This is a late review from the end of 2024.
Our house got hit hard during the severe storms of May 2024 (mostly from major hail damage). We eventually decided to give Triton a call, as they had the most signs in our neighborhood (this is the second roofing / exterior company we called, as the first company, a friend of a friend, came out and then completely ghosted us). I called Triton and set up an appointment for 9/3/2024. I also received an email from Tim Nesbit with a "pre" estimate based off of the insurance estimate I sent in. Well, 9/3/2024 came and went. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone ever call. Given our experience with the first company, this was a major red flag. So we just ended up going with another exterior company.

As you prepare for your spring and summer projects I implore you to look elsewhere. I had a horrific experience with this company and I would like to spare someone else wasted time. I signed a contract with them in October 2023. Not 1 thing was started by Nov 24 when I went with another company. The only communication I received from Dave Mason was when I reached out. Then promises were made and never kept. If you want to have your time wasted and have horrible customer service then this is the company for you.

Quick and affordable and Tim will make sure it's done right and that you're taken care of. Highly recommend this local and trustworthy business for your roofing and gutter needs.

We’ve had Triton do a handful of jobs for us and they’ve been excellent. No matter what odd situation we’ve thrown at them they’ve had an answer. Since it’s on the exterior i didn’t even have to take off work for what we’ve had them do. I highly recommend them.

Tim and company responded quickly after our house was damaged by hail. He showed up when the claims adjuster was here and was extremely helpful in walking us through the process of getting the roof and siding replaced. The crews he sent were hardworking and ensured the property was cleaned up after installation. The project is complete and the house looks great. We highly recommend Triton Exteriors.

I wish I could give Triton Exteriors zero stars. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I had gutters installed on one side of my house, and the result has been devastating. The gutters they installed caused over $3,000 worth of water damage, and now I need to completely replace the drywall in my living room. The level of damage is beyond frustrating.

When I reached out to them to address the issue, Dave Mason, the representative, was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a helpful solution, he seemed uninterested and condescending. His attitude only added to my growing frustration. He kept denying any involvement in the water issue however he even stated that the gutters did not seem to be installed correctly!!

I've had multiple roofing and gutter experts inspect the damage, and they all point to the gutters as the root cause. It’s clear that the installation was faulty, yet Triton Exteriors. has done nothing to rectify the situation.

Avoid this company if you value your home and your sanity. Their work is shoddy, their customer service is terrible, and their response to issues is appalling. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable company.

Contacted Triton for siding repair estimate and was blown off! As soon as I sent a picture of my home, the lady on the phone said my front porch roof wasn't stable enough based on looking at google. She explained they would have to do repairs to that first, which I understood. She said they would email an estimate for all the work, but no one has responded. Her attitude made me feel as though my house wasn't substantial enough for their level of work and Triton didn't have the time. In the end, my house is being fixed by someone who values my situation thankfully.

Everything I wanted in a contractor, Triton Exteriors provided. I was treat well. I was kept in the loop every inch of way. The workmanship was exceptional. And lastly, the price was fair. I recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

I am a satisfied customer. Triton came through for us even though we had a couple of relatively small jobs, and handled them very well. We received detailed quotes and fair pricing. Gutters and rotting fascia were replaced on our three- story home, and another job on the front gutter was done in a timely and professional manner. Blake was prompt and communicative, and went above and beyond when we asked for special help to assist with a “wildlife” issue in the attic! Chris coordinated and kept me informed. Very pleased with our small siding project from triton! It did take a couple months to get scheduled (I am willing to blame the harsh winter weather for that) but once the workers were here it was very smooth. Siding had to be removed and replaced - it looks fantastic! Great communication from Chris in the office as well. Will think of triton for any future projects!

Quick response to check issues on my roof and garage. Got a quick estimate. It was not an emergency so I did wait a while, but work was done quickly with great, efficient workers. I now feel comfortable and confident to hire them again. Office staff also helpful.

