Had to come to the shop for a region override the lady at the front desk was nice professional and actually has some jokes to keep you smiling. Then the mechanic Vinnie was just not professional, but respectful and knowledgeable of the engine on my freightliner. He performed a diagnostics Fix the problem and charge accordingly. At Truck And Trailer Repair I would highly recommend coming there. The mechanic Benny is on top of his game and a big shout out. He’s a Virginia boy now but he is from New Jersey. I will definitely come back here with all my trucks. Thanks again guys

This place has been great in helping me find a problem with my trailer brakes after purchasing a new truck.

Seemed to be awesome group of folks. I had a hole in my trailer they fixed after TA didn't do a good job a month ago. These folks worked me in to get me done and stayed until it was completed. THANK yall so much . Highly recommend.

Super friendly and max was extremely helpful and went out of his way to go pick up a part from their service warehouse himself. He has a truck business so he understands the importance of getting issues resolved fast. I called first before they were even open. He was there waiting and eager to help. I saved his number since I go through this area often enough. It's always nice to network!!

We had a broken hub cap on our trailer on our trip from PA to NC and these folks help us get back on the road ASAP. Top shelf service on a Saturday afternoon.

Honestly, they are the best because I had a breakdown on my 2021 freightliner Cascadia, ( MAJOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES) pretty much all the dashboard lights popped up, truck wires melted and cut off, even certified freightliner dealers technicians couldn’t fixed i spent so much time and money at the frightliner dealer they couldn’t resolve the issues but asap l moved my truck to their shop, they fixed it, l was so impressed and satisfied. Highly recommended they are the best and so friendly. I never rate nobody kinda lazy to do that but this shop deserves it thanks so much again

I bought a trailer from them that they had posted on Facebook, they said it had a spare tire and other accessories, I paid for the trailer and I didn't check if it had the spare tire that was in the photos and the text of the post said so, after confronting them and showing them the screenshot of the post they gave me a rim without a tire and no other accessories, the trailer that they said was ready to use had no brakes, I went back so they could fix it, a mechanic who was upset came to look at the trailer which I found very funny but then I understood that it was part of the game, I left it for a day to be repaired and they said I could go pick it up the next day but it was in vain I had to take it home, if these guys are capable of fooling you like that with things that are seen and are obvious I can't imagine what they can do inside the engine of your truck or parts of your trailer...

My experience with this truck and trailer repair shop was phenomenal, I had a headache of issues with my truck and they were able to complete the repairs efficiently. Max communicated with me very well the issues with my truck and Dustin was also a great guy.

I had a road side brake down. This shop was only 5 miles up the road. I pulled my trailer there and there staff jumped rite on it.

This company listed a forklift for sale on Facebook Marketplace claiming it had no leaks, worked perfectly, and they used it daily.

I purchased the forklift and after payment they agreed to ship the forklift from Virginia to Kentucky. I made payment and waited for well over a month before they finally delivered the forklift.

The forklift was moved from the delivery truck and parked on my brand new concrete slab. Overnight it leaked in 6 separate places. Not just a drip either, puddles. Also there were several other things not working properly.

I had a forklift service technician come out to write up an estimate on the repairs. The estimate totaled over $5,000. The technician stated that the leaks were not new and had been going on for a while. He also stated that nothing during transport could have caused these leaks.

The day after delivery I sent the company a video of the leaks, but they claim their mechanic said it had no leaks. They have refused to reimburse me for the repairs needed.

It doesn’t take a mechanic to see a leak.

I'll never use these folks again. Paid $850 to replace a $5 hose clamp. Service tech made sure he took as much time as he could to replace a clamp on my truck. He waisted 4hrs looking for the perfect fit clamp that took him less the 5mins to replace. I feel I was completely ripped off. I could walked to the next exit and bought universal clamps out the gas station quicker then this guy fixed my truck..

We broke down on the Interstate and they worked us in. The mechanic was professional and a very honest guy. We were thankful!

