Carter Phillips add his crew have done excellent work for us on two separate occasions! First when a new roof was needed and then later upgrading our front door area and garage peaks with shake siding detail and board and batten. Had a tree fall on our house. Archway has been great. All of the workers have been super. Carter has been the absolute best. Has been on top of things from the get go. He found some other things with our roof that should have been done by a previous roofing company a couple years ago and took care of them. Responds pretty much immediately to all our questions, even the dumb ones. Guy is top notch. I have been, and will continue to, recommend him and Archway to anybody, even if they don’t need any work right now.

We are so pleased with our experience with Archway! We worked with Jake initially to determine what was the best gutter plan for our home. He was thoughtful and straight forward and he’s just the nicest and friendliest human being too!!! No overselling or trying to cut corners…just genuinely honest. He explained everything in understandable terms and offered a timely plan. And the installers stuck to that plan and were finished on time with quality work!
We are so happy we are going to have them put in 2 windows now as well!

I worked with Jesse Wenker at Archway for new siding from storm damage. Jesse was relentless in working with my insurance who initially tried to deny the claim, and then tried to say there was an acceptable color match (there wasn’t). In the end, my insurance paid 100% for new siding, trim, and gutters thanks to Jesse. He was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. The siding was installed beautifully, timely, and the area was promptly cleaned-up. Jesse stopped by after a few days to make sure I was completely satisfied- which I was. No complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend Archway!

We honestly could not be more impressed with our experience at Archway! The entire team has been absolutely amazing. We had storm damage and qualified with our insurance for a full cost replacement minus deductible, and everything in terms of actually getting the roof replaced was very smooth. Archway handled everything with our insurance and made it super easy for us! Over a year after the roof replacement work we had a few issues with leaks and Archway was out same-day both times making immediate no-cost repairs - even when the issue wasn't their fault! We feel so well cared for and will always and only use Archway for any of our roofing needs! We even referred them to a family member, and she had a great experience as well.

Roy and his guys were so nice to work with. We needed a very small job done but it was necessary. I would imagine they treated us as well as someone that was spending a lot of money for a big job. They honored their quote and showed up when they said they would.

EXCELLENT service provided after losing shingles from a wind storm. Called and within a few hours they were already repairing our roof. Couldn't ask for better service. Also had windows replaced in the past months. Very prompt and efficient service. Five star all the way!!

During a storm last year, a tree fell on our roof and damaged the facia. It was not a huge job and we reached out to several contractors to fix it, but Archway was the only company willing to do it. Their response and workmanship and professionalism was above and beyond what we expected. We have become customers for life for their willingness to do a job that meant a great deal to us, but was beneath every other contractor we contacted. Thank you, Archway!

I contacted Archway solely because I value a company that is active in the community. Roy and Joe came out and eased my nerves about having my roof replaced. They went above and beyond!

Archway did an excellent job of troubleshooting a problem that was causing condensation and mold in my garage. Carter, their manager, came first thing in the morning the next day after I called. He went up into the garage attic, did an inspection with photos, and examined the roof ventilation outside. Fortunately, the mold and moisture problem is limited to the interior surface only and appears to be caused by lack of insulation. Carter provided a contact for a local insulation contractor and didn't charge anything for his service. Very professional and courteous, I will keep them in mind for future needs.

I was Very satisfied with the work that they did. Never felt better about a project than when I worked with Archway.

These guys are amazing. We had an issue with a piece of metal bend back on the roof. The weather was going to get bad the next day so they sent someone out and replaced it that same day. It was a year past warranty but they fixed it with no charge. Way to stand behind your work Archway Contracting. I would highly recommend them. Easy to work with and great communication as always.

The crew at Archway have been an excellent support for me and my students at Spring Lake Park High School. They have come to the school and taught my students in the Construction Trades program how to do siding, soffits, roofing and gutters. Their attention to detail and ability to show students their high standards was rewarding to see. If you partner with Archway, you won't be disappointed.

I absolutely would steer clear of this business as they have at least one shady saleman on staff.

Update: No, I haven't worked directly with your company, but I have worked with one of your salesman who lied to our faces and left the roofing company he worked for mid-job to come work for you. The job is still an unfinished nightmare that left our property damaged and was a direct result of his lies and poor communication. And I would avoid your company based on this person being employed there as a salesman. Which is exactly what my review states.

Archway was on the spot quickly to provide and estimate, when it came to GO time, their crew was friendly, respectful to the property, actually very happy while they were working. I called Jake and he came to my house for a leak in my ceiling right away that morning.He found that there fantastic roofing job had nothing to do with water coming in.He found the problem in my attic was a PVC pipe not connected.He is great person to have for this company

Tom at Archway Contracting worked with us and completely replaced our roof, which had been damaged by a hail storm in spring of 2022. Tom and his crew did an incredible job in not the easiest of circumstances--a steep high roof, and a reluctant (and sometimes incompetent) insurance company. Tom came out and did everything he could to ensure we would get the best roof possible, and make sure that our insurance adjustors had all the information they needed to make the right decision.

Archway is a great company, and Tom and the whole Archway team did an outstanding job! Even cleanup was thorough.

I called Archway to come and take a look at my roof for storm damage. Matt came out that same day and worked with me to submit our claim to insurance & even meet with the adjuster. These guys (I worked with Matt and Jake) are second to none! They came out to look at the house a few times to make sure that we got everything covered that needed repairs.

Paul Jacobs was our project manager for a storm damage claim that involved roofing and siding. Paul was recommended by a neighbor during a time when dozens of random company reps were coming to the door. Paul did an initial inspection that put us at ease about the condition of our home and remained a trusted partner in getting things addressed going forward. He was readily available for two insurance inspections. We received multiple positive comments from those inspectors about Paul's professionalism and knowledge and character. Paul provided guidance and education in the process of selecting materials and colors. He was a critical thinker and actively invested in helping us make the best decisions. Throughout the duration of the work, Paul was onsite multiple times and communicating on the phone. We needed some other storm damage work done by another company and Paul offered to be present for the consultation with that rep. We appreciated having Paul's perspective in that decision making process. Again, we received positive comments about Paul's character and professionalism from that company rep. Paul authentically cares about his customers and quality workmanship.

Jesse did a great job preparing us for what the whole process would look like and accommodated our very particular requests. The install crew did great getting everything installed. Thanks Archway crew!

I highly recommend Joe Mitchell and Archway Contracting. Joe has been the project manager for both our roof replacement and and new windows. We were out of town when our windows were replaced. We came home to beautiful new windows and there was absolutely no mess inside or outside. Joe will take time to explain and answer any questions. He is knowledgeable and professional. With both projects, he followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied. We will not hesitate to use Archway Contracting for any further projects.

Highly recommend the Archway team and Joe specifically. They installed gutters on our home. They were fair in negotiations and communicated with us frequently. After the job was completed, I let Joe know I found some screws in the yard, and he came the same day with a metal detector to make sure our 18 month old was safe in the yard. Tom and his crew did a GREAT job!!  Tom understands the insurance process very well and told us what to expect.  He communicated clearly with us every step of the way.  The roof was completed in one day and they left our house/yard in great shape.  They covered the deck and flowers, moved furniture and put everything back in place. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process and we highly recommend Archway.

Update in 2024: I contacted Archway again after 3 years my roof was installed. I had a minor question as a small portion of the roof shingles was lifted due to settling. Yet again, the project manager responded to me as if I am his current customer, and was already scheduling a plan to come out and fix it! I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company.