I would highly recommend Triton Exteriors. I just had a new roof put on in October of 2023. They did a fantastic job. The owner of the company whose name is Tim was incredibly nice to work with. He is very Involved with the work going on at your home. He meets with you in person. He gives you his personal cell number. Anytime you call him he will answer this phone and is happy to answer any questions you may have. I was given samples of shingles to look at. When I was having a hard time deciding on which one I wanted Tim took the time to look up the addresses of some homes that he had put a roof on using some of the shingle colors that I was undecided about. I was able to drive by the homes as he picked some not far from my home to look at how they actually looked on the roof. That made such a difference. You could see how the shingle actually looked on the roof. I was able to choose a shingle that I was incredibly happy with in the end. The fact that he took the time to go back and find addresses with the color shingles that I liked was just amazing to me. This Company was recommended to me by my brother-in-law. who had just had roof put on by them himself. He highly recommended them telling me he was super happy with the work they had done. I'm glad I followed his recommendation. Trident exteriors was great company to work with. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the work Triton did to replace our old wooden siding with hardy-board and our fascia wrapped. Tim & the office staff was very professional & quick to respond to any questions. The work was done quickly & they cleaned up well when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone needed siding replaced.

Triton installed a new roof and new siding on our home. They did a phenomenal job. Everything was installed perfectly, by a very experienced crew, and in a very timely manner. I hired Tim at Triton to replace my roof and my gutters. He was professional throughout the process, and I had a good experience with this company. When I wasn't satisfied with the gutters, he responded and made them right. One caveat: When I received the final invoice, I was offered a discount if I posted a review. I NEVER accept money for a review, but that might explain why so many people have posted reviews! :) So this is my freebie review. I recommend this company.

We had several panels of siding come off/loose from the exterior of the house. The customer service folks were able to work quickly to get me a quote and came out within a day or two to replace/fix the siding. Blake also went around the exterior and checked for anything other issues before leaving. Excellent customer service and extremely quick response time!

We would highly recommend Triton Exteriors and would definitely use them again! Tim was responsive when we had questions and he let us know right away when we needed plywood in an area after siding was taken off. His quote was detailed rather than those who give you one total price for siding, one for fascia, one for gutters. Everything was broken down so we could see where our money was going. Tim even came and did a second measurement based on a different company’s quote we had. Tim’s quote was spot on! The siding crew were the hardest working men we’ve ever seen. They also cleaned up the area and were very professional and courteous. And again, we would highly recommend Triton Exteriors!

I contracted Triton to install gutter guards. So far they have been working great. Their website was very helpful. They were able to assess the job using satellite image saving a trip to provide an estimate.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Triton to repair and replace rotted siding along the back of our house. The crew was on time, worked hard, and did a quality job. I was especially pleased with the clean-up they did at the completion of the job. I would hire them again, and will recommend Triton to my friends.

It's a professional experience from start to finish. Triton gave me the best estimate of any of the three companies I sought out for a quote. Well, one of those was a freelancer who does fence installation as a side gig but that guy severely lacked professional communication and only gave a slightly better estimate. Triton offers great customer service and communication at an excellent price.

Once they got the fence permit from the city they were at my house installing the fence the very next day, and it took only one day to install. The laborers removed the existing dilapidated fence, cleared away the invasive roots and plants, and installed a galvanized chain link with two gates. I was very impressed that they did all this while conscious of the primary purpose of the fence which was to keep dogs in, and other animals out. I have three dogs that tend to escape but the new fence is close to the ground on all sides. They also filled holes that the new fence would have otherwise bridged. I'm very happy that I can now let the dogs out without having to worry about them getting under the fence.

Skip the freelancer hobbyists who don't know how to send emails or respond to texts. Triton already offers a great price and it comes with a professional experience and a high quality result.

