Brandon and his team came to our rescue with an amazing job remodeling our balcony. After a very difficult time with our previous contractor, TSW Roofing Solutions stepped in, were professional, on-time and on-budget. There creative solution to our challenge resolved our problem. Of particular plus were their attention to detail and their up-front, thorough communication style. At our choice we even expanded their scope to address some chimney issues which ended up adding elegance to the home while resolving a long standing issue with maintenance. Highly recommend them.

TSW recently repaired a shingle that was damaged due to high winds. Their response and customer care were excellent. They have repaired other shingles on my home and recently replaced my neighbor's entire roof. Our houses are new construction but get heavy wind. My phone calls are always answered by a receptionist and followed up with the general manager so that scheduling is most convenient for me. TSW arrives on time, works safely, gets the job done, and leaves the area clean - exactly what we all expect, of course! I highly recommend TSW Roofing Forest Hill MD for both small and large jobs.

We've had our roof and gutters replaced and then later our chimney rebuilt by TSW, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! For both jobs, they explained all of our options clearly, were patient and thorough with our questions, and communicated frequently. Everyone who was on-site was professional and easy to work with, and the work area was left clean. They weren't the cheapest option for either job, but their warranty was significantly better and communication was more thorough than any other company we spoke with.

This company was so easy to work with and gave such great customer service. A large part of a tree came down on our roof in the last few wind storms, and when I called in I asked if I could send them the pictures so they would know what I was taking about. I sent off the pictures, had a great email conversation with Brandon who talked me through what needed fixing to the level of finish I wanted. The weather threw us another curve ball, and Brandon ended up coming out on a Saturday to fix the roof. Top notch! He took before & after pictures of his work, did everything so well, and was so pleasant to work with. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

After dealing with multiple contractors , Brandon and his team quickly analyzed and corrected the problem. The finished project was professionally done , communications were timely, and the cleanup was perfect.

I recently contacted TSW based on its excellent reviews in order to address a pesky chimney leak that resulted in water spots on my ceiling. Brandon inspected my chimney, took pictures, explained in detail the areas that were vulnerable to leaks and the remedies needed. There was no hard sell and I was given several options. In the end, I agreed to follow Brandon's full recommendations and in a few days a two-man crew arrived at my home before 8:00 a.m. The repairs took almost two full days including the installation of chimney copper flashing and a copper crown. The crew worked hard, was totally professional and cleaned up at the end of the project. I am confident that the repairs will finally resolve my chimney leak problem and know that TSW will stand behind its work. In sum, I fully recommend TSW for any roof-related work.

I want to tell you how impressed I am with Brandon Michaels. He confirmed our meeting with an estimate of the time he would arrive and was on time. He diagnosed our leak from the inside, then went on the roof and confirmed where the leaks were coming from. Brandon took pictures of the cracked vent pipe shrouds and sent them to me. He informed me that I could wait a year or two before needing the shingles replaced. He had sealer with him in the truck and sealed around the shrouds to stop the leaks then took pictures of the finished job. Some other shady company would have just said I needed everything replaced now.
Next spring, I will be calling Brandon and his team to come replace our singles and vent shrouds and I have full confidence the job will be done with the highest quality possible.

Brandon Michaels from TSW has handled maintenance of slate roof on our historic school house for many years. Additions to the structure have asphalt shingle roofs, which were nearing the end of serviceability. Our insurance company gave us a very short time window in which to replace them. TSW was able to accommodate that deadline and did fantastic work. Joining together slate and asphalt roofs requires specialty flashing are other considerations, which not all companies are equipped to handle. Brandon and his associates at TSW are very knowledgeable and were well aware of what needed to be done to ensure proper installation. I really do have a lot to say about TSW. All the employees were super friendly and I was surprise by how much care they took to keep my yard clean. They even went about the house with magnets to make sure there were no nails left about for me to step on. Also, and this is an important part for me, they took extra care not to disturb a nesting bird, that was less than a foot away from the roof. And this was a big team of guys. They all gave the bird here space, and she didn't abandon the nest. One more thing I would like to mentioned: My slate roof is over 100 years old. The slates are an odd size, and came out of a quarry that stopped operations many years ago. Despite this, Brandon was able to locate replacement slates and cut them to match the existing slates. There's a really important historical significance to the appearance of this roof. I had a really hard time explaining this to my insurance company, which wanted me to rip the whole thing off and replace it with a cookie cutter roof. Brandon understood immediately and put in the extra effort to help me preserve this detail.

