Based on my overall experience I do not recommend this company. Initially, things seemed positive as they were very helpful in getting the roofing process started. However, as the process unfolded, my perception changed. I should have saw the red flags when they kept trying to get me to pay without completing everything they were suppose to do first. I had to state several times that I would not finish payment until completion.

I ended up paying half when a little over half the work was done. When they completed the rest I paid the remaining amount. I was told the day of payment I would be sent my receipt, warranty information and my completion certificate. I stated to the owner Colton that my insurance was requesting this information and it was very important that I get it. It was never sent. I sent various texts to the owner concerning this issue. As soon as I paid he stopped replying to me. I find it very shady that they wouldnt want to provide a receipt for completed work. If the work was properly completed why havent I received documentation of that? Now I feel as though the job was not completed properly.

Even after seeking legal advice and sending a demand letter for the paperwork, they remained unresponsive. Their mishandling of this situation has not only left me frustrated but has also affected my ability to secure a new insurance rate post-roof completion. My roof was completed in July. I waited a long time to leave a review because I wanted to give them a chance to provide me with these documents.

I do not recommend using them and if you do use them use caution. Make sure you check everything they are saying they are completing( there are times they told me something was completed and when I checked it was not done). Also make sure you get your finalized paperwork before completing payment. I wish I had stuck to my initial feelings and waited until I had all my paperwork before payment. This review has nothing to do with Wa*** he always went above and beyond to help us. My issue is with how the owner has handled things when it was a simple email to send our paperwork. Honestly its ridiculous.

I was very happy with the help that Tusk provided in dealing with my insurance company. They were very helpful. The work began quickly and was finished in a timely fashion. I found Tusk to be very helpful and trustworthy.

Honestly the best roofing company I’ve ever dealt with. Very professional and they take the time to cover everything with you. I highly recommend and this will be the only roofing company I ever use again.
