From Villages On The Rum, Isanti Mn. Nate from Trio contracting came to the rescue for our townhouse association with beautiful new roofs. Nate not only provided excellent work great roofs plus great ideas and an excellent product at more than fair pricing. Above that the project went great finished on time and the cleanup after was impeccable. A very sincere thank you to Trio contracting. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We moved into our new house a year ago and the siding got replaced as part of the selling agreement. Trio was selected to do the work and it did not go very smoothly. They didn't finish on time due to the closing deadline and they missed multiple items. They needed to come out multiple times to pass inspection but did eventually pass. The work looks good at least. They then decided to file a lien on our house because the sellers didn't pay them fully.

We worked with Trio this past summer to replace our roof and siding from storm damage. Cory did a fantastic job helping us envision and understand what options we had for our exterior. He also ensured that we were getting what we deserved/ needed for a proper repair. Over all Great service and would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Trio Contracting! Jeff and Joe handled communications with my insurance company, explained in detail of options for shingle/gutter/window replacement and kept me informed of each step throughout the project. I'm very happy with the results and would refer anyone to Trio Contracting for construction needs. Their experience and quality of detail is awesome!!!

Tom, our salesperson was great. He walked us through the entire process of our bathroom remodel and was always just a text/phone call away when we had any questions - which we had a lot of! When the work began, Rod and his crew were polite, respectful - even to Max the cat. They did a great job and cleaned up every evening before leaving. They too answered any questions we had during the process. We would highly recommend Trio Contracting for any work you may need done.