I was so impressed with this local company. Tom and Ed came out within days of making an appointment for an initial consultation. I explained to them the budget I had to work with and they operated under those guidelines, providing me with the best possible service. We had a leak in our roof, and they were able to identify the problem, and when it came to replacing plywood boards, they gave us a fairly spot-on estimate of the amount we would need, and at the time of the installation, it ended up we needed less than we did. So we were not overcharged. Tom was responsive to all my calls and questions, and Ed was on the site everyday, managing the work and asking and answering questions as well. My roof looks fantastic and the gutters are shiny new! Would definitely recommend, as this company came in well within my budget compared to some other big box companies that throw sales pitches at you and intimidate you with discounts that will "disappear" if you don't sign the dotted line immediately. No smoke and mirrors with TSW.

TSW Roofing Solutions provided superior roof and gutter system installation, on time and within budget. This was a very large, 4-day job. The site was cleaned-up every day. After a recent storm a 30-foot limb fell and pierced through our roof. I immediately called TSW (heavy rain was predicted that day) and they were here within 90 minutes to do a high-quality patch (not just throwing a tarp over the hole) and returned a few days later to do a perfect repair. I highly recommend TSW Roofing.

I have an older home and needed a new roof installed. These guys were very easy to work with, honest, and detailed oriented. They were up front about potential issues they could encounter after tearing off the old shingles. After using another company for ongoing slate repair and maintenance in previous years, we decided to shop around when we had some issues come up where a section of slate roof met a section of non-slate roof. The estimator from our previous company wasn't certain how to assess the situation and estimate repairs.

With TSW, the person who came on site for the initial estimate (Brandon) was both knowledgeable and constantly willing to explain details to answer any questions we had. He helped us understand the severity of each issue so we could decide what fit our budget right now and what we might hold off on for future work. He also immediately had an idea of how to address the issue that our previous company was uncertain of. Additionally, as weather and COVID-19 presented scheduling challenges, Brandon was always responsive and often answered emails with surprising promptness.

Once on the schedule, the work was done quickly and neatly. Given how communicative TSW was and how they worked with us to fit the work into our budget, we definitely plan on using them in the future.

We had a leak in an old tile roof. Not many roofers had any idea how to repair it. Brandon found the source of the leak, had some matching tiles in his shop (unbelievable!!), and quickly made the repair. We have not had a drop of moisture at that spot since then. I will use TSW Roofing for all of my roofing needs.

We hired TSW to rebuild our chimney from the point of the roof up to fix a pretty major leak that had started to get progressively worse due to the deterioration of the top of the chimney. From the start, I was very impressed with Brandon's professionalism, responsiveness, and patience with my questions. We needed to wait for dry weather to rebuild the chimney, so Brandon offered to rig up a tarp over the chimney and surrounding roof area so we never had to worry about leaks again. When it came time to demolish the rebuild the chimney, I was very impressed with Shane's work. It was immediately apparent how much he loves and takes pride in his craft. Brandon, Roberto, Jose, and Shane did a good job replacing missing and damaged slates, installing copper chimney flashing on three chimneys, crowning and capping two chimneys, installing a copper ridgeline, and carefully removing old antique lightning rods. They dealt with a difficult old slate roof with cedar shingle under lament. Their experience with older slate roofs proved the difference. They did little extras to make a good job even better. Tom and Brandon were attentive and punctual. I recommend them.

My roof started leaking into my attic and through the flashing on my chimney. Brandon came and gave me an estimate. After doing the work, he told me the charge was $100 less than the estimate. Who does that? I so highly recommend this company because I admire their honesty and workmanship.

I've used TSW three times so far. They've replaced the flat roof on my historic row house, did some eve repair, and most recently gutter cleaning and repair. When we moved into our home a few years ago, we knew we would need a new roof within a few years. Unfortunately, within a few short months we started to have some leaks. We called several roofing companies around the area and none seemed interested in trying to make any repairs and instead pushed the idea that a new roof was the only option. We were fortunate to have Brandon come out and he gave us an honest assessment that the roof was nearing the end of its life, but did a thorough inspection and made several repairs to buy us some time. Brandon became our go to person whenever something came up over the course of 3 years until we finally got our roof replaced. Any time anything came up, he showed up within a day or the same day and helped us out so many times, I can’t even keep count anymore. During the 3 years we limped along with our old roof, Brandon never once was pushy about selling us a new roof and always took care of any repairs that came along with great care and honesty. We finally had the fortunate experience of getting a new roof installed by TSW in August and despite challenges with weather, Brandon kept in constant contact with us about the schedule. When the day finally came, the crews came right on schedule and started getting to it right away and they came prepared - well over 10 guys to complete the job. Tarps were laid out all around the home to protect siding, windows, landscaping, etc and before I knew it the old roof was gone and cleaned up. These guys truly know what they are doing, they have a very methodical process to get things done efficiently and correctly. These are highly experienced and skilled installers, just watching them work was a great sight to see. Even my neighbors came over to say how amazed they were with the way things were going. It speaks volumes about the quality of work you can expect from TSW. There were no shortcuts here, they communicated everything about the process and what they found along the way. We had some bad weather pending in the late afternoon during the day of the install and within 15 mins of them finishing the job, the rain came in really heavy. What a great test it turned out to be for the new roof and it passed with flying colors. I no longer stress over the thought of rain and am confident this roof will last for many years to come. I can also sleep well at night knowing I have Brandon and TSW available to support any needs in the future. I can’t really say enough good things about this company, they have great people and do great work. Don’t just shop for the cheapest price, shop for quality that you can trust and you will find it here.

