This is such a great company to work with! They worked with my insurance company for 2 YEARS to get a new roof after wind damage. They worked tirelessly and would not give up since they knew I had damage and the insurance didn’t want to cover the claim. Trident definitely worked FOR ME and we finally got a new roof.

I have spoken to a few contractors about roof and siding. My neighbor spoke to Trident and when I saw them take few hours to evaluate and document from my window (I work from home) decided why not. Update 12/21/2024: disappointed in the lack of follow through to finish a part of project. I had posted review anticipating it be done. Left messages and no response. They had sent someone to look at it and stated ordering supplies then nothing.
Update 5/14/2025 they sent people to address the outstanding items. OK work they did have questions on it.
In the end we still recommend Trident as the bulk of everything was outstanding and them managing the insurance portion was amazing. I disappointed in the follow up and k ow will have to pay out of pocket to correct but in the end we are ahead financially with all that was completed through Trident.

Trident was able to get a claim approved through our insurance for our shingles, gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffit and drip edge. The crew that replaced the shingles were great. No complaints there.

The crew for gutters, downspouts, fascia and soffit however, did not perform professional work. Very sloppy, cuts are uneven on the fascia along with multiple dents in it, drip edge was supposed to be replaced and it wasn’t. The new gutters are very inconsistent, not unleveled properly, too much drop over short distances, missing caulk in areas. Too many other little things to name here. Gutter crew removed the old stuff on 7/2 and it started to rain, so the crew left. They didn’t show up to finish the job until 7/8 (after the holiday weekend). We were left with no gutters or downspouts during that time (and it did rain). This crew left all their materials over our backyard, and didn’t clean up the insulation that was falling out of the house. Our side gate was also broken off the hinges by this crew.

Once entire project was complete, we had a heavy rainfall and heard dripping noises in our home. Sent pictures of low-quality work done to our sales rep, and he ensured that eventually him and a manager would be out to review the work done.

The date we had scheduled for the manager to come, was ultimately canceled, or never entered in their books. We are still waiting on a confirmation response as to when we can have someone look at the issues on this project.

Overall; low quality work, cheap materials, bad communication, won’t take our calls (we called the main line and left a message), they schedule visits and cancel at the last minute.

EDIT- Trident did come out to evaluate the work done and had a crew come out to fix/address all issues. Their communication was much more professional when the management team came to assess the work that was completed.

Trident Construction Group was a dream to work with. Parth did all the leg work and really made our house look brand new. From the beginning he corresponded with our insurance company to get us top dollar for the roof and his expertise in the field really showed! He helped us pick out choices and had a 3D rendering of our house to see exactly what color choices would look good! We for sure would recommend Trident and Parth to everyone!

Trident group at Chicago is a nice, trustworthy business to work with. My experience with Trident has been very positive. The staff is professional. Once approved, the process moved quickly and the workers took only 4 days to complete the roof and did an AMAZING JOB! Highly recommend working with Trident!

Stars dropping!! I had initially given this company 5 stars because they were great in getting me approved for a new roof through my insurance company, and the finished worked great! I have since lowered it down to 3 stars and that's because I developed two leaks and the response was slow and implied no accountability on their part. I totally understand that leaks could be a possibility with a new roof, but you quickly address the repair the and be done with it. However, when it came to having to agreedal a repair, the response was very lackluster. The first leak it took them 3 times to fix the issue. Prior to the repair, the response was very slow, and a leaky roof is not something you can take your time with because the water damage only gets worse. They eventually did fix the 1st leak, but it was a dragged out process with some minor damage in the drywall. The second leak was by the skylight. I just got a new roof and it starts to leak? They say to me it's because the skylight is 25 years old and needs to be replaced without having someone come and assess if the skylight was properly sealed. They even offered to do the replacement at cost without first looking at it. I guess they are one of those companies that really don't care about their customers. It's let's get your business and then you deal with any issues afterwords. We'll see if they come through with the repair of the skylight. If not, I will certainly bring the stars even further down to one star due to their poor follow-up service.

