Highly recommend Northeast Wildlife Services! We had reached out over a year ago and got a free inspection and advice on a bat problem. We had to replace the roof, and then this year we called back for help on the attack cleaning needed after the bats were gone. Service was extremely prompt. Our first inspection was the same day we called. The whole process (including the clean out) was complete within a few weeks of my first call. Very professional, very prompt, and I felt pricing was also very reasonable. I am very impressed with Northeast Wildlife Services, and they will be my first call if I ever have pest issues in the future.

Ray is truly brilliant. He absolutely won’t stop thinking about a solution to your problem no matter how difficult it is. He has a unique ability to think like a critter and remains compassionate to their needs as well as yours. He is excellent on communication and explanation, I’ve learned a lot from him. I’ve never seen a harder worker. In addition, he always remains cheerful, and funny!

I can't say enough positive things about Ray. I contacted 3 local companies about my critter problem and Ray was the first to respond. He was able to come out that day and quickly identified my problem areas (there were several). He came back in the evening a few days later and set traps around the house. He came back every day for about a week and cleared the traps. Once we stopped catching critters, he sealed up the holes where they were entering the house. Communication was excellent. He let me know in advance whenever he was coming over. He is also very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice on how to manage any future issues. He's also genuinely a nice guy and pleasant to work with. I enjoyed talking with him and he was very patient with my incessant questions. I'll call him again without hesitation and recommend him to others.

We called on Northeast Wildlife Services to deport a very active and noisy critter that took up residence this winter in a bedroom wall of our antique Queen Anne house. Quickly and efficiently, with a minimum of mess and no resort to toxic substances or other violence, Ray Losnes lured out what turned out to be, as expected, a lively grey squirrel, which Ray exiled to the woods far from Rockland. Called multiple places to have a Porcupine trapped and removed. He was the only one that would do it. Very easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, showed up the very next day, and was able to trap the Porcupine on the second night of it being set up. Would definitely use him again if needed.

One Saturday morning I was woken up to squirrels chewing a hole in the overhang under the roof. I called early morning around 7 am to see if Ray was available. Within 15 minutes he got back to me and said he'd be able to help. He came that night, found a second hole, set up traps right away, and diligently checked each day until all the squirrels were removed. Six in total. He was also able to patch both holes. I cannot say enough good things about his efficiency and price. Ray's speed in getting the job done saved us a huge headache. Would recommend Ray to anyone that needs removal services and would definitely call him again if needed. I just had to update this review, and say we cannot thank Ray enough for the work he did. He's great, will be recommending to anyone I can.

There are people that you hire who give you confidence that they know what they’re doing. Ray is one of those people. I woke up one night at approximately 2:30 a.m. to find my daughter standing at the foot of my bed, informing me that she believed there was a bird in her room. Upon further inspection, we discovered that it was not a bird, but rather a bat. We promptly contacted the professionals at Northeast Wildlife Service, who promptly arrived and successfully located and sealed the potential entry point of the bat. We are immensely grateful for their prompt and effective assistance.

Just beware this guy might ghost you after he comes out.

Ray came out and he seemed like a genuine and nice person. We had a good conversation. He said he would draft up a quote for his services.

After multiple texts and calls from my elderly mother, he never replied to any of them. Super weird business behavior to ghost a client you could make thousands from and leave an older woman in a position like that.

We had a gray squirrel in our basement. Emailed him on Christmas not expecting a response, but he did and was able to come out the next day. He went in my basement with nothing but a heat sensor and thick gloves covering his forearms. After some stuggle he came up with it in his hands!! Poor guy had to move everything in my basement to get him, but nothing was damaged and the squirrel was safely relocated! He also went around and checked for all possible entrances. He didn't see any and we haven't had a problem since. Just a rogue squirrel!

Ray came out the same day to determine what type of critter got into our basement, made a cozy nest, and did lots of damage while we were away. He was sure it was a red squirrel and he set up traps, catching 2 red squirrels the next day. Ray sealed up all the entry holes (outside and in the basement). Communication was outstanding via texting/phone calls. I already hired him to return in the spring to prevent critters from making a home under our front deck.

Ray is super responsive and timely! He was the first to get back to me of the half dozen ADCs I called. He quickly identified evidence of bats where a dormer meets the roof and was back within a few days with a bucket truck to inspect everything and install excluders in 3 places, including 2 spots that are very high up and would be tough to reach with ladders. He explained bats' habits and how they end up in living spaces. We will be having a goodbye bats watch party after dusk tonight, and Ray will be back to take off the excluders and seal everything up later. Could not ask for better service!

Ray took care of our bat problem very expeditiously. He was able to come out to our camp (on an island) before any other company. He was quite thorough in spraying expanding goop into the many small cracks in the camp, from both inside and outside. Then he installed a one-way exit door. No one stayed at camp that first night, but since then we have not seen a bat (or any fresh evidence of one). He was also quite knowledgeable about bat behavior and about evidence of where they might have been. Thank you, Ray!

Simply amazing professional job taking care of a bad flying squirrel issue we had despite having to be on roof of a three story house with steep angle. Pleasure working with this company and would absolutely use them again.

Contacted Ray who spent a lengthy amount of time talking me through trapping and removing a mink that had taken up residence on my property and was killing my livestock over the course of a month, despite my efforts. He recommended a specific trap and where to find it. He recommended, in depth, several options of how to set up an environment to entice the mink into it. He explained it's habits and behaviors. I was able to catch the mink within ONE HOUR. I only wish I had found him sooner as I would have been able to save more of my animals. Very knowledgeable, and kind for giving me his time. Grateful.

Ray removed 3 porcupines from under our kitchen and 2 from other buildings. He knows what he is doing and is happy to tell you what he is doing and why he is doing it. We learned a lot. We appreciated his respect for the animals . We consider the whole effort worthwhile! Thank you Ray

Ray did attic cleanout, restoration, and reinsulation for us. Professional work from start to finish. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Meticulous work and cleanup. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend him.

Ray was awesome. He came as soon as we called about hearing squirrels in our walls and helped find a solution to remove them humanely. We are happy to be sleeping peacefully again and hopefully the critters are happy to be back in their wooded habitat.

Called Northeast Wildlife about a snake in the grass beside our house. Two hours after our initial contact Ray arrived, caught the snake and put
it in a cage before inspecting the area around the house. After inspecting the area around the foundation and porch he found no evidence of other snakes but significant evidence of a rodent infestation, and recommended an exterminator. He was prompt, responsive, thoroughly professional, totally knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would highly recommend him!

Northeast Wildlife Services just completed ridding my camp of red squirrels and for that I am so grateful. After a week of trapping 10 red squirrels and as many chipmunks, Ray then went underneath a low clearance camp and covered all holes around pipes with sheet metal, foam and wire ---no more entrance to the attic spaces! A job well done just as he promised!
