Hired Integrity (Bret) to remove old electric fixtures on my roof after I had my electrical updated to 200amps with new conduit and service mast. They tore out a 3 week old neoprene boot that my electrician put on for no reason at all and replaced it with this monstrosity of a retrofit. This was not on the contract for labor either. I explained to Bret my concerns and all he mentions is he will add a dollop of caulk when he comes to pick up the check “in full”. Come and get it, I’ll be thrilled to never deal with your terrible company again.

Great Company to work with. Instead of choosing one of the companies that came to my door, I searched for one based off reviews, and was not disappointed. I worked with Dan over at Integrity Exteriors after my home was damaged due to a large hail storm. Dan came out the very next day, inspected the property and even helped with filing the claim. He then met with the insurance inspector to walk through and insure that all of the damaged areas were covered by insurance. All I had to do was receive a check from insurance and schedule my roof replacement. Process could not have been easier.

Dan from integrity was very responsive and made the process of getting a new roof and siding very smooth. The work crew was on time, efficient, job site was left perfectly clean and the finished product was great. We have recommended Dan with Integrity to our friends and family.

Interesting company. Rep came to the door with a trainee and was bragging about how easy the job was. His words were "you just find homes with no damage. Claim to do a free inspection. And get the insurance company to pay 20 to 25k. When I was shown this I said "Sign me up!!""

So, you guys may want to do a better job training your reps especially when there is a ring doorbell right in front.

Not a good look to tell your trainee and the ring door bell you're a con artist.

I had integrity do my siding and gutters 3 years ago. They did a great job for a great price. I had some wind damage to the siding and they came back immediately and replaced boards. They were responsive and helpful. I recommend this company for your exterior needs.

From the get-go they were very informative and very quick to do what they said they would. I enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anybody. Any follow-ups were right on the money and thank you very much for doing it

In March 2024 (after a wind and hail storm) I was referred to Integrity by a coworker who had nothing but great things to say about Dan and his crew. When I reached out to Dan he informed me he was moved out of state but handed my info over to Smit. Smit was very good to work with but, in my opinion, inexperienced(?). He was very responsive and was available to complete the inspections with the insurance. He even contested the original decision of them only approving a repair on the roof. The insurance didn't budge on the decision and that was that. In August 2024 when I decided to pay out of pocket for my roof I called another roofing company and when they project manager came out he took one look at the roof and realized they had discontinued the shingle size. He explained that they could not do a repair with mismatched shingles. He re-opened my claim and fast forward November 2024 and I have a new roof installed and the insurance covered it! I feel like Smit should have picked up on the shingle size being discontinued (as the new roofing company did immediately).

Overall, Bret and Integrity Exteriors did a really good job for us in Wheaton. Roof, Gutters, and Siding all look great. As contractors go, I would say they met (or within and acceptable "things come up" timeframe) met the described project start and finish dates. We were going to use them for windows as well but received a better of a quote mid project. I mention this because Bret and Integrity Exteriors fully understood, and his approach to the rest of the job did not change. Aside from the actual work, Bret listened to us and what we wanted. He gave great insight on if what we wanted was a good idea or if our idea might not pan out the way we wanted. Provided good feedback, and then once we agreed, his team got to work and delivered on everything we agreed to. We did a final walkthrough after roof and gutter, and then again after siding. Bret noticed a few little things, as we did, that needed to be fixed during the final walkthroughs and acted swiftly to mend any little concerns we had. Best of all, when I went to pay the final payment to Bret, he noticed I was paying him about $1k too much based on his calcs. He reviewed his quotes again, and he was right. I suppose that's why the work "Integrity" is in the company name. I would recommend Bret and Integrity Exteriors to anyone looking for a contractor that is reasonable, fair, and genuinely a really nice guy. Unless he's a great actor, I truly feel he cared about our house and cared about delivering on what we agree to.

I was referred to Integrity Exteriors with high praise from a friend, and they were fantastic! I worked with directly with Bret who was extremely helpful and made the whole process as painless as possible. From the initial assessment, filing the claim with insurance for roof and siding damage, to final installation Bret was informative and direct with everything that needed to be done. Integrity Exteriors completed storm damage repair of both my roof and siding. I was helped throughout the process with filing with my insurance company and selecting the best possible products for my needs and budget. Integrity Roofing namely Justin Bahr and Dan Phillips have been exceptional to work with. We had our ridge vent blow open in a storm on a Saturday and Justin answered the phone. He offered to come out immediately. We postponed until Monday when he came out first thing and inspected everything. A storm was quickly approaching so Justin and Dan went up with a tarp and closed up the ridge vent to give us time to make an insurance claim. Justin came out to meet with the insurance adjuster and we all walked the roof. We had a double layer shingle roof with gutters and downspouts that were all near end of life but did get approved to have it all replaced. Justin and Dan have been diligent in communication and follow up as to next steps, scheduling, and what the process looked like end to end. We were so impressed with being able to get a new roof and gutters and being supported by Justin through the entire process. I’d compare it to never having driven a car and having a seasoned driver helping you through the process end to end. Justin even answered his phone at 11pm on weekday. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Justin, Dan, and Integrity Roofing! We’ve referred them to all of our friends, family, and neighbors with a very sincere highest recommendation.

