Would not recommend dealing with this company due to poor customer service & unprofessionalism. Had reached out to them for help with a repair on roof/window, got the estimate and was sent an invoice (which was incorrectly calculated, should've been sent half for deposit). Due to a rain/water leak I was wanting to get a general idea of how soon we could get this scheduled, so I called the office asking if there was any scheduling update - and before I could even finish the question was rudely cutoff saying that I already called the previous day asking, and that they couldn't give me an idea of when it could be scheduled and that I should probably take my business elsewhere. Then the person who helped with the estimate, Bradley who was professional, followed up and sent the correct invoice saying that we could get this done asap. Later that day the office called me back and said that I should find someone else. It was honestly laughable how immature whoever the guy is I talked to working the phones in the office.
Morgan was able to answer all of our questions for our roof! Would recommend Trojan Roofing to our friends and family!
