The whole process has been EXCELLENT!!! We had a storm, was not even aware I had damage, Trey asked if he could look and showed me the damage. He worked with my insurance company and got the whole claim 100% paid for! Trey checked in on me several times during the process. Once claim was approved, started work within a week and 1/2. Came visit while roofers were working. Don Roberts stayed with the crew the whole day. Took a day and half to finish, big roof and daylight savings time got them or it would had been 1 day. Trey returned every single phone call, this is huge to me. The work crews themself were friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up.

I had a small siding repair and I had called several companies that wanted to charge me a labor minimum of hundreds of dollars to do a small repair. Kyle at TriStar quoted me a fair price and did a great job. He went above and beyond doing more for me than I had even asked for. I can't recommend TriStar enough!!

Tri star roofing did a phenomenal job on some minor work for my roof. Dylan and Kyle both answered all the questions that I had on some issues that came about during an inspection. They walked me through what exactly they needed to do and did it in a timely manor. If you ever need any roof work done, I would highly recommend tri star roofing. This is an outstanding company! I can strongly recommend them for roofing and all the ancillary jobs that pertain to roofing! And, it was pretty much all accomplished in a single day... including clean-up. Had a whole house wash a week or so later as well. They made adjustments and improvements to my gutters. I told Trey that my "almost new" gutters weren't performing well. I showed him some videos on my phone and TriStar took care of it and now the gutters perform as they should. We had a series of strong storms in our region that left a trail of damage wherever they went. I saw the high effeciency and high quality of TriStar's work on my street as neighbors had their roofs replaced. While walking my Husky around our little neighborhood, I encountered Trey, a business representative for TriStar. We chatted and I decided to have an analysis of my roof and, of course, this was followed by an inspection by insurance company's inspector(s). All agreed there was a true need for this intervention. May I reiterate that this is a great company. I feel lucky to have found them. I also feel grateful that I found a company (and that especially means the people I dealt with), that in my estimation, is not only good at the work, but exemplifies integrity and honesty. I had a roofing inspection done by Dylan of Tri-Star. He exceeded expectations, took detailed photography, was courteous, and straight to the point. He even pointed out two small boots that were open holes into my attic that I hadn’t noticed. It was an easy fix and now I know who I will call when I need a big fix as well.

Don Robertson is the best! I used this service in 2023 and wow what a great experience, which is so hard to find these days. He showed up to provide an estimate on time, scheduled installation and was on time. A year later called him for to check out my installation and see if I needed any maintenance, but was all good. He is a honest guy which again is really hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Don and TriStar Roofing!!!!!

Y’all are the best, 30x56 house, started at 7am strip roof , replaced bad wood and cleaned up and done 12 noon. The new air vents you put on have made a huge difference, can’t believe the difference new vents and the 30 year shingles made. Plus you did a great job cleaning the house with your washer which you did same day after the new roof.

Customer service was great and friendly. They came out quickly and explained everything they were doing very clearly. Their pricing was fair and competitive. They executed the work perfectly and cleaned up the area well.

TriStar roofing is the best ! I called them over a weekend in a bit of a panic after finding a wet spot on my walls . Kyle took time to listen to exactly what was occurring and was able to pretty much figure out the problem before even coming for site visit. They showed up 1st thing Monday morning and by Friday were back and able to resolve the “ICE DAM” issue so that it wont happen again in the future.

Tristar Roofing did an excellent job! We had some shingles get blown off in a storm, and Tristar was able to come out right away and inspect the roof.
They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After they repaired it, it ended up costing exactly what they estimated.

I can't recommend Don and Kyle more. Not only did they walk me through the steps of a roof replacement, they completed the work at a great price, quality and extremely quickly.

They later came back to help me clean up my exterior brick work, and did a very thorough job at that as well.

We had a roof leak through to our kitchen ceiling in the midst of a stretch of bad weather, We called Kyle the owner who went out of his way to come right over and give everything a thorough look and see what the problem was. He determined the source of the leaks and proposed a repair at a fair price and returned with a team to make the repairs. They got the work done on time and at the price quoted. We would definitely use this company again if we have additional issues elsewhere. We highly recommend them.

Tristar replaced my fascia and gutters. Good help is hard to find these days but Don is the exception to the rule. I tried another contractor only for him to flake out on me. Don and his team to the rescue! They showed up when they said they would and were even able to start a day early. No question/concern went unanswered. Kyle from Tristar Roofing came to my house to replace an attic fan for our roof. He was very prompt and friendly and did an excellent job. Pricing was fair unlike some other places I called. He also helped us out with some spots that needed patching and was very knowledgeable about my insurance. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I dealt with Kyle and Don both were courteous and explained things well. Don said get my roof done in a day and they did. Their prices were VERY reasonable, great workmanship. I can't say enough great things . I Highly reccomend this company.

I have no complaints. Insurances are not always the easiest to deal with nor the most cooperative when submitting a claim. Kyle was prompt, honest, and straight forward from the start and communicated everything through the entire process. I was shown and explained what was necessary for my roof. He showed up every time the insurance sent someone out (multiple times) and held the insurance responsible.
The crew sent to replace roof were equally prompt and professional. They tackled the project right away, completed in one day, and left no trace.
After installation, the superb customer service did not end. Tri Star ensured everything was completed as requested and to our satisfaction.
I don't believe we will have to ever use another company other than TriStar Roofing, and I'll spread those same sentiments to others. Thanks again guys.

We had a storm blow through my house in Murfreesboro and it took the shingles off the roof. It's my first home I have actually owned... so I was kind of nervous about how complicated the process was going to be. I called TriStar and they walked me through everything. They immediately tarped our house to keep it dry. They also met with my insurance to make sure I was made whole again. I would 100 % recommend these folks to anyone who is having roof issues of any kind.
