Four Peaks Roofing - Huntley, IL

Recently, I spoke with Loukas from Four Peaks Roofing, and I am so glad that I did. I usually am quite hesitant to people who come to my door to tell me about their products, however, Loukas exceeded all of my expectations. He was polite, respectful, answered all of my questions, and was profoundly knowledgeable in his craft. He had someone do a quick 10 minute inspection of my roof, and although no problems were found, I now know who to call in case my roof takes on any damage.

We talked to Loukas and he had someone inspect my roof and he was very nice even though they didn't find anything. I was thoroughly surprised by his level of knowledge about the roofing craft and shingle specialty. We were so happy in fact that we invited him inside for some iced tea and oatmeal raisin cookies! What an inspiring young man! I can’t wait to see what college he goes to and what degree he earns because I know he can put his mind to anything he wants.

I usually don't post a lot of reviews but I do understand the benefits of accurate and honest reviews so that people seeking for the service or product they may rely on.
I just wanted to shout out to Four peaks roofing and specifically Brad who really help me out in my roofing project. After the wind & hail storm in Chicago area last year, Brad & his team mate stopped by at our home and offered free roof inspection. They really did well capturing the roof images & videos. They explained me the process that how they can get the insurance to cover this damage. They had back & forth with the insurance but finally my main & detached garage roof were replaced by Brad's team & everything was covered under insurance. Brad was really very quick scheduling the roof install even despite of having bad cold weather in Chicago. But long story short, I definitely recommend Brad & four peaks roofing for any roofing need.

Brad and team helped me change the roof around last thanksgiving. My roof was quite old and it took a lot of effort for Brad to argue with insurance company and make sure the claim was handled properly. I am satisfied with the result and new roof looks nice. Highly recommend four peaks roofing!

Four Peaks did an excellent job on my roof. From working with my insurance company to the final installation. Customer service and communication and attention to detail was absolutely amazing. On top of that, I have a beautiful brand new roof that was paid for by my insurance company - this was a first for me - i have never had such a premium experience before that wasn't accompanied by a high bill. There's nothing better than free.

Four Peaks Roofing did an outstanding job installing a new roof on my house. Brad Serpico, a Four Peaks associate, was relentless in challenging my insurance company since my insurance company was only going to provide me around $1,000 for repairs. The speed and craftsmanship of new roof was impeccable. Throughout the process, Four Peaks kept me informed on a timely basis on the progress with insurance company. I met Brad by complete chance (not actively looking for a roofer) and he ended up saving me on the cost of my roof. The number 1 thing I appreciate about Brad, was educating the homeowner on all of their options. He didnt owe me a thing when telling me about all the options I had as a homeowner to appeal with insurance. I was denied multiple times by insurance due to the age of my roof. His team was able to get us approved for a new roof plus some other damages. I highly recommend Four Peaks Roofing!

Rob Serpico was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process of getting my roof replaced and solar installed.
