Very rude guy who answered the phone. Very pushy, and right away asking if I need a quote. I told him I'd like to speak to the owner, he hung up on me. I tried calling back twice, and goes straight to voicemail. I learned about this company through a B.N.I. group.., whoever answered the phone needs better ppl skills. They lost whatever business I was going to give them.

We used TWG for a new roof and to repaint our house after the hail storms and could not be happier with the results. They were out quickly and did the work in a professional, efficient manner. Everything was done per our agreement with no snags at all. There were many roofing companies working in our area and I can say without hesitation that I think TWG was the best. We recently had our exterior, and garage reworked by TWG. The workmanship is excellent. Everyone that came to our house was kind, communicative and tidy. There was no clean-up after they left, the only left behind a great looking house. We'll use them for our next project.

We initially called TWG for siding repair. Scott determined that the siding damage was caused by hail and we also had hail damage to the roof. He coordinated with the insurance adjustor to make sure we were compensated for all the hail damage. We have also used TWG on another project and have been very satisfied with their work.

TWG did a great job on my house that had hail damage. They worked with the insurance company to get the money needed for repairs. They fixed my roof, replaced windows and painted the house. I was completely satisfied with the work done.

The crew at TWG came out and did a top notch job on our roof. After 5 years it still looked so great, we had them do the roof of another (rental) house. Both times, they went above and beyond to the the best job possible with top quality materials, and did it quickly to boot! You can't go wrong with these guys.

TWG came out and looked at our roof, gave us an estimate and we were impressed. Brad was very though and explained every detail.
When the crew came out to remove the old roof and replace it they were very courteous and took care of every detail, our yard was cleaner when they left than it was before they came. The roof looks great and has been up long enough to go through several rain storms. No leaks, no tabs blown off and a follow up call to make sure we were happy! We are so happy with the entire experience, TWG is an outstanding company!
