Please let me save you the heartache of homeownership woes and just choose Pro24 the first time! Owning your first home is not for the weak and after so many things going wrong, dealing with multiple other companies, insurance issues, and even scammers - the owner (Zach) reached out to me on my neighborhood FB page offering to help us. This man personally rearranged his schedule to come to my home that same day to get my leak fixed so we could stop emptying a bucket in the attic every time it rained. He didn't JUST fix our issue though - he walked us through why it was happening, how he was going to fix it, and what we should do in the future. He didn't try to sell me anything. He didn't tell me I needed to replace my whole roof when I don't. In fact, because of our unfortunate circumstances with this new home, he wouldn't let me pay him at all (while the cheapest estimate I got from everywhere else I tried was $600!) We had a hail storm and I had a couple of contractors out to assess the damage. Zach was the one that stood out as far as being detailed, timely, informative and proved he was able to deal with my insurance company who are known in the industry as being a challenge. His response time when you contact him is immediate. I like to be able to contact the guy in charge, and not go thru an answering machine or go between person. I have told my neighbors about my experience with him and they have been very happy that they choose him as well for their storm damage. His crew is top notch and they are fast, the job gets done with excellent results and clean up. I will be hiring Zach again for my siding, he did my roof and windows so far. While cleaning a plugged gutter I noticed a section of siding that had moved and exposed the wood underneath, allowing the woodpeckers to wreak havoc on the house. We originally worked with Zach in 2019 when he was working for a different company and he managed a complete roof and siding replacement for our house. He held our hands (literally and metaphorically) through the entire process and even afterward, answering our numerous questions and fighting with our insurance to get them to cover as much of the cost as possible. The resulting finished product was beautiful and sound and we saved Zach into our phone contacts as our forever "Roof Guy."

Fast forward 5 years and we've moved to a different house, and when we start having a leaky roof/chimney Zach is our first contact. He responds same-day (in the winter-time!), finds a way to come out as soon as possible to try and diagnose the problem, and does everything within his powers to fix the issue. He checks back in after doing the work to see if the problem is resolved and if we are happy, because he really does "walk the walk" of wanting to establish and build relationships with his clients. We recommend Pro24 to all of our friends and family because Zach is still our "Roof Guy."

We hired Pro24 to replace our roof and siding. Jake Huotari was terrific to work with -- gold standard customer service and communication throughout the project and afterward dealing with our insurance company. Everything turned out great. Several months after the project was done, I noticed a small flaw. I contacted Jake and he had his guys out to fix it in less than 48 hours. Major home projects are never fun but Jake made it as painless as possible.

First class service and fantastic communication from start to finish, even when there were lingering issues (not their fault). Zach is my first call for any exterior project. Also Shane is responsive and gets the job done!

Pro 24 saved my roof! This company people very nice and come out very quick in the same day ,my dish get removed this morning and leave a hole on my roof , the wood expose to outside , the next 3 days will be raining, I am very worried the roof leaking because of the rain if I do not get contractor to fix it today . We used Pro24 and Joe Ashton to take a look at our roof after a storm. He and his brother were very thorough and after a couple of hours and 50 pictures determined that there was a lot of damage. They did most all of the work with my insurance company to get coverage for the damage, including helping resolve some resistance from the insurance company. After getting approval, they handled all of the arrangements for getting the roof repaired/replaced and Joe was hands on supervising the roofers to make certain it was done correctly. Joe and his brother were very courteous and helpful, never once trying to sell us anything that wasn't needed. The results were excellent. They finished in a timely manor, made sure everything that was damaged was replaced properly, including using a better grade of shingles than were used before. It was all covered by our homeowners insurance, including things they found as they progressed with the job. We were totally satisfied with their work, from beginning to end and we highly recommend them for your general contractor needs.

We contacted Jordan M. When we needed 4 new front replacement windows. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the phone regarding our needs. He quickly sent a window specialist to measure and order the windows. Once the window order had come in they quickly got us scheduled for the install. The team that did the install were all very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. Jordan made sure everything was going as it should throughout the whole install process. The windows turned out absolutely gorgeous and look amazing. We are so happy with the job they did and would HIGHLY recommend PRO24 Contracting. You won't be disappointed! I was introduced to Pro24 by a co-worker and I made it very clear to her that I had very high expectations regarding the replacement of our roof from hail damage in the summer of 2022. I had a very bad experience with another contractor in the summer of 2012, so bad in fact, that I caught the contractor committing fraud against my insurance company and turned them in to the state - this contractor was fined $10,000 and censored because of it. Well, let me tell you, Pro24 Contracting impressed me beyond my wildest expectations. The Project Manager literally treated me like family, she came out to the house with Zach, she managed the entire process and I got to sit back and not sweat the small stuff or deal with the adjuster or the insurance company. In fact, the Project Manager noticed a mistake that the insurance company made and managed to get them to admit their mistake and they ended up having to send another check. This goes to show you the level of commitment this company has and how much the truly care about their customers. The yard was cleaned up to perfection, the work was done in a day, and I couldn't be happier. I MOST HEARTEDLY recommend this company for your contracting needs - they truly care about their customers like family and when that level of care is there, you just know that your contracting job will be done right!

I initially started working with Zack on a roof installation. I was amazed at how personal he is with his clients and I could tell I’m not just a dollar sign to him. I even got Live Photos of my roof DURING the installation!

Even after my service, I had many questions about other projects (gutters and windows) and Zach did not hesitate to help me out. Not only did they do an amazing job on the roof (I know it because I have had other contractors comment on how good it is), he is also very reasonable with pricing. Out of the six contractors I have talked to, it was no question that Zack provided better service, communication and pricing. He is honest and won’t hit you with some “hidden costs” that other contractors would.

Never showed up. They put a notice on my door that they are roofing my neighbor's and to stop by. I stopped by and asked if they can inspect my roof. Here said yes, on Monday after the weekend. I waited until Thursday to leave a review. He knows exactly who I am because I stopped by and talked to him again the previous Saturday and asked if he will still be inspecting my roof and windows. He said yes. He never showed up. He has my address. I left him a voicemail. He knows who I am, where I live, and has my phone number. For him to act righteous in his response really shows the fruit and his character.
