Very satisfied with TruCon Construction. Had work done in 2 bathrooms and Charles was excellent in getting everything finished in a timely manner. Completely redid a small bathroom. Had new tile, a new vanity, and new fixtures installed. Also had some trim work and painting done in our Master Bathroom. Everything came together as planned, we will definitely use this company for any future projects.

I used TruCon Construction for a bathroom remodel in my master bathroom. They were professional, worked hard and did a great job! I even asked for drywall repair in my bedroom to be done while they were here and they took care of that as well. Very satisfied! Would recommend their services. Love my remodeled bath!

Charles and his team completely remodeled our bathroom and installed a completely new HVAC system for an incredible price with breathtaking results. He and his team were always professional, personable and stayed to make sure that the work was done right the first time.

We are still loving our new bathroom and the upgrade to a full HVAC system (we had originally wanted a couple of mini-splits) was so worth the small amount of extra investment - both projects totally changed the interior character of the house to an incredible degree!

He definitely has a very creative mind and knows what he’s doing. They built a shed behind my house and did a great job. They got the job done quick and cleaned up everything like they were never there. It’s been over 3 years and it still looks like new!

Charles came out quickly and walked through our questions, patiently & professionally explaining everything. He went over the inspection report with us, outlining what was serious and what could wait, how to fix it, cost, etc. we felt as ease knowing our biggest financial investment had been inspected by both a licensed inspector and a general contractor.
He gave us quotes on all projects that needed attention. (and for our “want list”), an estimated timeline and ideas on how to make improvements to our plans.
As we slowly complete our projects - they’ve all be completed on time and within budget. We’ve been extremely pleased with the entire process.

We used TruCon Construction to install the electrical to our new house. Very prompt and professional service. Charles and his crews and subs are top of the line in the business. He was also the cheapest for this project by far. I will be utilizing them in the future for other builds and projects. Charles and his crews do the best work around. We used them to install tile flooring on our entire downstairs and bamboo flooring upstairs. It was done quickly and efficiently and looks great still.

I hired a company to come out and rebuild the deck on my house. It was a very bad experience and I had to fire the company. I called Charles with TruCon Construction and he made time to come personally and assess the damage. TruCon gave a very reasonable price and got to work within a few days. Charles even came out and checked on the progress personally. My deck was completed ahead of schedule and is an awesome addition for my home. Charles even returned a few weeks later to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this company.

TruCon has done extensive work in our home and we couldn’t be happier. From a small job of removing a wall between our kitchen and living room to a complete remodel of second floor, Charles and his crews have done an outstanding job.

Charles is a true professional. He shows up, he’s honest, and stands behind his work. He has helped make my design ideas a reality and within budget. His crews are always punctual and professional as well. I have never once worried about leaving them in my house. Unlike other contractors we used in the past, we have never had any problems with subpar craftsmanship.

I wish I could share pictures on here to show all the beautiful work TruCon has done in our home. Since the very first job Charles did several years ago, we have not used any other contractors. You will not find a better general contractor than TruCon.

Charles Owens is my go to for all my remodeling work. He and his crews are always professional, on time and even clean up when they’re done.

If I could give a negative star I would. Charles was a friend of a friend and I still would not refer him. It has taken me 6+ months to post a review due to the common relationship but I would want someone to tell me. I wished I would have researched his company a little more but all of the negative complaints are the same and are true. He did do work for me, charged high prices which I agreed to pay and refused to finish the job. Despite his contract stating I had to pay the final payment and then fight for the work to be completed, I refused the pay him for the work he refused to finish and then he got it done however, I had to call another trusted contractor to get it completed. He quoted to do full bathroom renovations, pull up existing floors, tear out showers and put in new shower and floors. Since I went from linoleum to tile, the tile guy had to pull out the baseboards. He told me at the end that he does not replace the baseboards and I needed to do it or hire someone. Mind you I paid him $30K for two showers, three bathroom floors and one bathtub with tile surround. They charged extra to put in shower niche but made them so small that they will not even hold a full size bottle of shampoo & conditioner.

Very professional company and Charles is great to work with! I previously had 3 companies come out to give me estimates on putting a solid roof on my pergola and attaching it to the house, none of which really wanted to take the job due to the complexities of my roof line. TruCon looked at it and had answers on how to attach the pergola roof to the house so it was seamless. Charles had answers and recommendations on how to build it in such a way as to accomplish the look we were going for. The under side of the pergola is now tacked with gorgeous red cedar with a clear coat of poly and it looks amazing with 8 can lights and 2 ceiling fans. His crew was prompt, on time and professional. We have extensive landscaping we were worried about protecting during the build and I'm thrilled to say we didn't lose even one plant. We also used TrCon to put granite in 4 bathrooms and that project was also quick and without any issues. Both projects were done much quicker than I had thought and the subs he uses are true professionals. We have other smaller projects on our list and we are definitely going to use TruCon for all our renovation needs.

If there were negative star ratings this company would receive a negative rating. We recently did a bathroom remodel through Trucon Construction. It was the worst experience ever. Workers were supposed to show up and didn't then they said they could come one Saturday evening but we were having company over. Who wants workers coming in and out of their house and working while you have guests over. The shower doors were put on backwards and the shower leaked and the owner of Trucon knew it leaked and did nothing about it. We had to hire and pay someone else to come and fix the leak. Also the tile did not have a sealant put on it so it now has black and orange spots on it. So we also have to pay someone else to come and seal it. I do not recommend Trucon for anything. Stay away!

I called Charles about replacing my flooring in the entire house. From the getting the quote and agreement to placing the last plank took all of about 5 days. Fast, courteous, responsive, and professional. The floors have changed the entire look of the house and at a super competitive price comparably to others including big business. Amazing job.
