I couldn’t recommend Brickliners more. Luke was the best in rebuilding our chimney. Hard worker didn’t stop for a minute. Whatever your masonry or chimney needs are Luke is the man for the job. I had, what turned out to be a freakish event in nature, Which resulted in a few gallons of water being on the floor underneath my wood stove. My house is only three years old and so I immediately contacted Brad at Brickliners, who was incredibly responsive, thorough and showed exemplary customer service. They got me a very quick appointment and less than four business days. When the technician, David Bailey showed up, he was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in his communication with me both before during and after the service call. While he easily could’ve come out here and told me that I needed something done or something cleaned. They instead told me exactly the shape of everything and assured me that everything was in great working order and that it must’ve just been the combination of the light rain and heavy wind that blew some water down the pipe and most likely wouldn’t happen Much if ever again. We had all that rain last week and it didn’t happen once again since that day. I feel comfortable in saying that I highly recommend them and that both David and Brad were incredibly professional and all around very amazing people.

I called Brickliners for help with my pellet stove, and they were effective, professional, and friendly- problem solved! They showed me that a wire just needed to be replaced instead of the more expensive motor replacement. I will definitely be calling them again for an annual pellet stove cleaning and inspection.

Evan was thorough with his inspection and cleaning of my wood stove and chimney. He also pointed out a few things to keep an eye on while on the roof. Friendly service and arrived/finished on time.

Evan arrived on time and got right to work. He did an external inspection and explained exactly what he was going to do to clean our chimney. He was fast, efficient, and personable, and when he was finished, he asked if we had any questions or if there was anything else he could do for us while he was here. We did have a question about another fireplace in the house, and he was able to answer it to our satisfaction. All in all, he did a great job and we’re 100% satisfied.

Professional, thorough, explained exactly what he was going to do and when. Report for the chimney inspection came within a day and everything was clearly marked with detailed photos. I am so impresses with the team at Brickliners. We had 2 chimneys rebuilt and a new wood stove insert installed. The project took a few twists and turns and is almost at completion. Luke is an amazing individual - professional, hard working and reliable. Robbie and Collin gave great assistance as well. I have recommended the company to several people and will continue to do so. I recently had some masonry work done to address a leak around my chimney, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Holden came out to quote the work, and Luke and his team did the actual repairs. They found that some of the brick needed repointing, the crown needed replacement, and the tiles for my boiler were broken, necessitating a liner. They also discovered that the flashing/seal around the chimney had deteriorated and needed to be resealed.

The crew completed all the work quickly and professionally. Although the weather got too cold for the sealant, they patched up what they could and assured me they would return in the spring when temperatures are warmer to finish the job. They were very friendly and followed OSHA safety protocols, which shows they care about their workers and pay attention to details.

While the pricing seemed expensive, I believe it is justified by the quality of the work and the warranty provided. They also offered a one-year same-as-cash financing option, which was very helpful.

Overall, I highly recommend their services for anyone needing masonry or chimney work.

Got a complete inspection and cleaning, flashing and cap repair. Usually a great crew, great work, modern equipment and technologies. Not the cheapest but quality costs more.
Today after waiting a couple of months for my appointment, they left without doing any work. Despite previously cleaning my chimney, they didn’t like the kind of fireplace insert and/or liner, considering they’ve already done this job before I couldn’t be more disappointed. He went out to his truck, I don’t know what he checked out there, but basically said we don’t do “slam liners”,. Like he had video or something that he was looking at. I don’t know what the problem is. I just know I hired them to do a job and they left without doing it. We were talking about new wood stoves, which likely would’ve included whatever liner system they wanted to put in. Now they can’t sweep. They’re out of here. No conversation, they can’t do it. Now I have to start all over and hire someone new. It’s your loss. Considering you are the last company to thoroughly inspect and service my system, it’s on you. Any issues should have been resolved already. We have given you over $5,000.
Reply from the owner months later doesn’t make up for anything. Call me and clean my chimney for free and then we’ll talk about future work. I have a standard fireplace clay liner, and there’s nothing wrong with it. I have a fireplace insert lopi Revere woodstove. The connects directly to the fireplace flue. There’s no slam liner. There is just a clay fireplace liner. Still hasn’t been cleaned, I’m not using it. I spent all this money for nothing. Thank you for nothing.

Brickliners were a good team to work with - prompt inspection appointment, and they explained the potential issues, costs, and alternatives very clearly. Once they began work they found that my chimney was in better shape than visible from the ground, and simply did tuck-pointing and sealing - I appreciated the savings! Great clean-up, my woodstove and patio were cleaner than before they started! Very professional (and much better than the other company from whom I got an estimate!).

Stanley Machia did a great job on my chimney which included pouring a cap and installing two liners in the two flues.

We worked extensively with Brickliners to repair our 1807 chimney during our farmhouse rebuild. The front office was easy to work with and Brad the manager was outstanding. Their professionalism shows in their crew, with Taylor, Ian, Chris and Jackson we felt in great hands, the work done was brilliant, communication excellent.

We've worked with Brickliners for years now. The staff is friendly and courteous, punctual (honestly, they're usually early which usually works out better for us, but they always call or text ahead of time to make sure it's okay).
We had some major overhaul of our fireplace/chimney when we first bought our home, and they did a magnificent job. There was one occasion where they actually came back on their own to double check some work that a former employee had done, and they found an error and fixed it entirely... saved us a potentially dangerous situation! We had such a positive experience with Ryan and his crew in rebuilding our chimney and fillin and lining it. The house was built with a Heatilator fireplace and that means the flue has a curve in it.
We had gotten several estimates prior to Brickliners but only one gave us the fact that we needed a new chimney and it was beyond his skillset.

