Great company! Took care of my roof a few years back, and when rain came through a vent leaking into our kitchen they had their boys out within an hour and took care of it. Highly recommend, these guys will take care of you.

We worked with Patriot Homes to get our roof redone, and had the pleasure of working with Troy throughout the process. Although we ended up paying out of pocket, Troy made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His communication was excellent—he kept us updated every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s rare to find someone so professional, personable, and reliable. Patriot Homes replaced my roof, siding & gutters after my home was damaged by a summer storm. Cindy B. was my project manager and she was absolutely phenomenal!!!! She was out the next day reviewing the damage and securing the hole in my roof from tree damage to ensure things did not get worse. She took the time to meet with the adjustor to ensure all areas were inspected and all damage factored in. This is the second time I have had to repair my home due to storm damage and the service and process with Patriot & Cindy was 1000% smoother than my first time with an alternative company. She even took the time to address questions while on her personal vacation. If that isn't rock star service I don't know what is! I recommend Patriot to anyone who has exterior home repair needs. Thank you Cindy & Patriot for making this replacement project smooth and as hassle free as possible and going up to bat for me and my home against the insurance company.

After having very bad experiences with roofing companies. I was very leary but Troy stayed in touch and kept us informed step by step. And made it a great experience. And the mat black roof looks great! We are very happy with Patriot Homes.

We recently had some minor damage to our roof and couldn’t get ahold of our previous roofer, so we contacted Cindy at Patriot Homes on the recommendation of a neighbor. She responded right away and came out to check on the damage, and was able to fix it at no charge. Would recommend them to anyone!

Update! Jay got ahold of me right after posting this review. Explained to me he was having some technical difficulties with his answering service. He came out that week to look at the damage. Talked my husband through fixing one of the leaks that has nothing to do with the roof and said they will come back to help us fix the other once it’s warmer outside. He was very professional. We had our roof done a couple years ago. Now we have leaks coming in different areas of the roof causing staining on my ceiling and carpets. I have called them 4 times and can’t get a returned phone call. Unprofessional!

I couldn't be happier to have worked with Troy and Patriot Homes. I love that this is a veteran owned company, but even more I appreciate the professionalism and quality of work they provided every step of the way. Having cedar shake shingles, it is difficult to get approval from insurance companies to cover storm damage. Troy and Jay were fantastic in navigating that process and were able get a replacement roof covered. Patriot Homes did excellent work and my new roof looks great. Even the clean-up after my roof replacement was top notch. Troy was in communication throughout the process to keep my informed and answer any questions. In addition to my roof, I also had Patriot Homes replace some of my cedar siding and install new gutters. Love the results. They excel at siding and gutters just like they do with roofing. I'm beyond completely satisfied and I'm very appreciative of Patriot Homes.

It took almost a year fighting my insurance company to cover my roof claim (ice dam damage). Cindy worked tirelessly to gather evidence and disprove the wrongful denial of my claim. She was amazing and I eventually got all of my damage (interior and exterior) covered.

Very seldom will I take time from my schedule to write a review for anything. I'm making a well-deserved exception today. I met Cindy and was immediately intrigued by the fact that Patriot is veteran owned. Due to some hail damage, like most everyone else, we needed a new roof. Cindy came out and her professionalism was off the charts! Absolutely turnkey! What a spitfire, we did nothing but sign up. From constant updates to dealing with insurance, to follow-up, simply outstanding! As a customer service professional myself, I was blown away. Cindy and her team exceeded our expectations in every way!

I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy and Patriot homes twice now. Once for a roof leak. They have been amazing. Cindy was at my house looking for the problem within a day and found the problem and had it fixed quickly. I can’t say enough about how easy it is to work with them. Cindy and her team are the absolute best! We had a leak on Christmas and she was over the following morning to patch the leak to hold us over until a new roof could be put on and also assisted in taking charge with the insurance claim as our insurance provider was not so great to work with. As we waited for the weather to cooperate, Cindy would check in to see how the roof was holding up. We ended up deciding to list our home before the orginal plan of the new roof being put on, Cindy helped to fast track the process to ensure we met our new buyers closing date. The installers did such a fantastic job of cleaning up throughout the process and then upon completion Cindy and Kolton were super thorough in ensuring no debris was left behind. We cannot thank them enough for how easy and stress-free the entire process was.

