I had a small roof repair that needed to be done so I called twinkle construction and they were going to call me back and they never did so I never did so I put on a review that he never called me back. Then he responded to that by saying that not only did he call me back that he made an appointment with me he showed up my house and nobody was here. The day he States that he came to my house I had roofers here fixing my roof and we were here all day. You can make your own conclusions. I personally will never call him again.

I tried to contact them to get an understanding on how pay works for labor vs. materials and was hoping to get them out to a job site to get an estimate. The conversation lasted about 2 minutes, with me deciding I wouldn't want to do business with them. The gentleman that answered the phone was so beyond rude, I could only imagine he'd be a pain to deal with, especially on the size project we'd need a crew for.

Hired them to replace my gutter, they took down the old and did not complete the replacement. They finished 3/4 of the job and disappeared. I've called, filed a claim with the BBB however the owners of Trinkle Construction lied to the BBB by responding to the complaint stating they had contacted me and resolved the issue, however I have not heard from them. I will never recommend this company as they do not have good business ethics.

Gary was fantastic to deal with, took 100% great care of us from the short notice estimate on a full roof job all the way through the finished product and payment. Great customer service!

Gary and his crew did a outstanding job on my roof. We needed a new roof asap and he was able to start in a week. He was done in two days. I originally went with T Shaw Construction since they are the best rated around here. Mr. Shaw was backed up for 6 months and said the only other person he would recommend was Gary. Great price compared to the 3 quoted I recieved.

Trinkle Construction redid the roof on my house. I would not use them again. Their crew was unprofessional, playing toss and games on the roof instead of working at times. They were loud and crude, they would show up intermittently without warning, and not show up on days they said they would. It took nearly a month to do a job that would take "8 working days." They left lots of roofing trash on my property and some of their tools, even after I notified them of this. They broke a light fixture in my house from the jumping around, and filled one of my air conditioner vents with loose bits of gravel. My home inspector said there was one area of the roof that needed to be resealed. They promised to "look into it" and have since vanished. I was left to clean up their mess on the property, I've heard no response on the questionable area of roof, and I will have to fix the light and A/C out of pocket. I recommend seeking out a different company for your roofing needs and avoiding this hassle altogether.

Update: About 8 months later, the roof job suffered from some leaks and caused some damage. The owner of the company was surprisingly professional and apologetic about it, fixing the leaks and has promised to repair the indoor damages that resulted. But again, it has taken months to get them to do anything and constant phone calls and reminders.