Evan is a great technician. He gave me a heads up phone call to let me know he was on the way. He arrived right when he said he world. Very polite and understanding. My 2 year old was home from school sick and we weren’t able to clean one of my stoves right outside my sons bedroom because he was finally napping. He totally accommodated and did a excellent job on my other stove while being quiet as possible. Super personable and friendly. Generated an inspection report and took my credit card with no hassle. We've utilized Brickliners for the past two years and have been very pleased with their work. Their crews (most recently Evan, who was fantastic) have been courteous, tidy and good communicators. There have been small hurdles with projects on our older home, but the teams have dealt with them professionally and have graciously offered reduced/no labor fees when returning to complete their repairs/solutuions.

Last fall, I climbed on my roof for the first time in 10 years to remove branches from a windstorm. While up there, I noticed that there was a lot of brick rubble from our deteriorating chimney. I knew that my 72 year old chimney needed some TLC, so this spring I called Brickliners, based on their hugely positive reviews.

I am extremely happy with the work that BrickLiner’s did for me, from the phone call into Delita, working closely with Evan for ideas of what was needed for my home, to the actual work that Ryan and Dana did was one of the most efficient businesses I have ever worked with. I decided to have my chimney removed, the fireplace was no longer being used but I have a gas insert in its place. Ryan and Dana brought the chimney down below the roofline and left the pipe for the gas insert, when removing the chimney, they found an old milk bottle labeled The Hoods from 1955. The results are amazing, you can’t even tell that there was ever a chimney there. Ryan and Dana are such kind, loyal, hardworking, honest, funny individuals…I will recommend them to everyone! If I could, these guys, and Ryan's crew in particular would have 25 freaking stars. This is a business that does tough work. Really tough work. And they are so incredibly professional courteous clean and fast.
We needed a chimney removed from the middle of the house. I called a bunch of places and most bids were absurd if they even returned the call. Brickliners was responsive and quoted me a reasonable price for a couple days of work. They set up scaffolding wore booties inside setup protective floor mats and had a high quality hepa vacuum to keep dust down (my 3 yo thanks you for keeping his lungs safe). worked their way from the top of the roof, through the attic, two floors and made their way down to the basement. The masonry blocks they had to remove weighed at least 80lbs a piece which I am sure got old but they had a great attitude the whole time.

My experience with Brickliners was positive from start to finish. I had an extreme problem with leaking from my chimney that was coming into my house. We had tried many remedies but still the water found its way in. I contacted Brickliners and an inspection was set up and completed in a very short time. Evan was very thorough, explaining what the issues were and provided photos of the problem areas. A detailed estimate was provided. Delita in the office set up a start date for the project and kept me updated as to billing and who would be doing the work and their arrival times each day. Ryan and Dana were the best. Ryan called each morning to confirm arrival time. Each day he let me know what they would be doing and explained, in detail, each step. They were diligent, professional and respectful of my property. Ryan and Dana made a great team and the job was done extremely well. I think the whole Brickliners team is exceptional and I would highly recommend this company for any chimney needs.

I am a repeat customer for inspections, chimney cleaning and a new fireplace installation at two New Hampshire locations. Over the years I tried other vendors, but always return to Mr. Demers. The customer service, quality, reliability and pricing have been excellent. There honest business approach is their best asset.

We are a first time customer. We have a small fireplace which had a cracked brick panel and needed the chimney swept. Luke Bergeron was sent out to evaluate and do an estimate. He measured everything in the fireplace from every direction, returned with the panel we needed, swept the chimney after laying down a drop cloth to keep the carpet clean, removed the bad panel and put in a new one. Unlike many other professionals we have engaged, Luke came in when he said he would, was personable and polite, got right to work, did what he needed to in a professional manner and left. 5 stars isn't enough to commend his service. That would need to at least be doubled. He is a gem, and we are thrilled with him and Brickliners. We will keep the number handy in case we need to use the service again. We usually don't get that kind of service; it was a pleasant surprise and want Luke Bergeron to get an accolade in his personnel file. Working with Brickliners was an absolutely awesome experience! Technicians; Ryan and Dana were professional, punctual, and super friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had a new liner placed and my chimney cladded by Brickliners and the experience was wonderful. Ryan and Dana were not only professional, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with, but they also did an AMAZING job on both projects. I couldn't be happier with the result and I would recommend those two to anyone. Google only lets me add 5 stars, but this was truly 20 star work in my book.

Had a new chimney cap / damper installed replacing the old damper. The fireplace is now unusable due to smoke drafting down the 2nd flue for the furnace/hot water tank. Never had this issue before and I attribute it to the installation where they removed part of the tile for the fireplace flue. They have offered no real solution. Certainly was a waste of money,

He replied back right away that he couldn’t get the number to me at that moment because he was at the hospital awaiting the birth of his son! I was dumbfounded that he took the time to reply. We have had quite a bit of work done with 2 old flues needing attention and every interaction has been incredibly friendly, professional and so helpful. I have spoken with Delita and Brad many times on the phone and their customer service has also been outstanding. On top of all this, Ryan and Dana are also dog lovers and give our Great Pyrenees lots of love while they’re here. It’s an all around great experience to work with them. I had some unique issues with our new Fireplace and although I spent considerable time with the manufacturer on trying to understand the reasons behind the issues the Brickliners tech was able to much more concisely identify the root of the issues and provide information to present back to the manufacturer which was incredibly helpful. Above and beyond would best describe my experience!

Evan did a fantastic job sweeping our chimney this morning. He was on time, professional, efficient and kept the workplace clean. He also accommodated our family and pet considerations the whole time he was here. Two thumbs up!
