Called to have a gutter cleaning done and they scheduled me in earlier than I thought! They arrived when they said, did a great job, and cleaned up as they said they would! Our gutters look great as we had plants growing out of them - will be calling them again!

Arrived on time, did a great job cleaning the gutters and pressure washing the sidewalk. They were careful to protect my property. I will call them back next year

Eric, Louie, and “Bear” were very good at the cleaning of the windows and pressure cleaning the driveway and sidewalk in front of the house. They wore shoe covers while in the house and endured a slight rain shower before completing the job. They even repaired a Venetian blind when the cord became wedged in the release clip. Highly recommend this crew!

This is the 3rd time we have used Trinity. They sent 2 crews to pressure wash our house and deck, clean gutters and wash windows inside and out. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. We will use them again next year.

They were so polite and efficient, came right on time. Worked really hard to finish a huge job inside and outside and were so considerate keeping things clean inside. We have a newborn and I barely noticed when they were working on inside windows! After they were done they walked through with us and touched up any areas we noticed. Great experience with the whole crew that came that day!

Trinity Window Cleaning did a great job when they came and cleaned the windows of my parents’ (G & J Roof) house. The came on time, worked very quickly and efficiently, and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the inside and the outside of the windows and also blew limbs and leaves off their roof.

The work I asked Trinity to do was completed timely and completely. Their work was outstanding to include putting everything back in place once they were done. I’ll be using their services again.

On March 21, 2025, I approached a gentleman driving a silver Toyota Tundra in my neighborhood regarding solicitation. I politely informed him that our HOA covenants prohibit solicitation and that it was clearly posted at the entrance. He dismissed my concerns, claiming that his company didn’t have to follow HOA rules. Despite me explaining that many neighbors don’t want advertisements in their paper boxes—since they often end up as litter—he insisted he would continue distributing them. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of the community’s wishes.

Hired to wash windows and power wash the house & fence. We were promised by Dan that we “didn’t have to lift a finger” and that everything would be moved and put back into place. Service date was the day before Thanksgiving. We had guests. No call ahead, & they showed up @8am ready to work. By the time I made it outside they had already bleach sprayed the TV, all cushioned furniture and my plants… as well as my house guests possessions: Cellphones, Harley Davidson jacket, etc.. the guy wouldn’t even speak to me, he walked away as if he couldn’t hear me speaking. So I sent a MAN outside. He was told they don’t move anything. Absolutely opposite what we were told. Also said if TV doesn’t work in 8 hours call and they’ll replace. Took many days for a response only to be told they’d be out of office until Dec 15th… still nothing! They used a very heavy bleach solution. Strong smell. Bleach streaking the driveway, brown stains running down white pillars, didn’t even clean out the raised alcove. Ruined guests jacket. Ruined our brand new TV (the cover was sitting right there, a simple “Ma’am” and I would have made sure it got covered). The bleach solution damaged many plants and almost all shrubs around the house show heavy damage from it. We were promised a refund. I’ve been asking for two months and all I get is more promises. Never should have paid them. I’m out a TV, Jacket, shrubs and $725. They did a good job handwashing windows so one star for that. I have been patiently waiting for two months for this refund that got “lost in the mail”. I keep asking. Now I’m being ignored. What a joke. As a small business owner myself, this one stings. Their visit to my house cost me more than their service call. What BS.

Trinity Window Cleaning was awesome! Not only did they do a great job on our old storm windows, but the guys doing the job were professional, courteous and took off their shoes when they entered our home! They were also very friendly! I would definitely use them again and give them 10 stars if that was a choice!!

I hired them to clean my gutters (earlier I used them to clean my windows). They are very easy to work with and they did a great job! I will continue to use them as they have expanded their services

Dan and his team are very professional. Our house has not looked this good since we had it painted four years ago. They cleaned the windows inside and out. Pressure washed the exterior of our house and around the pool area and pool house. Very,very fair on the pricing, I don't believe you'll find anyone else to do a more professional job than these guys! Rod Black

I was impressed with how quickly Trinity was able to get the needed work done at my office and home. They did a great job and saved me a ton of valuable time from me doing it myself. My bride is also thankful for their great work AND that I was able to avoid being on a two story ladder. I signed up for their bi-annual ongoing service plan.

These guys are great. I have looked for competent window cleaners for the past three years and after a couple of bad experiences had given up. A friend recommended Trinity and he was correct. The estimate was fair. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job both inside and out. They were patient about my overly enthusiastic dog and answered all of my questions. I would give them six stars if I could.

Trinity was great! They called prior to arrival so I knew exactly when they would be there. They did a fantastic job pressure washing our vinyl siding. I highly recommend them!!

Using a new, improved window washing system, Trinity technician did an excellent cleaning of my difficult to reach windows. The inside crew also did a superb job of cleaning.

Shane and Canine did an excellent job Saturday. Power washing, cleaning gutters and making our windows sparkle inside and out. They cleaned our 4 skylights, and they too are beautifully clean. Thank you Trinity, job well done!

I had to call to notify on 5/13/24 that the team missed three bathroom windows and was told that it would be two additional weeks before they could return to clean those after I had already waited two weeks for the appointment. I was promised by "David or Dan" I believe that he would have someone return on 5/20/24 in the afternoon to take care of those windows. There has yet to be anyone show up or call to right the wrong. Paying $315, you would think that they would do a good job but the customer service here is less than satisfying. I will not use them again and I will not refer them to anyone. The very least they could do is contact me to clean the windows or offer some of my money back since I DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR.

The guys did a great job. My only suggestion is that the men wear covers on their shoes when they enter the houses.
