Tina is amazing with a top notch attitude, She is very quick when I need material quoted. Any problems I’ve had no matter the cause were addressed quickly and correctly. I’d say total experience with this company and the people working there has made me a lifetime customer for sure. I don't understand all the reviews about rude customer service. When I went there, there was one young lady at the front desk that greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered the questions that I had politely and was helpful letting me know what my options were. During pick up on the back the guy driving the forklift stopped what he was doing and got my order with no problem. Would definitely go again.

I have bought from them a few times. My most recent transaction will be my last. Two things that put me off were one of the ladies at the front desk and their refusal to refund money for a stock item that I did not need. This was my second transaction at the Sanford store and both times I had to deal with this lady who has a less than helping attitude. On my last purchase I went in to pick up a web order and I did not need one of the items. I asked for a refund and was told bluntly that they did not give refunds. I understand not giving refunds for custom cut parts but this was an off the shelf piece of ridge cap. It baffles me why any company would choose to lose a customer for $30.

Made several purchases At Triad recently. The young lady at the front counter, the warehouse supervisor and the load out person were very professional and helpful. Plan to buy all my metal here in the future. Thanks!

I worked with Tina to place my order. She was very knowledgeable about the products and was also able to provide advice regarding screws needed etc. She certainly represents tried corrugated in a very professional and personable manner. Right person for the right job!

At first this place seemed fine but it was quickly shown to be anything but, rude customer service and down right illegal tactics and conduct have definitely ruined any chance of business from me or anyone I can get ahold of. The people running this place don’t care about anything besides getting what’s in your pocket fair or not.

Any type of metal roofing or siding you might need, they have. If by some chance they don't have it, they will make it on the spot. Friendly folks too.

I have ordered metal from triad years back, always got good service.ordered small amount new years eve to be shipped to Sanford for pickup, lady at counter in Sanford had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen and I am 61 years old that's my last time shopping here.......

Was very helpful had what I needed when it was not a stock item very pleasant to deal with I would highly recommend them for any corrugated material
