The inspector Lee is very on time and professional. He also paid attention to details. Even how many screws missing was putting on the report. He charged me 3 hours home inspection, but he took almost 5 hours to inspect everything. The full report emailed me next day including all photos of the house needs to be repaired. Lee is very professional and I feel like no stone was left unturned. Our initial time for the inspection landed on time off he had to visit family and he was fully prepared to reschedule that to make sure we could get things done on time. We went with Trustworthy Home Inspection at the recommendation of our realtor as part of purchasing our home. Lee Hitchcock was the inspector. He was very thorough, quite knowledgable, and as a bonus, very personable and helpful. I was impressed that he declined to go up on the roof because he noted it was a concrete tile roof and didn’t want to break any of the tiles. I recently had a home inspected by Mr. Lee. Watching him come in and out, changing cloths, back to normal cloth going around with his temperature gun, ladder and other tools made me feel good about the job he was performing. Had pictures of the roof and everything he looked at. His explanation was very detailed and the day prior he returned my call close to 7pm. The report was very detailed, organized and had a table of contents. Very professional. It also had a color coded recommendations of everything inspected for ease.
