unit. SERVPRO got in touch with us quickly after we reached out, and had a technician make his way to our place in the middle of a winter storm well after midnight.
The tech, Bryce, was here for hours helping to clean everything up & get things drying & we greatly appreciate his time and effort. He was kind, efficient, and did a great job, thank you so much!! Highly recommend these guys!

This is the second time working with Bryce. He and his team are tremendous! Bryce is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and excellent about communicating the situation at hand. He and the team came on emergency late at night, and supported us through a difficult time. Our basement is better than it was before the situation happened. Bryce is an asset to ServPro, and most certainly an asset to us!

Brice and Alise did a great job removing the mold from our cellar. they had another helper but I didn't catch his name. But I am very happy with the work they did

Bryce and his crew were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and updated me on his progress and next steps. He cared about the quality of his work and reassured me that the job would be done well. He was right!

I had an undetected leak under a bathroom vanity that caused some water damage and mold growth, and ServPro was very quick to respond and get to work right away.

The customer service, communication, friendliness, and professionalism on the job and in my home has been top-notch from everyone involved, including the folks at the front desk phone line.

I wanted to give a special shoutout to Jordan, Ryan Chase, and Ryan's technician also named Ryan, who have been here doing the initial inspection and the work.

Ryan Chase especially has gone well above and beyond in helping me to feel very comfortable about everything he and Ryan were doing in the bathroom and in the home, checking in with me many times over about how everything was proceeding and if I had any question about anything, and was super respectful of my living space and making sure I was constantly in the loop about everything.

Jordan has also been a real pleasure to work with.

The personability, friendliness, responsiveness, and professionalism of everyone on the team has been amazing.

I'd highly recommend these guys and ServPro for your remediation needs!

Ryan and Ryan, and Jordan were wonderful. They did a great job getting our home clean and fixed up properly. They were respectful of our home while making us feel comfortable. Ryan did a great job communicating throughout the whole process while answering all our questions. He had wonderful customer service that you don’t see often enough anymore. We would definitely use servepro again and we’d recommend it to anyone!

Ryan and Nate did a great job getting the drywall removed so the underlying mold problems could be fixed. I am so glad I didn't have to do this dirty, dusty and moldy work myself.

The ServPro team who came to assist us after some flood damages were phenomenal!! They were professional, kind, caring, and thorough. They were here for six days straight, removing and disposing of two rooms of carpet, setting up and checking fans every day, getting rid of mold, and cleaning up so well. Shoutout to Robert, Tatum, and Charlie, also to Jordan for setting everything up. Thank you all so very much!

If you are looking for a company that exhibits highly questionable competency and complete disregard for your belongings, then this is the company for you! Lacking in both physical skill and people skills.
Responded promptly after a washing machine faulty install. Servpro didn't turn off the water to the machine, didn't lay a tarp, we overheard them acknowledge they didn't bring a bucket, didn't return to their shop to retrieve it, fans placed on my bare mattress, left with the ceiling having a constant (brown) drip straight onto my rug, and subtle drips onto my mattress and dresser. (No dripping had commenced when they arrived, only water bubbles formed). Once they left I inspected my room to complete dismay and I placed my own mop bucket under the pour and had to dump it three times in one day (=12 gallons of water that would have otherwise been soaked into my rug and carpet floor). I asked multiple times what I should remove from the room and they said everything was fine and no need to relocate. Multiple pieces of original artwork were torn off the wall and crumpled due to strength of fans. Whiteboard knocked over and smashed a ceramic statue.
When I informed the same staff the following day of the drip, they responded "It would have been nice to know it was still dripping and the water hadnt been turned off." even though it was steadily dripping once they drilled into the ceiling.

After 3 days, the supervisor inspected and immediately instructed the staff that had been checking daily to rip up the flooring and cut into the ceiling. They again informed me I didn't need to remove anything additional from the bedroom. (I had since removed memorabilia). When I pushed into questioning that since it didn't hold true the last time they apologized "for my stuff getting damp." My mattress is stained. My rug is stained. My dresser required immediate cleaning or would have warped and stained. Art is destroyed.
These are not the considerate employees I would want to have to enter my house and solve a problem (that they claim is their specialty) ever again.
Given 2 stars instead of 1 for prompt response that morning.

SERVPRO was excellent. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Karleen & Kris's team were amazing. Would recommend without reservations.

Excellent service by Jordan, Rob, Casey and others. They came to our house in response to a fire as many times as needed to clean and clear the area. They helped reassure us with their calm professionalism and reassuring manner. I would call them again if we should ever need their services.

Shawn, the owner / operator of SERVPRO came to my house this morning to give an estimate. Though we haven't hired SERVPRO or any other company at this point, Shawn showed his professionalism in assessing the work, and following through to send the estimate for the work he would be providing.

My childcare program suffered significant water damage and the folks at servepro were extremely responsive, and absolutely wonderful!!!! They understood that time was of the essence and went above and beyond to ensure my program experienced minimal closure periods!!! Absolutely would recommend and use again!!!!

Highly recommend using Servpro of Burlington/Middlebury. We had a previous company cancel our appointment without notifying us. Thankfully the team at Servpro was able to get us in to have our apartment carpets cleaned. They went above and beyond and had my apartment looking amazing and it smelled so fresh! Definitely will be using them again!

We didn't have to use ServPro's services as of this date but we had an incredible experience with their customer service through chatting with both a receptionist and technician. They were very expedient in their response and extremely informative. We had some water damage from old roofing and they put our worse fears to rest. Thank you Justin Christian and thank you ServPro! We hope to never need your services, but you'll be the first to call if we do.

Servpro to the rescue! We had a situation arise that required emergency cleaning services. Sara and her amazing crew arrived within a half hour of the call and resolved the problem perfectly. I could not recommend Servepro of Burlington/Middlebury more. This team is amazing! We met the crew due to water damage from frozen pipes over the winter in our 115 year old victorian. After months of renovations, the last step was to clean the basement. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we attempted to do it on our own. After three hours, we decided that the job was way bigger than we had originally expected. I called Servepro of Burlington/Middlebury after a quick Google search and they were here within the hour. They took over immediately, working with me to assess the damage and to discuss our options. They spent the rest of the day (and then stayed well into the evening on a Friday) cleanly, safely, and efficiently getting rid of moldy items, sanitizing, and re-organizing what remained. I was in shock when I saw the result. The place is now cleaner and more organized than it probably was 100 years ago. I can’t say enough about the guys - friendly, professional, great work ethic. They have since been back to clean the carpets in our master, and we’d love to have them back to do some power washing in the spring. Thanks again!

These guys were onsite quickly and were able to completely dry out the wet area, including enclosed beams and spaces without any damage to the sheetrock which really minimized the overall cost of the damage. They were prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain the science behind the high tech equipment they use. Phenomenal job, and they vacuumed up after themselves. Love it!
