We couldn't be happier with the job the A-Team folks did for us in 2024. We had a severe hailstorm in July and our roof was damaged. They were out the next morning assessing the damage and getting us set up for replacement. Great Job!

People and a business that stands behind their work!! Highly recommend The A Team and its crews. They were there for us after we experienced extensive wind/hail storm damage to our home in 2017. In 2025, the A Team to the rescue, again, after we discovered some moisture damage behind some trim that had not been replaced during restorations from the 2017 storm. We contacted them to look at the situation and give us a quote on doing the repair.They said it might be related to that storm and that they’d assume responsibility for this work, too. Should have known after our first experience, that they were and are a very professional and ethical group.

A Team, i had sidding that was not straight. they came out right away and fixed it. Very good contractors with good customer service.

The A-Team did a super job. My wife and I would highly recommend them. Michael and Derrick fought the good fight with us. Adjusters came, gave one price, then another, then another; until they sent what we felt amounted to their "closer" on the fourth and final valuation of damages that they deemed as their covered responsibility. The estimator at the A-Team worked through all the numerous estimated adjustments with great expertise, honesty and integrity. Everyone dealt really well with the frustration that we faced against the big-guy. They kept us informed each step along the way. The job was completed without any type of delay on the part of the A-Team. Michael and Derrick, though two hours away, were there to meet with the adjusters every time. They answered their phones and responded to emails expediently. Hire them, you will not be sorry.

After the damage of hail, the A-Team came and looked at my roof, and met with the Adjuster and showed them all the bad spots. they sat with me on the call to my Insurance and got all my roofs covered. their job crew came and replaced both roofs in 2 days and even cleaned up after themselves. I would call A-Team again if I ever needed them! A+ rating for my job.

A Team was amazing replacing my hail damaged roof. The whole process was soo easy. They did the inspection while I was at work, met with me a couple times, and even got the building permit. They helped me deal with my home owners insurance. The roofers were such hard workers it was impressive! I could go on and on. I highly recommend them!!!

I had a small roof patch repair job that I assumed no one would want due to it being the busy season. Not the case with A Team. A-team was there to meet with the adjuster and took care of everything on that end. The crew was fast and cleaned up when they finished. I had them do the roof and siding, the roof was done in one day. The siding took a little longer because of weather, all the workers were great, and thorough, cleaned up when they were done, the roof and siding looks great. I would recommend A-team for anyone that needs a roof or siding.

A-Team replaced our roof in the summer of 2024, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The A-Team replaced the roofs on all the townhouses in my association. The work was done efficiently with steady work, everyone knowing their job and doing it quickly. There was no standing around, taking breaks, wasting time. After each house was finished the property was totally cleaned up, and there wasn't a shred of evidence that the workers had been there (except for the good-look new roof). When it was my roof to be done, I was able to ask some questions about what I should move, and the workers were all very polite and respectful. They took special care to protect my birdfeeders and deck furniture from any possible damage from roofing materials.
I was thoroughly impressed by the personal touch from the owners as the work went forward.
This company earned 5 stars for the professional work and the timely manner it was done.

Just a word of warning to people looking for a contractor. The fast talking salesman talks of quality materials and wok far superior to competitors, even presented himself as a Christian wanting to help us out. We ended up with a estimate that went up 60 %without any notice-when we asked about total costs we were told to "wait and see what insurance pays.we also sustained damage to our property during work, our salesman told us he " would take care of it" z we received notification from A-teams's attorney to read find print on the back of the contract where it states they can damage anything with no liability! This is a company boasting of an A+ BBB rating and dedication an commitment to customer satisfaction

Our insurance company was one of the hardest to get a claim accepted from. Colton with A-team was persistent and very knowledgeable when it came to the laws and procedures of roofs to help
get our claim approved. He was very open and communicative about every step of the way.

#1 in Customer Service. I called because a contractor I had at my home saw raised shingles and thought a plumbing stack had been roofed over. A-Team (Tim) came out and inspected what turned out to be a flaw in my roof decking that had swelled and created a lump under the shingles - a rare occurrence Tim assured me. They had roofed my home back in 2019. Tim fixed the issue - and also caulked some screw holes for me. This wasn't even their issue and they took care of it. Over and above the call of duty is how I see it! Thank you Tim, and thank you A-Team.

