Called to ask a couple of questions before I sent over a buddy who needed some work done and was hung up on by the owner before I could even say why I was calling. Would not recommend anyone give them business with the poor level of customer service and appreciation.
They came out to do an estimate and then ghosted us. Not one returned call after calling an leaving multiple messages. We did find another construction company that got us moving along. I don't understand why it is so hard to call us back and tell us they don't have time or whatever. Totally unprofessional.