I had worked with a couple companies promising us a new roof due to some really nasty storm damage. Each time it seemed like they had the insurance company come out and investigate with them and each time when insurance said it would not cover the damage and the companies just gave up fighting for us. Luckly, I ran into Brandon from Trident who said he would be able to help us here. I was figuring it was going to be a waste of time, but man was I wrong. Parth, a Public Adjuster with Trident came out and explained to me what he was going to do and process on how they will get this approved. It was a long process as the Insurance company would not budge at first, but Parth never stopped fighting for us tooth and nail. Eventually the insurance company finally approved the claim. Trident recently replaced my roof. I had been struggling for years to get my roof replaced through my insurance company (top 3 insurance company in the US), but my claims were repeatedly rejected.

Anthony, a Public Adjuster with Trident, happened to be canvassing in my sub-division & approached me one day in June 2022, about my roof. I told him I wasn't interested because of my insurance repeatedly declining my roofing replacement claims.

Anthony went on to explain to me and my wife how Trident would process the claim, and that Trident would submit the claim to my insurance and walk the claim through the approval process and that I would not have to deal with my insurance.

I'd have to admit, I was a bit skeptical but agreed for Trident to review my roof, submit to me a quote, and to submit that quote as a claim to my insurance company. Trident handled everything.

Within 2-3 weeks, Anthony/Trident informed me that my insurance company had approved the claim. I was in shock. I now have a new roof. My insurance company was not happy and threw a couple of obstacles in the road to getting my roof replaced, but nevertheless, Trident followed through with their promise & like I said, I have a new roof.

Within weeks, Trident came in, and thoroughly & swiftly ripped the old roof off, & put the new roof on. The workers were also very thorough with their clean-up process too. A couple of my outdoor light covers were damaged during the banging on the roof, but Trident so graciously reimbursed me for the cost replacement. A very thoughtful outreach by the company. I have received many a compliment from my neighbors on the speed of Trident's work in replacing the roof, as well as the beauty of the new roof.

My roof was leaking into my garage. After calling a few roofing companies the public adjusters were not able to get insurance to cover the roof. Through a recommendation I contacted Trident Roofing and was put in contact with Parth Majitha who told me up front this could be a long process, maybe 6 mo. I was ok with that. He worked with the insurance company, got it approved, all done under 6 mo. Not only did they do a great job with insurance, he stayed in contact with me, constant updates, great personality, the roof looks great , all around very pleased. I filed a claim with state farm for wind damage to my roof. I spoke with a contractor that wouldn't touch my roof because state farm never pays out. I then got in touch with Trident. I worked close with Anthony. He was great by following up with the insurance company and keeping me in the loop with the progress which made the process easy for me. State farm did end up paying for a new roof and inside damage. Extremely pleased with this company.

We had hail damage to our roof, gutters and siding. Not only did Trident walk us thru the process to make it easier they also did quality work that looks great. We are very happy with the outcome. Our roof was put on in a day. The guys who came out stayed late (even after dark) to get it done in one day. The only issue was finding nails the next day when it was light out. The siding was completed in 2 days and looks great. We did have one issue with window trim; however, Trident sent a guy out a day after we told them and he fixed the issue in no time. He also went around to make sure no other window trim was having the same issue.
They are detail oriented with no corners cut. My silicone matches my siding, my spicket is trimmed vs. just jetting out of the wall and the dryer vent matches my siding. They took the time to mount my new large heavy lights which look amazing and are secure to the wall. Trident even got our gutters replaced due to damage we hadn't noticed. So now the outside of our house is water tight and looks great.
1 issue we had...the insurance did not want to pay for the 4th side of siding so Trident was going to go to bat for us at court...problem is they forgot to tell me I was being served papers so I was blindsided and confused but it was taken care of!

Trident Construction handled our claim for roof damage and gutter damage. Brandon Sinclair and Trident were tenacious dealing with our insurance company. Initially our claim was rejected with the insurance company allowing only the replacement of 19 shingles.

Through their persistence, claim was approved and Trident replaced the roof, gutters, and downspouts.

Work was done very professionally. Looks great, no issues after 6 months.
