When we had our deck constructed near the end of COVID, it quickly became one of our favorite places in the house. We loved the shape, style, size, and materials that Wayne helped us select. Fast forward to recently when we noticed that a few of the deck boards were beginning to sag. We contacted Wayne, and he promptly came out to assess the situation. A few days later, he and his team returned to make repairs. Just like that, our deck was back to normal, and we were as happy as the day it was originally completed.

We would highly recommend RemodelMax! Wayne, Dennis, and their team did more than a renovation of our home - they basically rebuilt our house and made it our family home. Choose Remodel Max and you will have ZERO regrets! While my computer wouldn't upload my before and after pictures, Wayne has them, and you’ll be blown away by his artistry (he takes great pride in his creations!).

Wayne and his crew transformed our backyard disaster (left by another contractor) into a blissful retreat for my wife and me to enjoy in our senior years. The previous contractor sold us an above-ground pool, didn't submit for permits, created an excavation mess, set up the pool, and abandoned the job when it became too complicated.

Wayne couldn't believe the mess he inherited but was confident he could not only fix it but also create a staycation haven for us. He took the time to create several design options and advised us on each one before starting any work. Wayne arranged for excavation, the disassembly and reassembly of a retaining wall, electrical work, fencing, installation of patio pavers, and stairs leading up to an upper deck. This was a massive amount of work in a not-so-large yard.

Throughout the project, Wayne personally inspected the progress and pointed out even the smallest details for the crew to fix. It eased my mind knowing Wayne's meticulous attention was on every detail. He addressed a list of action items before I even had the chance to point them out. No detail was overlooked—cleaning dirt off the neighbor's fence, filling and refilling spaces between pavers, replacing damaged railing, making an above-ground pool look like an in-ground one, adding extra pavers to enhance a finished patio—every small detail was noticed and completed. Wayne communicated constantly, keeping me updated on what was done and what still needed to be finished.

Honestly, I can't think of anything Wayne could do to improve his customers' experiences. He well exceeds expectations.

We hired Remodelmax to remodel our basement and kitchen.

Our basement started as a fully unfinished room with dirt floors in some places. We explained that we weren't after a full-on remodel of the basement, just to be brought up to where we could have it be a usable room and also to be able to do laundry down there.

The kitchen job was more of a standard remodel to update the cabinets, floors, etc. We did install concrete counters, which I believe was a first for Remodelmax. It took a couple of tries to get them just right, but we wound up with such a unique situation that I'm still very glad we went that route.

Communication with both Wayne (owner) and Dennis (Project Manager) was excellent. Both were extremely responsive to texts and calls, and took the time to understand and respond quickly to any issues that we had, including after the project had been completed. Our work crew (Mitch and Brennan) were also professional, extremely competent and very easy to work with, indeed.

I hear so many of my friends say what a hard time they've had with home improvement contractors, but I've got to say, while not the cheapest in the area, you really get your money's worth if you go with Remodelmax. I have no doubt that I will involve them in any future home-improvement projects.

We hired RemodelMax to do 3 projects at our house simultaneously. We are very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again! I cannot say enough about Remodel Max. I waited 15 years for kitchen reno and it was WORTH IT!! My kitchen went from a dark 1970's kitchen to a bright modern 2023 kitchen, that included moving walls, creating space etc. Wayne will deliver as promised. Very professional, hard working crew with fabulous attention to detail. Dennis and Wayne provided great suggestions. Mitch and B were the hardest working team we have ever had. We can't wait for the next project!

Each person I dealt with for my bathroom remodels was professional and courteous. The work was impeccable. At the end of each day, the team cleaned up, which I greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond, even when there were unexpected obstacles and a change order. I did have a shower tile crack when the shower door was installled, but they quickly returned and replaced the tile. I will definitely use them for future jobs. I hired Remodel Max for 3 projects, remove & replace front porch supports / Facia, rebuild an existing deck & stairs, and a full kitchen remodel with lighting and flooring. Wayne and Dennis did an excellent job having their crews remove our kitchen/living room wall. They made it look as though the wall was never there! Plus they added a ceiling fan to the living room. All around excited to utilize the new space.

They not only had unique ideas on reinventing my outdoor living space, but they also were at a fair market value and stayed within my budget. We hired them to tear out our old concrete patio and shrubs and replace with a patio with pavers. The work was quick and expertly done. All the workers were friendly and easy to work with. We now have what we consider our favorite living space. I will definitely use this company again with any future remodeling needs.

Our home renovation project was completed nearly 2 years ago and we are as happy today with the end product as we were then. The reno was extensive, affecting kitchen, living, dining and newly constructed family rooms. New flooring throughout. It's beautiful. When we do the bathroom next year, we plan to use Remodel Max again.

We had a deck, screened in porch and patio installed. Big Project. Everyone who worked on this project was great. I recommend this company to anyone. All of the sub contractors were great and Wayne and his staff answered all of our questions. Great Team at Remodel Max. They made sure we were happy. We will have them back next spring for some additional work.

Last year my husband and I had a new home built. Although we had a deck installed at build, there was no real outside space for entertaining. When Steve from Remodel Max showed up at our door it was perfect timing. We went over all of the options and discussed our wish list. We opted to create a screen room out of the deck and add a paver patio. It was early January when they started the projects so there were considerable delays caused by the weather. As the project moved forward there were some miscommunications regarding the design plans and concerns about the condition of the pavers; however, all it took was a phone call to the owner (Wayne) to get things back on track. Wayne went so far as to get the manufacturer involved to correct the issues. At that point Wayne oversaw all aspects of the project personally. He was always responsive to our calls and texts. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even provided some ideas that we decided to go with to make our patio enjoyable for years to come. Neighbors walking through tend to stop and comment on how nice our patio looks. We recommend Remodel Max to them, and will use them again ourselves for projects in the future.

My wife and I live in a townhome and wanted to expand our small outdoor living space. We had a small existing deck with no stairs attached to the deck. We contacted Remodel Max to explore our possibilities. We decided to add a platform & stairs to the deck. We also opted for a small EP Henry patio and a 6' vinyl fence. We also decided to add a boxed area under the deck which was basically mud and had it covered it with a silk screen and white washed stone because it did not receive any sunlight. We knew going in that it would be a difficult job working in such a confined space considering that we are a center unit and Remodel max made it work! The job took a while with hold ups from the weather, county inspections and HOA. We could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship. We have received so many compliments from our neighbor's who now describe our little yard as an oasis. I would describe Remodel Max as one stop shopping because they do it all and I mean ALL. Remodel Max obtained all the permits and submissions to the HOA so all we did was basically write a check. We are broke for now but will be calling Remodel Max for all of our future projects.
