HGR did a fine job roofing and siding our house after hail damage. Joel, the owner, documented the damage very well and worked with the insurance claims adjuster to make sure everything was accounted for. Implementation went smoothly and the results are fantastic. Everything was done to spec and no surprises.

We also hired HGR to install new windows and remodel our family room. As the remodeling project started, we made some last-minute changes to our plans and Joel was able to accommodate the additional work at a reasonable price.

Overall, we are very happy with their work and attention to detail. The crew that worked on both the exterior and interior projects were very friendly, hard-working and professional.

HGR was a breath of fresh air and gave us a great experience for something so major to our home!

Starting with the initial contact through the final day of the install, Joel was amazing to work with. Joel was very knowledgable, helpful, professional ...and most of all patient.

HGR Construction gave me a new roof and gutters after recent storm damage. I was impressed with how quickly Joel came out to look over my situation and that he offered to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came out as well (which he did). The work performed was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. His crew was very professional and efficient. When they left my property, it was clean and free of all debris. Most importantly, I love my new roof and gutters! I am so happy when I pull into my driveway now! I would definitely hire them again.

Contacted HGR about roofing & siding on 2 garages. Came out and gave the impression that he was eager to get the job. Told me he would get an estimate to me in a couple days. A month later and nothing. Reputable contractor should at least tell someone that they are not interested in a job.

Update; HGR's response is a total fabrication. Yes I am a beekeeper but I did NOT start bees at this location this year because I wanted to get this work completed. I would not expect workers to work around active beehives. There were no Beehives on the property when HGR inspected for estimate and we had no conversation about moving hives because there were none to be moved. His entire response is made up.

HGR recently did my roof, they did a fantastic job! No little nails around the property when they were done too. Great attention to detail and very easy to work with. Would recommend!

Joel's workers beautifully completed a remodel of the front of my home that including removing and replacing old stucco boards and cedar trim. I would use his company again.

Joel and his team worked on some big projects for our home: taking down a defunct chimney, interior demo of a fireplace and new James Hardie siding. The team was professional and responsive. Joel was always a pleasure to work with. He was very patient with us as this was a big investment for us, but we never felt pressured and his pricing was transparent and fair. We are very happy with the work!

Joel took the time to carefully evaluate the damage done to my home by a spring hail storm, answered all my question about what needed to be repaired, what types of material options were available and worked professionally with my insurance company to take care to the repairs. Throughout the process I was impressed with Joel’s honest evaluation of what needed to be done and his commitment to doing it right. I can say that the resulting work is of excellent quality and that I will go back to Joel and his company for any additional work I need to have done!

All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Due to weather restrictions some work, shutter and window repair had to be put on hold. HGR was responsive once weather improved. I would use HGR for any future prpjects.

HGR Construction did a good job on our cedar siding replacement, roofing replacement, rescreening of our screen porch and gutter replacement. Material shortages caused some delays, but Joel communicated and did what he said he would do. Highly recommended.

We used HGR to demo our existing deck and install a Timbertech composite deck. Joel was extremely responsive and provided top notch responsiveness. He made sure to quote multiple sources for the materials to make sure we got the best cost possible. The crew was friendly and provided us with several options as decisions needed to be made throughout the build. They worked through some unpleasant weather in order to keep the project moving. After the deck completion, we used HGR to replace some plumbing and replace some fence posts.

Called HGR . responded promptly. Joel came out the same day to view my damaged patio. He stated ( I will give you a Quote in couple of days) this was on a Monday. did not hear back. I reached out Friday and again stated (i will get you the quote by Monday) needles to say i NEVER heard from him. If this is any indication of how this company operates. I suggest you look elsewhere. The least i expect from any company is a reply weather they will or will not perform the job. Very poor experience with this company and its ability to follow through on what was promised and they did not deliver.

Working with Joel and his crew was top-tier. We had them redo our siding and gutters, build a new railing on the front porch and replace a backdoor with a window. You can tell the work was done with pride and a high level of attention to detail. I've referred HGR to several people and highly recommend them for your job.

I have utilized this company for snow removal services for the past 3+ years. No matter the weather, circumstances, or conditions they are always extremely timely in removing snow. Additionally, I have continued to use their company as the snow removal is very thorough - including my double wide driveway, back patio, deck, sidewalk, and stoop. I feel confident knowing I have employed this company, not only for the looks of my home - but primarily for my safety. Walkways are fully cleared and salt is always applied. I would 10/10 recommend this company.

HGR Construction and Joel, the owner, did a fantastic job on our house. They repaired our dining room / living room ceiling, which had a huge hole in it, painted the ceiling and walls, replaced carpeting, and even cleaned out the air ducts. Joel / HGR were recommended by our State Farm agent when we were needing to find someone to repair the hail damage to our home. We called Joel and he came out within a few hours. Joel detailed the damage to our home with the State Farm adjuster. Joel worked with adjuster for us. Our roof was replaced, gutters were replaced, and damaged windows were replaced. We are extremely satisfied with HGR and recommend them without reservation.

We had Joel replace our roof, gutters, and windows following a hail storm in mid-May. The crew did excellent work all around. Most importantly Joel was extremely responsive for any questions that we might have. He also worked with our insurance to help solve differences from their price and that of the insurance adjuster. Joel and his guys did a small job for me over the summer. The previous homeowner burned some leaves too close to the garage and warped the siding. I contacted probably five other companies before HGR and they either over priced the project cause it was a smaller job, or said they didn't carry the basic white siding I was looking for.

He and his crew replaced the siding on the back of my garage and installed gutters and two downspouts. I'm happy with Joel's work and the price it was done for. I thought he was polite, professional, and easy to work with. I'd recommend him to someone else and would give him a call in the future if I had another project.

HGR Construction did all my windows, vinyl siding, gutters and rebuilt the brick chimney on my house 3 years ago. The job done was top notch. The products they used were top notch. Dealing with the owner Joel was a great experience from the quote in the beginning, while the job was being done and when the job was completed. I had a couple miner problems after the job was complete, I called Joel and he was here the next day and took care of it.
I hired them again last spring to reroof my house and garage with the exact same experience and outcome.
I recommend them to all my family and friends, I keep Joel’s business cards in my wallet and hand them out whenever somebody asks if I know anybody that does that kind of work.