Great customer service. Very responsive and flexible to the customer's needs. The original roof on my house pales in comparison to the quality and durability that TSW installed. I recommend them without reservation. They are slate and copper specialists.

Very responsive and thorough. While cleaning gutters found a small issue we didn’t know we had, which could have become a big issue. Fixed the problem at no additional expense.

We needed both chimney and roofing repair. Both crews arrived on time every day, worked hard all day long, were friendly but professional, and cleaned up thoroughly. After they left on the third day, I checked and found one small piece of copper flashing (less than 1 inch by 1 inch), but that was the only debris left. We have had a couple of heavy rain storms after the repairs and no leaks. They provided pictures and kept us updated on what they were doing. If we ever have chimney or roofing needs again, we would definitely use TSW again.

Tom stopped by to inspect a leak in the roof of our 1940 Cape Cod. The roof was put on new in 2006 by someone else, and the leak is a very tricky one! Tom pointed out a couple of possibilities, issues that I can address and didn't charge us any $$ for his time! If the problem persists, we will be calling TSW!

We have had other companies replace slate tile on our home and would definitely recommend TSW Roofing over others. The quality of the slate they use is far better and will last versus the thinner slate other roofers had installed on our home. They are timely and prices are fair. TSW recently performed a sizable slate roof repair project for us and we are extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

TSW is great. We had an issue with the dormer (high winds had pulled back some of the siding). Firday night at 5pm; but someone from TSW team was onsite within an hour to fix the issue.
The team is friendly, professional, and do great work at a reasonable price.

I needed a downspout reattached to the gutter and then to the house. They were out within 2 days of my call and fixed the downspout and secured it better than new. Brandon was very neat, professional , and friendly. I will recommend TSW Roofing Solutions to anyone needing work done.

When I needed a new roof, I called my son who works with Real Estate companies to prepare houses for sale. He immediately told me to call TSW and no one else. I did and they were fantastic! And don't think for a moment that I say that about all the contractors who have worked on my house. Unfortunately there are many I will never call again, but not TSW. If I ever move to a new house, they will get my business. Honest, fair, use top quality materials, do the work right the first time, polite, respectful of my time and my property. You can find roofers who will charge you less, but you will not find better value for your money anywhere.

These guys do awesome work. As an architect/historic preservationist, I can say they know their stuff. They are among the top Baltimore-area slate roofers we were considering for work on our duplex. Their quote was competitive, and I was impressed with their knowledge and attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommended! I read numerous reviews for TSW and was quite impressed! I hired TSW for my slate roof repairs. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they were extremely professional, efficient and polite! EVERYONE that works for TSW was wonderful! I even called the company and said that they are so lucky to have such a great group of men working together! They went above and beyond my expectations! I am truly grateful to have found a company that was so exceptional! I felt like this type of company did not exist anymore. They were there when they said they would be and they performed the work in my contract. I cannot say enough about TSW! I could go on and on about how wonderful they are.....I have never done a review for a company before, but needed to do one for them as they absolutely deserve the highest rating!

TSW Roofing did a good job at a reasonable price. The workers cleaned up the jobsite which was a plus. I would recommend Tom and his crew.

Excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I had a slate roof that needed some repairs. TSW Roofing offered a competitive price and their communication was outstanding. They were prompt for all appointments and all the employees were very professional. After the job was complete, I noticed a broken slate that was missed (it was hard to see), they came back quickly and repaired it for free. This says a lot about their integrity as a company, since I had already paid in full. There was no difference in how my job was prioritized before and after I paid -- rare in the world of contracting. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Awesome job. Jim Parks came to my house and inspected the roof inside and out. Jim identified several areas of leakage and damage. My roof was 25 years old, and it was time for a new one. Jim gave me a good estimate with quality material, and fully disclosed any hurdles that may occur during the replacement process. A crew of 4 arrived promply as scheduled, and did a fantastic job in just one day. I was also impressed by the clean up. The lawn was not damaged, and there were no signs of any construction scraps or nails in the yard. The back deck was also swept up. The estimate turned out to be the same as the final price. Thanks again for a quality job.

It seems to me that you may find a knowledgeable and professional roofing company, however you will pay through the nose! TSW has always been there for me, knowledgeable, professional and affordable.