I don't write reviews often, but Cindy asked me to and I was happy to do so.

Hail came through my neighborhood. My roof "looked fine"? But a friend convinced me, "what's it hurt to have them look at it?" Cindy came out, climbed right up on my roof, looked around. Chalked damage spots. Took photos and showed me the photos. She explained for me the claims process. I started the claim with my insurance. She made a point to be there when the person from my insurance company came out to verify the claim was valid and hopped up on my roof again with the insurance person. Cindy also crawled through my attic to take a peek at things, among which if the crew could take an old service entrance post off the roof.

That all happened in the fall of '23. Work couldn't start until the next season. All the meanwhile I was able to text Cindy with my stupid questions and she was happy to respond.

The crew showed up as scheduled. They knocked my roof out in half a day. (To be fair, I have a rather boring roof. Prolly one of the easiest on their schedule.) But, they all moved with purpose. They accommodated my requests to do things like remove the old satellite dishes and patch up those locations. They were great about my yard both preemptively and cleaning up afterwords. Aside from the roof being a different color (Which looks fantastic by the way!) one wouldn't know the crew was even there.

The good/bad news is I doubt I'll ever have the pleasure to use their services again because the team did a great job and the experience was all I could have asked for. If for whatever reason I need someone to do roof work, Patriot Homes is going to be my first phone call. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends.

I just had my roof completed and I can't give enough kudos to Cindy. She not only went to bat for me with my (disgusting) insurance, but she was able to wangle money out of them that they weren't initially willing to give. My heroine! But it didn't stop there. She has been on hand to explain every step to me and went even further by presenting my neighbors with gift cards for their inconvenience while construction was going on. I believe that is unheard of! She brought me a pastry and a gift card, as well! I believe that having a female interfacing with homeowners is a great idea! Women seem to empathize more with customers. Any company can put up a roof, but Cindy made me feel like I made SUCH a good decision in going with Patriot. She is your best asset and I am so happy with the result---oh, and the roof too!

PS. She even washed my upstairs window that doesn't open!!!! Wow!

I had an outstanding experience with Jay and the Patriot Homes team. Jay helped me every step of the way through the insurance claim process, providing me options and sound advice. He was my true advocate with my best interests at the forefront.

Once it came time for install his crews were on time, worked incredibly hard through some adverse weather, were always professional, and cleaned up completely after they were done. Most importantly, the craftsmanship is top notch. The local building inspector made multiple comments about the quality of their work.

We lost some shingles in late November of last year right before we were leaving on a trip out of state. I called a lot of different companies and most of them wanted to come after we got back. Cindy was the.only one who came out and patched the roof. We live in St. Cloud and Cindy came here 4 times which she did not have to do. They came today and repaired the roof. I will call them first if I ever need someone to look at our roof.

The team was great! They showed up on time everyday. Fast, efficient and even left my driveway and yard cleaner then when they first arrived. The Communication was great as to what to expect and how to would go.

Patriot Homes replaced our daughters and son-in-laws roof and will also be replacing their siding. My wife and I were so impressed by the quality of work they did, but more importantly was the DEDICATION from their project manager Chris Cohen. He offered to come out to our house and check our roof to see if we had any weather related damage. Chris on the other hand, had some techniques that we’ve never seen, it was quite brilliant in my opinion. It turned out that we did have other damage that the other company had missed. Chris worked with our insurance company just as he had done with our daughters. Chris and our insurance company agreed that we had enough damage to warrant a roof replacement. The day the crew came out to put our new roof on went very well. They were all extremely neat and their cleanup was spectacular! It’s as if they were never here as they left our house and yard in the same condition that it was before they arrived. They completed our roof in one day, so we were quite happy. I had a new roof installed after the hail storm in 2020. My insurance company was not cooperating, Chris Cohen was persistent and worked really hard to get my insurance to pay for a new roof instead of a partial roof. They did a very good job.
