While Terry's company has grown over the years, his commitment to customer service remains the same. Today Ben and Michael installed an equipment upgrade for us. They were both very courteous and respectful of our property while onsite. The system upgrades they installed are working great and we appreciate having a longstanding relationship with this local small business vendor.

Highly recommend EHE. Terry and his team do an amazing job with significant attention paid to detail. Quality work installation performed on a rather complex project spanning multiple phases. Completed in-home secured network setup, Control4, in-wall surround sound, multiple TV refresh and installations, complete multi-zone sound system in the house, around the pool, fire pit, hot tub, pool house, and outdoor kitchen.

Ongoing tech support is timely and easily accomplished.

Most importantly, communication amongst the owner, Terry, and the rest of the team is some of the best I've encountered.

Was in need of a new camera and security system. Reached out to Elite and Amber, Terry and Kyra were awesome to deal with. The 3 guys they sent out for the install were awesome and explained everything to me. Elite was very easy to deal with and I highly recommend them.

The install team was amazing - efficient, thorough, quick, communicative, and so kind with answering all our questions. And the gemstone lights are equally amazing! So excited for the holidays (and making up excuses to have the lights do fun things)!

Easy and seamless install. The lights save us from climbing that extremely tall dangerous ladder each holiday season to install lights at the high peak of our roof. The white lights add extra lighting every night to keep our house Lit and bright.

I used Elite for a theatre room and security system around my house. They went above and beyond my expectations! The owner Terry is very professional and his work is exceptional. Have already referred him to several friends and family and they are also happy with his work. Like the fact that they were local. Always here when he said he would be and gave me different options to choose from. Would definitely recommend!!

Konrad and Alva came out and installed 4 speakers for us, with rather challenging placements, including up in our 18 ft ceiling. They did fantastic work, cleaned up all the mess and overall very happy with the new surround sound system. Would definitely use them again.

Alva and Konard came out and worked miracles on hiding all the tv cable and electrical wires. They were efficient well versed and knowledgeable in their profession. Thanks again for all the good work.

We had a lot of work done in/out of our home this year. Majority of the work requires “strangers” in our home. What I liked most about Elite Home Entertainment, they were on time for 2 days of installation. They covered our furniture when they needed to cut through dry wall. What I thought was going to be a bunch of cuts in the dry wall to run speaker wire, they only had “1” cut to wire up 5.1.4 Atmos system. 9 in wall speakers installed with only “1” hole to patch. That’s what makes the difference between good installers and Great installers, great installers “care” about your home once they leave the job. I never had to clean up after them. I’d recommend them for any and all audio/video applications because not only do they know electronics, but they’re also very competent when it comes to home structure.

Elite Home Entertainment was great to work with and their follow-up was beyond what I have come to expect from most companies. In these days of commonly less than reliable service, EHE has been responsive and good to their word. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation to any potential client, and will be happy to use their service again in the future.

Terry and all the entire staff that came to the job was very considerate and professional. The jobsite was kept very clean and every detail was taken in consideration. The job was completed when promised. The cost of the job has very affordable.

Updating my review from 5 years ago. In the past year I have had Elite Home upgrade my security system and entertainment center. Everything was first-rate and they were patient enough to answer all my questions. If I have an issue, I just call them. Could not be happier!

You're pure Cockiness and arrogance when speaking to you on the phone is the exact reason I would never use you for any type of business transaction. You're irresponsible texting and driving just puts yourself and others on the road in Jeopardy and for that you wouldn't make a very good business person
