Thought it was a great experience, it was easy to schedule, report seemed thorough and user friendly. Inspectors were friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. However 0/10 would recommend to family & friends as they missed a huge problem with the plumbing in one of the bathrooms resulting in a leak through our ceiling. They came out to “re-inspect” and I was given the run around, no responsibility was taken for them not actually inspecting the tub properly, was told they would “review the inspection report & get back to us”. We have not heard back and they apparently do not want to take responsibility for a huge error. If they had run the water in the tub the leak would have been discovered, instead I had a waterfall through my ceiling the first time we used it. The attempt to gaslight me at the “re-inspection” was blatantly obvious. It was a complete waste of money hiring them, and this was not the only issue they missed, just the one that caused the biggest issue.

The two inspectors, Patrick and John, were very thorough and well-equipped. They showed up early and got going on the outdoor inspection immediately. They took detailed photos and inspected every inch of our 1924 built 3,400 sq ft home. Their communication was wonderful and we are completely satisfied with our detailed 114 page report. Their dashboard is very convenient and easy to use and I love that it's something we have easy access to and also includes home maintenance and an appliance guide. We were referred by a friend that used them and we would recommend to anyone.