A-Tram Construction was suggested to me through a close family member after my property was severely damaged after a storm. Michael French was the point of contact referred to me and he was prompt to inspect and identify damage and walk me through what was next.
My adjuster tried to come to my property u announced to avoid meeting with my cotractor. Luckily Mike was already at my neighbors house finishing up another adjustment. My claim was approved and so was my neighbors! Both of our houses look fantastic!

These guys are a predatory company. They have been canvassing my neighborhood for weeks saying there is storm damage, when there is not. They ignore the "no soliciting" signs and come back or leave cards, pamphlets anyway. Any business that needs to get clientele this way is most likely less than reputable.

A-Team Construction gets my highest marks for service, quality and follow-through. We had a huge claim in our TownHome Association and A-Team was there from start to finish with expertise, assistance with our insurance claim and friendly assurance that they would "see the project through to completion".

A-Team did an FABULOUS job!! Very efficient, fast, friendly & professional. They did my roof in ONE day! and cleaned up the area NOT leaving a single piece of shingle around nor any nails or scraps!!

We have fought for 3+ years for our roof to be replaced after all the tornadoes hail ect all our neighbors got new roofs and siding but our insurance company fought us on it we went through 4+ construction companies couldn’t make any headway we called A-TEAM they fought tooth and nail in a matter of hours they won the battle if you’re insurance company is giving you problems call the A-TEAM they are kind courteous and so experienced in your construction needs

Mike Swafford was extremely easy to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field. The workers were efficient, polite, on time and no goofing off. Pick up was good, have only found a few nails, but that is to be expected. Would highly recommend there business.

Chad and team did a good job siding and accommodating our needs. Unfortunately communication with these guys has been abysmal. Gutters were done and the fascia we tried to pay to have redone was just ignored after it was “accepted” and quoted for full price. Roof has a shingle and drip edge warped/bent upright that was allegedly “going to be taken care of” promised several times. 2 years later, nothing has been done. Gutter downspouts have sharp burrs/metal from cutting.

We asked for fascia AFTER the gutters were on and were promised yes it’ll be done and months of checking in and the person of contact isn’t even acknowledging it anymore. It’s honestly exhausting.

Update: Tim and Monica did a great job trying to remedy these rough experiences with communication. They addressed the issues with the roof and offered support on the fascia.

A section of gutter froze and pulled the facia away from the roof this spring. Mike and his team provided a quote, recommendations to prevent issues going forward, and completed the repairs before any further damage was done. The on-site workers also took the time to answer my questions during the work.

We worked with Mike on our insurance claim & he was nothing short of relentless on getting us a new roof! Our original adjustment didn’t have any roof damage, to which fought insurance a bit and ended up getting the whole roof!
The process was so easy, and he walked us through it step by step. Our claim did take a bit more time just due to some readjustment needed, but communication with Mike & A-Team construction was great!
After our claim was approved, getting the new roof process started & on was so quick. The team that came out to do our roof was professional, quick, and cleanup around my property was fantastic! I have heard many horror stories around nails left behind by roofers, and that was not our experience at all with A-Team. Extraordinary experience! We had horrible storms that left a large area with major hail damage. Contractors were knocking on doors so I called our insurance company for advice. A Team was highly recommended by our homeowners insurance so we didn't hesitate. We needed our roof, siding, door and two large windows replaced.From start to finish the communication, punctuality and craftsmanship of the contractors proved so far beyond our expectations that we cannot possibly write a review on every aspect of the final result. Our home is beautiful! A Huge Thank You to Mike of the A team! He communicated with our insurance and stayed within the parameters of the insurance estimate. He was straight forward with us and explained why some of our design choices weren't the best. He was right! Not only will we continue to recommend A Team we already have. I cannot say enough good things about A-Team. They have been fantastic helping us with the worst insurance company! We spent years arguing with our insurance company about the damage that needed to be fixed from a fallen tree. A-Team pointed us in the right direction and got us in contact with the correct people to fight the insurance company. Once we finally won A-Team did a fantastic job fixing our deck railing and siding. It looks amazing and they completed all work in a timely manner.

