Lack of information even if you call ahead.
They posted a Facebook ad so I called in to inquire about prices and to ask their hours a week ago, The lady just told us they open from 8-5 Monday through Friday and if we needed to buy material we had to go in, that is all she seemed to want to share, I requested the address and since it’s an hour from us both my husband and I had to ask to leave work 3 hours early!!!! We drove a whole hour and then she decide to mention the warehouse closes at 3:30 and there was no one to load the material when we arrived at 4:30.
The lady I spoke to a week ago was the same one at the reception, same voice. When I had spoken with her on the phone a week ago she was rude and seemed annoyed, as if she wanted to leave already. They should have someone at the phone that actually wants to help sell their material, would it be so hard to ask customers what they need help with and give extra information? We lost money and time having to come over here.
They are great at first and helpful but crooks in the end. My and a buddy bought 18 6ft things of Tin and only got 15 you go back to get help on the 3 missing they refuse to help or have a conversation about fixing their fault if u need tin go else where. They ain’t their for u they want ur wallet is all. Never going back