Tow guys charge near 500$ for towing and Max the guy who work there he charge 850$ . When i talk to him he said its my commission.

Got work done late on a Fri they hustled and got it done, electrical issue. Good people and more than a fair price compared to the usual speedco and it's actually fixed. Good people

Friendly and tolerant people who will go out and beyond to meet your needs. They are also located less than a mile from I81 which is very nice. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!!! Our trailer floor got damaged from Paper Rolls load. These guys did amazing job & fixed the floor perfectly. The shop is very nice and clean in excellent location. Customer service is great & very friendly. Will come back again if need any repairs. Thank you!!!

We were northbound on I-81 heading to my hometown of Lake Placid NY from Tennessee. We stopped deisel in Bristol and my wife noticed a piece of metal hanging down near the passenger rear wheel of our toy hauler 5th wheel. I crawled under the RV and found axle spring had broken apart. I got on my phone and contact almost 15 shops in and around Max Meadows VA as that where we were camping fir the night. As soon as most places were told it was a RV they stated they didn't work on them. While we were at our campsite I found Truck & Trailer in Weyer Cave WV (2 1/5 hours North of our location. Joe said they could fix my issue if he could locate the right spring. I gave him the spring measurement from eye to eye and described the spring. He called back and texted that he found the spring and would have it the next day. The next morning I placed a block of wood between the broken spring and the trailer frame to keep from going through the floor board. We arrived at their location at 10 AM but the part wasn't there yet. We drove down to Staunton to eat and kill time and they finished the job just after lunch. They finished the job and left us enough sunshine to get to our next campsite in Martinsburg. These guys were AWESOME... REAL LIFE SAVERS. If I'm close by and have another trailer issue, these guys are our GO TO shop!!!

Staff was very courteous and attentive to the issue I had with my trailer. They were able to replace the airbag and get me on my way. Pricing was fair. Very fortunate to have them around when needed. Definitely recommend to anyone who might have the misfortune of needing any help with their semi or trailer.

I broke down at Crozet VA and they sent a mechanic out right away. It had over heated due to clutch fan failure and blew the hose off and it let the serpentine belt off. Vinnie, the mechanic, had me up and running in less than two and a half hours. Hats off to this guy, best road side service I've ever had. Vinnie is very knowledgeable and knows his way around a truck. I highly recommend them. Shout out to u Vinnie! thanks again, u did a hell of a job.

Absolutely saved our butts!!! Super friendly, courteous, and respectful. We had a busted tire and messed up fender on our camper. They normally don't work on those kinds of trailers but fit us in immediately and fixed us up in a matter of hours! They even found a part for our truck that no one else could find. We're from out of town and would've been totally stranded without our new favorite mechanics!

Someone backed into my truck door and the door wouldnt close, the shop fixed it in 30 mins, I would recommend this place, fast and know what they are doing!!!

Anytime I have any vehicle problems, this is where I’ll go! I always have my kids in the car! Vinnie tells me just to come on in and he’ll get me fixed up. The summer was hottt! He fixed my ac in a matter of time! Leaky tires? He replaced my valves and stayed after hours to fix it. Throwing a code? Vinnie will get you fixed right up! It’s seriously the best shop, even if you have to drive a little ways! I will never go anywhere else!

I had new door handles put on my vehicle and vinnie did a great job and is a fast worker! The service I received was reasonable priced and I would definitely recommend.

I drive from Columbus, Ohio to Harrisonburg, VA just for their service. The leadership is great, and the mechanic Vinny is better than anyone can find. Highly recommend this place. Just don’t come too much, because I fear that they will have less availability for me.

Great service, I was running through 81 and was having overheating issues with one of my trucks and needed maintenance done. They got me in right away. Mechanic also let me know of a few other issues that could be going out soon. These guys have the best products and very knowledgeable. Thank you... will be sending all my trucks here when they are leaving the crowded New England area.