Triton has saved our family so many times over the last few years. We live in a hundred year old home in Webster Groves constantly needs repairs. Recently we had a death in the family. I woke up heading for Winston Salem North Carolina for the funeral. Walked out our door in the morning and squirrels had torn the metal facia off my house. Metal pieces were laying around me on the ground. I called Triton as I was leaving town asked for their help in restoring the facia along with repairing other damage our furry friends had wrought. Triton was there same day, made the repairs with no issues. Our family highly recommends Triton, good people.

Triton Exteriors completed a relatively small job on my house, and has done several larger projects for my relatives. They were very communicative, transparent about cost and timelines, and overall made sure my home repairs were done to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly for projects of all sizes.

Triton replaced a fascia board, fascia and a portion of my gutter. The service technician showed up on one of the coldest mornings, he explain what services he was providing and approximately how long it would take. When he was finished he cleaned up and put things back that had to be moved.

This is the second time I've used Triton, first for a privacy fence installation, and now for a roof repair. Very professional and pricing is fair. I'm very happy with the whole team.

Dave and his team at Triton did a great job replacing the flashing around our chimneys as well as some roof and gutter repairs. They gave a fair price and had the work done in a single day. I really appreciated them calling back after the work was completed to ensure I was satisfied with everything.

We contacted Triton Exteriors to extend two downspouts to connect to drain tile that had shifted. We were in a crunch because the work was part of a home inspection and needed to be done in a short timeframe. I submitted an online inquiry and was contacted by Triton quickly. Within a couple of days they were able to give me a quote and complete the work. I also contacted Christina with questions about the quote and she provided quick and complete responses. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Dave Mason was very helpful in identifying the roof issue and a repair plan that did not require a complete roof replacement. Other roofing contractors just said you need a new roof; he saved me a significate cost. Triton Exteriors was easy to work with and professional.

Earlier this year, Blake Nickel provided service at my home in Affton. He reattached a large piece of siding and tightened another piece that was coming lose due to high winds. He did this work from the roof and on a ladder. He did a great job, was friendly, and gave me info before he left. The lady that I dealt with on the phone was efficient and sent me the estimate and later the bill. I would not hesitate to use Triton Exteriors again.

This was the first time we used Triton Exteriors and were impressed with the quality of work, communication, and responsiveness of the team. They completed some flashing work on the exterior of our home in November. We plan to use them for other work throughout the next year. It has been so hard to find competent work, we are blessed to have found Triton Exteriors.

Triton Exteriors installed a wooden privacy fence. The process from start to finish was smooth. The installers showed up on time and did an initial walk-though to go over project, then again, when completed to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again, as well as refer Triton Exteriors to family/friends in need of any work.

Hello - we had our 3rd project with Triton done, installing gutters and replacing siding. We're very happy with the work of the teams who each worked on this project - 1 team did the gutter replacement/installation and 2nd team did the siding replacement/installation. They were all very friendly, on time, worked very hard and cleaned up everything when the projects were done. We're very glad we had Triton handle all 3 of our home improvement projects. From my initial phone conversation, to the on-site inspection, to the quote and scheduling I was impressed. When the serviceman (Blake) arrived and the work started I was more than impressed with the professional approach and timeliness in completing the project.
This was my second project. I will start future projects with a first quote from Triton!

Fall of 2024 - I wanted my second experience to line up with my first, but I was dissappointed with my experience primarily around communication and follow through. Upon completion of the work I reviewed some corrections that I would like made with Dave Mason and nothing ever came of it. Initially, it took a few weeks to get on the schedule which was fine, but I didn't have much communication about it until it was time. The crew that showed up did not speak english which I am okay with, but I didn't have any one to communicate specific expectations about the work. This made it so that I didn't get exactly what I was looking for, which is why I asked for Dave to come and inspect the details. In general the quality was fine, but I would have liked a few adjustments to a couple of spots.

5 Star Review from 2021 - This was a great experience. No hassle. I worked with Christina for the estimate and scheduling. We received an estimate quickly and they came and put on the gutters. They look great and I didn't have to worry about any part of the process. The pricing was reasonable.
