We've had TruBlue do work at our house several times and have always been very happy. Estimates and scheduling are easy. And the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and quick. The work has always been done professionally and completely and beyond our satisfaction. My wife and I can't say enough good things about TruBlue. We plan to use them again in the future whenever we have a need.

In 2024, I used TruBlue Rockville for a condo renovation. Karen Kiley and her team were knowledgeable, attentive, and provided fast, high-quality service. Since then, I have used this team for specific services like fixing a garbage disposal. Karen scheduled a plumber within two days of my request. He arrived promptly and quickly fixed the issue. TruBlue Rockville is my go-to provider for home-related services.

I contracted with TruBlue of Rockville to renovate my two bathrooms. Karen was willing and able to help me get exactly what I wanted and iron out issues as they sometimes would present themselves. She genuinely collaborated with me, stayed transparent in her communications and kept on top of the work being done. She personally checked it and found out if I was satisfied. If something wasn’t right, she scheduled someone to come and correct it. You feel she cares at every turn. She spoiled me for other contractors.

Hi, I recently used TruBlue Home Services and had a great experience. They scheduled in advance at my convenience, arrived withing the established arrival window, unclogged the shower and fix the closet door. The closet door did not seem right after they left so I contacted Karen and she offered to have someone to stop by again and take a look. The door had been hanged with the handle on the other side. It was corrected right away. Thank you I highly recommend them.

Used TruBlue services for my parents leaking sink and dishwasher. The scheduling staff communicated with me and my dad proactively. The technician arrived promptly and did his job well and quickly. I liked that they didn't try to upsell them an expensive solution, instead they fixed the issue at hand the best and most economical way possible and were kind and professional. I'm definitely calling them again if I need them in the future and I recommend them hands down!!

I highly recommend TruBlue Home Service Ally of Rockville to assist with any safety concerns you have with aging parents. My mother has been living in her house for years and had no desire to leave her established home and neighborhood. As she aged in place, my siblings and I had a growing concern about her safety. Karen and the team at TruBlue came out and completed a complimentary safety assessment, identified some issues, provided solutions and completed the work in a professional, and efficient manner. My mother is now comfortable AND safe in her environment, which has reduced some of the worry for us, her family. Call Karen, you won't be disappointed.

We are very happy with all the work that TruBlue of Rockville has performed for us. They also provided a free safety assessment for our home and made some recommendations which we had them complete for a very reasonable price. We signed up for their subscription service providing quarterly maintenance in our home to reduce the cost of unplanned emergency repairs.

Karen and her team are extremely helpful and great to work with. I’ve called for help with everything from paint (to include color and advice) to kitchen countertops and more. One of the biggest selling points for me in working with this team is that they’re here to assist me, not upsell merchandise or push a product. It’s been nothing but true collaboration, honest and open communication and a sense of trust which for me is key. I will continue to call TruBlue for any and all of my home improvement needs and HIGHLY recommend them.

I made the mistake to hire this company trusting another site called thumbtack. I was under the impression this would be a reputable company since its a franchise.. I was wrong! they sent unskilled workers to redo my bathroom and add tile to powder room. They not just abandon my project 1 month after starting leaving me with an unfinish project. They took my money, they messed up all the tile and material i supplied. They installed the tiles completely crooked, they did not water proof the bathroom. I have filed a complaint again this company with MHIC commission and waiting for their response. I called the corporate office who told me the franchises are independently owned and there was nothing they could do. I was force to pay a new contractor to demo everything they did and start over! I hope you don't fall for this scam and this review helps you avoid the same mistake.

Our clients were extremely disappointed with the quality of work provided by this company in their recent tile installation project. The tile was installed crooked, with the wall tiles put in place before the floors, which is a fundamental error in proper installation procedures. Can you imagine that we asked if they used a laser to install the tile and they didn't? Who installs wall tile without a laser? Karen, the owner of TruBlue Contractors, seemed to deflect blame by attributing the crooked tiles to the imperfections in the shape of the tiles used. The lack of Regard used in the bathroom was ridiculous, one coat and only half of the shower. The lack of thinset used on most of the tiles caused several issues, including the clips getting stuck between the tiles as they dried. The poor workmanship was evident when a knocking sound was heard due to the absence of thinset on certain parts of the tiles. (marked with blue tape) Furthermore, our clients' floor tiles were mishandled, resulting in breakages and improper cutting around niches. The crookedness of the threshold holding the glass shower partition, varying from 5 inches to 4.5 inches, showcases a severe lack of attention to detail and craftsmanship. In conclusion, TruBlue Contractors' subpar workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and inability to handle the tile installation project professionally have left us and our clients thoroughly dissatisfied. Luckily, our clients decided to go with our contractors and what a difference!!!

I recently hired TruBlue to install new doors in my basement as well as replace my smart locks throughout the house. Karen was instrumental in helping me schedule the initial estimate, hardware delivery, and install date. When Steve arrived to complete the work, he was communicative, professional, and tidy. The work completed exceeded my expectations, and my wife loved it as well. TruBlue gets my highest recommendation -- I hope to have them over soon for more projects I have in mind.

Called for a drywall patch repair and working with Jaime was great! Was supposed to arrive between 2:15 and 2:30 pm and he arrived exactly 2:16 pm and immediately went to work. Wasted no time and in a matter of about 2 hours the work was done perfectly! Karen was also great via text helping me set my appointment.