Work is so poor that I have siding and roofing falling off my house, a ruined ac unit. This is just a start. They will make promises and never follow thru. I have dealt with this starting 6 months ago. I have hundreds of pictures. I will share as many as possible
I absolutely do not want anyone to fall for their 5 star rating, document everything. Please disabled veterans be ware. We will end up taking further action so that our home does not rot because of A-TEAM. They never even cleaned up garbage ( took me months. Never covered yard or ac unit

I originally found out about A-Team Construction because my wife saw their truck on her way home from work. We had storm damage and didn't want to use someone that was door knocking for business.
Calling the number on the truck I was connected right away with Bob. I knew within the first couple minutes of our conversation that this would be the company that we went with for our repairs. Bob is an extremely professional and prompt person to deal with when your property is in need of repair. The work performed was exceptional and done to our liking, not theirs! Since that first incident occured, we had a second issue arise and I didn't think twice about who to call.
Bob answered immediately and was at our home the following day. We were taken care of the same way as before!

We had a great experience with A Team! Colton was very responsive, professional and overall great to work with every step of the way. Would use them again!

We hired A team, they assured us they would handle everything. They did not. My wife spent far more time disputing with the insurance company than she ever should have with no compensation for all her time.
We had our roof and siding and garage doors done. The roof was done well, and the job was completed in one day. There was a soffit pushed up during the roofing process which allowed squirrels into my soffits.
A team came out and repaired the soffit with squirrels remaining inside. I reach out and asked "what about the squirrels to which they replied"what do you want us to do about it.
I took care of the squirrel problem. With no compensation.
The garage doors where upgraded to insulated doors. I requested that the springs from the old doors be reused since I had just replaced them last year, the installed responded "they'll need to be replaced since the new ones have a much smaller spring." The garage doors installed are the cheapest flimsies garage doors I've ever seen. The garage door company also charged our insurance company an additional $700 for new rails we did not request, nor agree to.
Now, for the siding. The tyvak wrap was done very poorly, some spots where not even tyvaked The inspector was out multiple times to make sure it was done properly. There are spliced in pieces that could be full, but either they where running out of siding, or it was easier to cut in two pieces. The peak pieces are nailed on, rather than glued in, and there was no attempt at all to nail it in discreetly. Very hack work, and poor craftsmanship.
We also are getting windows installed through a sub contractor that works with a team. The work has not been done yet, but I will surely be over seeing everything, and making sure no corners are cut, and there's no hack work.
I will not be using A Team in the future, and I won't be making any referrals at this point.

The team was able to get the roof done all in one day (even with a delayed start due to rain) and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. If you need a roofing contractor for anything, I’d recommend A-Team.

Update: 9 months later, when renewing insurance, I needed a letter from a contractor to confirm the roof’s condition. A-Team was able to help super quick! Love the attention this company gives its clients!

We had a tree fall on our detached garage. Once the insurance claim was filed A Team Construction took no time at all getting the repairs completed. Update Oct 2023 - We bought a new clothes dryer and the dryer vent line needed to be cleaned. It was plugging up at the roof damper and we wondered if the damper was installed incorrectly when the roof was replaced (see review below from 2 years ago). Called Bob, not only did his team verify the damper was working properly, they cleaned it out! And even though it was not his issue to fix, Bob didn't charge us for the visit. Such a great team to work with!

We were referred to A-Team by a neighbor after a hailstorm damaged our house. From beginning to end, Bob took care of everything! We had the roof, siding, gutters, window screens, and cedar columns replaced, and painting/staining as well. Bob worked directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure all items were covered. All we needed to do was pick the colors. He was on-site when work was being done and ensured everything was picked up when finished – including using a magnetic roller in the yard to pick up all the nails, which was extremely important with kids playing in the yard. Bob is honest, hardworking, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend Bob and A-team and will definitely work with them on future projects!
