True Construction was amazing! We had just bought our house and we’re new to the neighborhood. We were looking to remove the carpet in our front room and living room and replace with luxury vinyl flooring. They were able to match the adjacent flooring and lace it in for a seamless transition. We gave them a tight deadline to finish before we moved and they accommodated our request by shifting other less pressing projects around. We really appreciated their services and would highly recommend them to anyone!

For our first project they designed and built a gazebo. It's gorgeous and the craftsmanship is stellar.

We recently hired True Construction to build an indoor playground in our basement. We had an interior designer put together a couple pictures of what we wanted. Austin built the playground from scratch just from seeing the pictures. It is exactly what we are looking for and is really well done. He was quick to get us a quote and was flexible when we had minor changes we wanted along the way. We are so happy with how everything turned out!

Francisco and his crew were great communicators helping us with design ideas and decision making. Phone calls and emails were promptly returned. And the work done was top-notch, from the precision of the job to the cleanliness of our home post-work completion. We are thrilled with the end result and would definitely use True Construction Services for future projects.

True Construction Services is contractor that you can relay on and trust on them. I had a great experience with them on running a bathroom remodeling lately. We loved working with True Construction. We had them remodel our kitchen and open up a wall between our kitchen and dining room. We also had them fit a half bathroom into our basement, which was a tough job with the space available. Not only was the work done well as you can see from our pictures but they were incredibly professional, stayed TRUE to their estimate, and continuously communicated well. It was awesome that they were willing to do exactly what we wanted and were honest about how they would do it. We worked with Austin and he was outstanding to work with. We're extremely pleased with the bathroom remodeling project True Construction Services recently completed in our home. The work involved full renovation of our master bathroom and also major work in a full guest bath and a powder room.

High praise to TCS's staff and subcontractors, especially project leader Austin Cunliffe. He was extremely helpful in planning and design; offering ideas and incorporating our thoughts. He diligently headed up and often participated in all phases of the work, from demolition to the final touches and including ordering all materials and new fixtures. Austin's attention to detail is extraordinary and was so very pleasing to us. From layout to choosing paint colors to applying caulk, he kept affirming the quality of TCS's work.

All workers on our project were kind, considerate and skilled. They kept the inconvenience surrounding the work to a minimum and did an excellent job containing dust and debris.

In addition to the interior work, True Construction Services was the choice in summer 2024 for a full wash of our home's exterior, followed by painting of the peaks and garage doors and repair of the rear deck. The company's performance was excellent on all of these jobs.

We are very pleased with the end result and made use of InvestDSM’s grant funding to help pay for the project. Francisco and his team were amazing to work with. They did a great job on our roof putting new sheathing down, new gutters, down spouts and tile drainage in at our place. The roof makes the place look like an entirely different home. They also fixed some spots on our roof that were sagging and painted the home a different color. Very professional, knew what they were doing and were in and out in a timely manner. Beyond happy for what they did on our home. Highly recommend anyone to use them for any type of remodeling or construction work on your home. They will work with you to fit within your budget as well. They did an amazing job!!

True Construction did some drywall and siding work for me in Toledo. They showed up for an estimate within 2 days and ended up starting work the following week. They worked fast and efficient and within just a few days they had the whole house done. They do great work and I highly recommend working with them!

Francisco and his team are excellent to work with. They are very nice, communicate well, do good work, and are dependable. They are honest and fair. You can't ask for a better contractor -- especially in today's market.