My neighbor introduced me to Bret when her house was being re-roofed and getting new siding due to hail damage. While my process of insurance claim wasn’t the same seamless experience of hers, Bret was there to answer my questions and walk through the process. With multiple trips out for inspection. I had a new roof installed, gutter guards and fascia replaced and it looks great. I would highly recommend considering using this company. My father is an out of state contractor and the work they did was great.

We’ve had on going issues with our roof for some time now but after getting referred to this company things have worked out great! Smit came in for an inspection & found damage I couldn’t even see. When Dan came over to give an estimate on my siding and roof he took the time to go over everything with me, and made sure that I understood everything because I have cognitive issues.

I would like to thank Integrity Exteriors for helping my father out of a serious situation. He is a senior and was swindled out of $16,000 by another roofing company. Integrity stepped up and did his roof for the remaining money that insurance allowed. They did a fantastic job and did it all in one day.

This Spring (2023) we had house damage from a major hailstorm including shingles, several pieces of vinyl siding, and gutters that had golfball-sized hailstones blast holes right through them. Dan Phillips of Integrity Exteriors was at a neighbor's house providing an estimate one day and we asked him to meet with us when he could. He came over very quickly, went up on our roof, took numerous photos, and showed us that we definitely had some damage. Several days later a rep from our homeowner’s insurance company (very reputable company) met Dan at our house, they inspected the roof together, and a repair estimate was made and readliy approved by our insurance company, and very quickly we were on the schedule for a new roof and gutters, and some siding replacement.

Just one day before the work was to take place we discovered a robin's nest with two baby chicks in a flower basket hanging from an overhang on our house, and I called Dan to say we were hoping not to disturb the nest and birds, and was there any way we could possibly re-schedule the work? Just five minutes later Dan called me back and said "No problem", that Integrity would definitely not want to disturb that nest. Wow, that was great! We were very pleasantly surprised, and the work was put off until the young robins had flown from their nest, which happened several weeks later.

On work day the crew started arriving by 7am and at 8am the work began. They worked hard morning and afternoon and by early evening had completely replaced all our shingles and gutters, and were cleaning up around our house including pushing a magnetic roller around it to pick up any stray nails that might have fallen into our yard and driveway.

The work looks great and we are very happy with both the quality of work and the super-fast responsiveness of Dan and the rest of the Integrity team. They were great every step along the way, answering all our questions and explaining things very clearly. Dan has been fantastic to work with, and the company owner even came by to introduce himself at one point and answer any questions. At first I had trouble remembering the company name -- Integrity -- but now I have no problem with that because "Integrity" is a very appropriate name for the quality of work and the very high level of customer service provided. PS. We've also enjoyed following them on Facebook and seeing the company team-building and community involvement activities they participate in.

From start to finish, Dan and Mike were great. I had my reservations about how the hail damage process would work with insurance. It sounded too good to be true. Dan walked me through the whole process and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated his guidance and patience. Mike came over as well when the insurance adjusted inspected the damage. They did a great job advocating for me to try to get the most out of my claim. Truly great experience. There is another company in Wheaton that I had come out and they didn't do what Integrity did. Don't look anywhere else.

We had a roof leak that we couldn't fix. We called several roofing companies in the middle of summer to fix it. At least four companies never returned our phone call or didn't give us a repair estimate. Integrity Exteriors returned our call within a day, and came out two days later. Michael went into our attic and on the roof, and answered all our questions explaining what he said needed to be done. Their price was very reasonable. They quickly sent out a crew that did an excellent job and cleanup. We've had a couple rainstorms since then, and no more roof leak! It's clear why Integrity has so many great reviews.

We had a bad a roof and they fought great with my insurance and we got a brand new roof and they did an amazing job and they put new gutters which look amazing as well. I had them do my soffit as well because birds kept picking at it because it was wood before. From the minute I reached out, Mike was really prompt in his response and was able to come out and inspect my roof immediately. He also assisted me with the insurance claim process and was there on the roof with the adjuster to make sure he could personally show them everything he found during his inspection. I had an awesome, personal, down-to-earth experience with our guy, Jack, during the entire process. We had a pretty decent roof on the house when we moved in a few years back, but recently a tornado/derecho ripped through Lombard and my home took on some roof damage.
